IFS MWO Service 10 Work task sales line is not sync to Mobile

HI,

One of our customer is in the process of implementing IFS MWO Service 10. While testing, we found that, if there are any new sales line created in the IFS Application against the Work Task, the line is not getting synced to Mobile app. 

 

Version: App10 UPD 11 IEE, ServiceEngApp - 1.6.

 

Any help in solving the above is much appreciated.

Hi,

Task related Sales Information is not used in the mobile app therefore this entity(JtTaskSalesLine) is not synched to mobile.  

Usually Service Technicians do not deal with invoicing. May I ask what you are trying to acheive with this or how are you going to use this.

Thank you for quick response on this. 

The issue with this data not appearing in the mobile app is that the service report generated in the app should contain all of the billable information to present to the customer at the time of getting their signature.  If there are billable lines on the work order that do not appear in the app at the time of getting the customer signature, it can lead to potential billing disputes.
