Hello Community , I am creating a no-part PO with Charges. Charges are connected to no part line. After performing GRN it only shows no part lines. Charges lines are ignored  in ARRIVAL entry. In purchase transaction history screen it shows M91, M92. I dont see any entry for M65.Is there any way to bring the M65 entry in ARRIVAL for no part PO. Regards,Jewel ParvezSenior Business Analyst Hoist Global Tech Solutions 

Community, We have been making supply payment along together with debit and credit invoice. there is no issue until we are testing with ISO20022.  We have below error message stated, no negative amount is allowed in ISO20022. any idea how to handle this situation? Thank you. 

Hi,I'm trying to implement a workflow in which I will be invoking multiple REST API calls to create a nested folder structure in SharePoint. To achieve this, I have used a GET API call to check whether the folder I'm attempting to create already exists in the path. However, using the Response and the Output variables did not yield the desired results in fetching the HTTP Status Code, as the workflow would not continue after the initial GET call.Is this the correct approach to achieve the desired outcome, or is there an alternative way to implement this scenario?   

Hello Community!I’m assisting with an IFS upgrade, and the topic of Lobby pages came up. Try as I might, I’m not able to do anything other than view IFS-provided Lobby pages in the post-upgraded instance. I’ve made sure to grant the related presentation objects (EE_LOBBY_DESIGN, EE_LOBBY_VIEW, EE_LOBBY_IN_CONTEXT_EDIT, EE_LOBBY_IN_CONTEXT_VIEW) although I would think just the EDIT and DESIGN POs would be appropriate by themselves.After confirming all 4 presentation objects were granted, assigned the permission set to the subject user, refreshed the security cache and then logging back in produces the same issue of not being able to perform any management nor modification of the any of the IFS Lobby objects.When I enter in the URL for the Data Source Designer in IFS IEE (bypassing the Navigator), I receive a security error and a more interesting one stating that the Lobby Designer Tools are not installed.Has anyone else encountered this sort of issue before, and if so, what was the reso

Hi,I’m working with Calculation Formulas and need to check against calculation fields if they’re empty.I’ve tried to check for= ‘’= ‘!%’<> ‘%’and only an equal sign without defining a value (= )None of these options work. Does anybody know how you can search for it? Thanks!

Dear Community. In 23R1, when adding Commands to Command Groups, there is a new option called CommandRef, however it does not appear in the Technical Documentation, nor anywhere on the Community. Is anyone able to shed any light on its intended function, it appears you can call certain Commands but I am not really sure how to use it. Many thanks,

Hello, We are using IFS9 and one specific user is getting the following message when opening the New Employee Wizard; If Ok is clicked, nothing happens.The Information Message disappears but the employee can not be created.We tried to clear cache, cookies,  tried connecting with multiple browsers, resetting the user profile but nothing seems to work. Users from the same organization are not having the problem so it is not something related to any VPN or Firewall.    Has anyone encountered the same issue? If yes, how can be fixed? Thanks,

Hi,So I noticed this error when trying to send a dataset load manually from IFS Cloud to PSO: I would have to delete certain Location Region records beforehand to be able to manually send a load successfully. Is there a way to manually send a load successfully without having to delete the Location Region records? Thanks in advance!

Hello! Excuse my ignorance, but I’m having trouble distinguishing the different IFS tools and platforms. We have a Scope Tool on IFS World, but what exactly is IFS World? Are there more tools within IFS World? What is the difference between that and IFS Portal? Am I correct that IFS Portal is just a hub for access to FTP, IFS Community, and the IFS Service Center? Clarification on the different tools offered by IFS would be great. I’ve tried to research this but haven’t gotten a clear answer so if I’m missing some obvious piece of documentation, that would be helpful to know too. Thank you! 

Hi,We would like to send a consolidated email to a technician with some data.For that reason, we use a PF with a SQL action which give a list (list of PM SV for equipement with a certain status)Below, the list give 3 service orders for the same technicians  Then we use this SQL in a process flow with an email action. In the PF,  we use the field pm_sa_person_id in the field consolidated (we also tried with this field in the Key field)This field is present in the SQL. The result is always the same : We have n emails (here in our example 3)  and not 1 email with consolidated data Could you explain the settings needed to send only 1 email.Thanks and Regards

Dear Community, @Jens (you're a DMM guru I've been told ;))When using in Cloud 22R1 the Data Migration Manager, deploying the object Suppliers [SUPPLIER_GENERAL_INFO], we face an error when the output container is deployed, during the deployment: "Field [ON_NEW] is mandatory for Deploy Definition Attributes and requires a value.”In the target table definition this field ON_NEW is not available. Has anyone seen this error before and has a solution to fix it? At the moment we can't deploy the data to the target environment.  

Has anyone set a date using a javascript todays date function. I have an item movement datamapper and want to set the move date to always be todays date.
