​Hi,I'm trying to implement a workflow in which I will be giving an error msg if a custom field doesn’t contain a value when a condition met(Customer used conditional fields in APP9 to set mandatory the field as below and trying to achieve same using workflows in cloud since conditional fields are not available in cloud).To achieve this, I have created a validation type workflow as below and when I try to create a document revision using the New document revision assistant I’m getting an error as below(When I try to create a Document Revision using the Document Revision window it’s working as expected). Many thanks for your inputs on this issue.Best regards,Uvini​

We are using IFS Cloud version 23R1. On the Manufacturing Labor Class screen, and also on the Manufacturing Labor Classes screen, there is a field called Cost Center Id. See below:  All the values have gone. It used to have options in the drop-down list of available values but the list is empty now. The values we’d like to use are in the system on another screen called Code String Completion. See below: Does anybody know why these codes aren’t showing as options in the Cost Center Id drop down list please?

We have been using BRES for a few months now but it’s been quite slow recently. IFS Apps 10 update 12 (Soon to be Update 19)When we restarted it we noticed 4 reports started straight away but they never finish.BRES LogI found the reports on the BRES Report Queue but I can’t delete them.BRES Report Queue Can anyone tell me how I can clear these reports from the queue?Currently no other reports can run.ThanksPaul

Hello, Currently, there is a field on the Supplier for Purchase Part page called “discount %”. It is set to mandatory from the get-go, but it also automatically defaults to zero, so the mandatory setting is a bit useless since it will never not have a value unless you delete the zero. Is there any way I can remove this zero from defaulting onto the field so we can make sure users are entering the correct value? I would normally create a workflow to do this but since this is before the part is created, it doesn’t seem like it would work. Thanks,Bryan  

It looks like we’ve added a new “standard” Document Class to our database.  Now I see that we have INVOICE and DISCO DOC and its definition says it is Attachments related to Historical Record.What historical record is this referring to?  How is it intergrated into the system?  How does it work?ThanksPatrick

Hi, We are trying to add a multi-select custom field in MWO but the field only allows for selecting a single value in MWO. The field allows multi-select in Enterprise explorer. Any suggestion on how to make the field multi-select in MWO?

Hi Team, Please let me know, whether there are any automatic mechanism for creating part disposition, in our case in mobile created one part disposition but in FSM after some time part disposition duplication created even task is not completed. Note: while duplication creation of part disposition, from mobile part disposition record not synched with DB, it was waiting or ready

After installing UPD18, all .trs files are available in both the installation files and the IEE application, but lobby translations have stopped working while other translations remain functional. Have you or anyone you know experienced a similar issue? If so, what steps were taken to resolve the problem?

Hi, Running the french version, I have an issue as soon as I click on the “SA selection”.Screen freezes and no answer : It’s OK running the english version, but customer do use french.What can we do ? Can you fix it ? BR ALLIANCE V15.4 Web mode.

Based on the available information about the intrastat report for FranceI could find the following from Deloitte. It states that a Regime Code should be provided. Problem is that I cannot find back in IFS this code?  (Source: https://www2.deloitte.com/content/dam/Deloitte/be/Documents/tax/Deloitte%20Global%20Tax%20Center%20Europe%20-%20Intrastat%20Guide%2022.pdf)Also in the docs its not stated as mandatory, only thing I can find is the Nature of transaction but that looks different?  Does anyone know how to get IFS to provide a correct intrastat report with the Regime code on it?@Martin Falkenau  @Linda Loeffler 

Hi Team,We have a service order which is in rejected status. But client wants it to be invoiced now.Is there any way we can roll back SV from rejected status and then invoice it?Let us know of any process that may help in this situation, so that we will provide the service requested by the client. 

We have a situation where we will prepare orders and deliver them in IFS, but then the carrier fails to show up to actually pick up the order.  This causes an issue because AP has to wait for manual confirmation from our shipping area that the truck has actually picked up all of the shipments before they can create an invoice. Is there something in IFS that allow shipping to confirm that the order has actually been picked up?

Hi, we use V15.4.Occasionally, we have users that accidentally create duplicate Installed Items and by the time we discover the duplication, both versions have history.Is there any way we could link or combine these installed items into just one, without losing the history of either?Thanks, Chris

In the Time Registration screen, when I select Shop Order and choose an operation from the LOV, I noticed that I cannot find any operations that are in ‘Parked’ status. Is there a way to populate those shop order operations? Even when I search for a specific Shop Order # that has an operation in Parked status - no data is being found.

Hi,Can anyone tell me the name of the slider called “Accepted by Customer” in the Resolve screen of a Service Order please?  We’d like to hide that for some Security Setup but I am struggling to find how it is identified.  Seemed like it might be “is_accepted” but I think I am missing a prefix or such.  

Before I issue a ticket to investigate as a bug, I wanted to see if there is something we are missing are do not have turned on. I am looking to the change a PR status and based on the ‘Change Status’ user manual options, I should have visibility of and ability to select a status greater than the current status. Hi….again!This issue relates directly to the post below…We have the Send Dispatch Advice Automatically set on for all our sites, for inter-company orders. Yet when the order is delivered, the Dispatch Advice Sent box remains saying No….screenshot below.. As mentioned, the slider is ticked on the site to send the advice automatically…. We can send the advice manually but find it a tad annoying that in our config environment this was working perfectly. Has anybody had anything similar occur??? Many thanks.

We recently performed a reconfigure on our middleware server to apply a new security certificate.Since then, our clients display a warning message when printing a quick report.  It says “Client has requested to run in invalid local ‘en-US’.  English, ‘en-US’ will be used instead.  Correct your Locale Setting.You can click OK on this message and the quick report comes up and it can be printed.  We do not use IFS Print agents.  It also doesn’t come up for everyone, sometimes if you restart IFS it goes away.Has anyone else got this warning before?
