Hi all,I am able to login with IFSAPP user to the Report Designer.I have full permissions but can’t login there.Do I need any special permissions?

Hi FSM experts, I’m facing an issue where I cannot update a record using an alias table. I’m using PERSON2 FSM alias table and when I try to update the mobile number field it is not saving the value, neither it gives any error messages. Appriciate any help Kind regards,Anupama Nagahawatta

Community,Would like to know where to set up voucher type linked to AFP? AFP voucher type is already set up in the system. when submitting the AFP, the voucher type is just not showing up, nor in the drop down list. 

Hello,For specific advance invoices that come from our online store processing, we’d like that these invoices get automatically set to “PostedAuth”. Hi All!We runned into a Purchase Requisition with an duedate which we could not understand.Hope someone in the community can help explain this.It seems somehow that MRP is not creating an requisition with dueadate earlier than an already existing Purchase Order.This is the scenario step by step:We had an customer order(-5902), which was placed well ahead. And we ordered the parts for that order, also well ahead. (duedate 15-5-2024, And Purchase Order-57 was created, also duedate 15-05) well ahead order placed, and PO released (MRP executed) So far as expectedLater, another customer ordered the same part. Hi,With the new update (1.0.7) for IFS Notify Me 10. I can't use the application. It shows an error "Download IFS Account Manager to use with your IFS account". The Account Manager application is already installed on my device. I removed both IFS Notify Me 10 and Account Manager. Then, I installed them. Still shows the same error. Hi, I would like to setup an event to notify a supervisor when one of their assigned employees enters an absence request.  I have enabled the four standard IFS events below but in my testing none of the events are triggered when the employee enters an absence request. From Aurena, the supervisor can see the employee’s absence request using the Manager’s Services Lobby in Aurena so we feel as the basic data setup is correct.  Does anyone know if one of these events should be triggered or is this even possible using only a standard event?  For reference we are using APPS 10 UD12.  Thank you.

Hi I need to restrict the length of Address1 to 30 characters due to restriction when passing data to myTNT. I think this is possible by editing the address layout per country but cant find where. Address Presentation windows just changes the display size of the fields in the address popup but doesn’t change how many characters can be entered. The Address Setup per Country window also doesnt seem to offer this facility. Is it possibe? Many thanks!

Hi,I am trying to use the IFS SOAP Gateway with JSON format in IFS Cloud 23R1, however I am struggling to set the Application Message Header attributes correctly. Using XML format I am able to send the Header values (Sender/Receiver/Type/Function) as part of the Header in the SOAP_IFS envelope: Using JSON format it does not matter what I send the application message in IFS is created without the Header attributesThe above JSON is pure guess as I don`t know how IFS expect the Header attributes to be sent. Hi,We are using IFS Aurena version. One of our employees is going to be submitting a similar expense sheet every month for the foreseeable future. We are using master schedule level 1 to maintain forecasts for finished goods, but we also have some forecasts for semi-finished goods. We found once we maintain forecasts for semi-finished goods, the requirements from finished goods for the semi-finished goods will be not considered.Is it possible to have both forecasts for semi-finished goods and requirements genereated from finished goods forecasts?Thanks a lot.

We’re trying to automate a process and need to create a SalesCustomerAddressArray record in a CustomerInfoAddress. The signature of the API call is below:CustomerHandling.svc/CustomerInfoSet(CustomerId='{CustomerId}')/CustomerInfoAddresses(CustomerId='{CustomerId',AddressId='{AddressId}')/SalesCustomerAddressArrayWhile the IFS Projection Call task can create the CustomerInfoAddress record as a Nested Entity easily, the SalesCustomerAddressArray record is a Sub Nested Entity which doesn’t seem to be available….yet. Has anyone ever run into this issue and what is the workaround for overcoming this issue? Was hoping there was a CustomerInfoAddressHanding projection but that’s not exposed.TIA,

Subsequently, the other party is required to sign the document and return it to IFS.We are currently exploring integration options with a digital signature solution similar to DocuSign. I understand that this integration is under consideration.Could you provide information on whether a similar functionality will be included in the upcoming release?Additionally, if we intend to integrate IFS with DocuSign as a customer modification, are there any available resources or details that we can refer to?Thank you very much!

​Hello everyone,I have a tricky problem for you.As part of a go live project with IFS APP10, we migrated the financial data, including the ledgers. We went through external assistant and everything went smoothly.Later, the finance team realised that for many rows the E code was the wrong one. So we modified the E code using Excel Add-in with the GEN_LED_VOUCHER_ROW_UNION_QRY view.This worked well, so the E code has been modified. In the view GL Voucher Rows Analysis, the CODE E is good. All the CODE E are ‘EXTERNE’ But when we look at the view GL Balance Analysis different results from 'EXTERNE' still exist.  When We look at the SQL Query Tool :It is therefore clear that the 'accounting balance' view has not been updated.This table is used to summarise the balance. The balance has therefore not been updated.So I tried to recreate an excel add in to update the values using the ‘ACCOUNTING_BALANCE’ view tu update the balance.But when I want to execute the excel, an error message occurs :
