Travel request being "confirmed" - can be cancelled or not?

Hello 

For travel request, once it had been confirmed by employee. When try to cancel/delete it, it pop up below message, refresh again, it did not work. 

How to handle this?

I have tried at my end and it is working fine.

Please refresh the screen and try deleting the records one-by-one.

Hi Susan

It seems compensation/ expenses are linked against this travel request, as such you are getting this message

Please first remove the information from tabs (like Route, Expenses etc.). Now you can delete the travel option and then header can be deleted.

I try to delete expense one, the same error message pop up as below. what is the reason?
