Hi,Is there a way to restrict creating Manual Supplier Invoice for specific type of suppliers using standard functionality?ThanksGaya 

I’ve set up new payment terms in IFS for 60 days from End of month. This appears to be calculating 60 days from invoice date and then pushing out to End of Month, anything dated in June is due on 31st August. Is it possible to calculate End of Month then 60 days, for example anything dated June would be due on 29th Aug (60days from 30th June)?

Hello all, When I try to export to excel my report I am getting the following error - what does this mean please ? 

We are using IFS10 Aurena.  Is it possible to duplicate a standard page, and then modify the new page to give us what we want to do with it?  We need to keep the standard page and have a modified version of the page for all users for a different purpose. We are not able to create a custom page as if we do this the entities on it are not editable.We are not able to do this using a different context of the page as users will require the standard page and the modified standard page. Any options on how to achieve this in our version would be appreciated. ThanksDarren

Hello,I have a requirement to add a checkbox in expense rule called price_unit_eligiblity (SCREEN 1)when it’s not checked ,two other fields in expense sheet should be disabled  (SCREEN 2) I’ve added all the custom fields , but I don’t know how to disable the 2 columns based on the condition mentionned . Thank you in advance,Hanane

Hi,In the documentation in below topic it is mentioned  that the DTD file (GDPDU-01-08-2002.DTD) is delivered by IFS.https://community.ifs.com/finance-financials-42/questions-on-german-localization-gdpdu-8579Does any one know how to generate this file?I can get the data extracts using Audit Interface Assistant. Not sure how to get this DTD file.ThanksGayan

HI, We would like to create a loop in a checklist. We can do it if the answer list is YES/NO (standard astea answer list) only. WE would like to create a new answer list, and based on the answer to add new lines of the loop. Is that something like that possible  in ASTEA V15.4 ?

Hello I have been trying to create a relation between all Items to build the CMDB,  although it is available in the Item form I haven’t found a way to do it in bulk  what I need to update Relations  I generated DWM file but there was no file for the relation I have tried to do it through AssystETM with different channels but couldn’t find the fields for relation to link an item to another item I see the relation through “Item Relation” but there is no source and destination on the assyst Resource “Item Relation”AssystETMany idea on how to link it,Thank you in advance for your support

Hi All,We have a Purchase Order that has been raised for a number of zero value “Part Order Lines”, when trying to release this order we get an error message that has not been seen before. The error message is: “Only allowed to have charged items together with Delivery Confirmation”This is not the first PO raised for zero value with this supplier, just dont understand why this order is affected.Any ideas?Many ThanksSteve

Hi, We have a process flow running that check if time on Primary Assign activity is equal to open date of a service order.Assuming that the Primary Assign activity is always the first activity that is created on a order and should be has Sequence No 1. Now we have orders where Primary Assign activity is the first created activity but it get a Sequence No 3 Why is the  Sequence No changed, because when order is created it has  Sequence No 1  If process flow find orders where open datetime is greater then primary assign arrive datetime then it will update the arrive datetime of primary assign so the order can be resolved without popup that the order cannot be resolved because arrive time cannot be lower.If the activity arrive datetime is lower then opendate application wil automatically update the open date to the arrive datetime and SLA is changed. when creating the process flow i was assuming that Primary Assign is always the first activity Sequence No 1. But this is not the case, so i
