Hello,For a company that provides consultancy services, Bookkeep is going to be done according to Ifrs as well. The items are fixed asset and depreciation, provisions (severance pay and annual leave), IFRS 6 — Exploration for and Evaluation of Mineral Resources. Normally the company follows accounting bookkeeping accourding to Turkish GAAP. Please kindly advice. How can do it. Best Regards.

I am in the process of setting up users to report their employees times using the time card. I have provided access to the TimeCardManagerHandling projection and still does not give them access. I have tested other projections as well and all still gives them the same error about not having granted permission. I am not sure if there is a better way than the debug console to help find the projection I am looking for. Thanks. 

How to create a database task to create manual vouchers automatically

Hi IFS CommunityWe are working on IFS Cloud and we have a problem regarding a missing GP2 Posting Control. I have already added it with the correct valid period, but my invoice is still stuck in error status in the Vouchers Analysis.How can I « restart » the control posting to update the GL Voucher and find it in the GL Voucher Analysis please  ?RegardsCharles

Hello, We are currently using IFS Cloud, 22R2, how can we limit users from creating Credit/Correction invoices but grant that ability to others? We have granted read only access for CreditInvoiceHandling and the correction invoice projection, but users can still create these invoices. Thanks,Bryan

Hi,I’m getting a generic error “Database error occurred. Contact administrator.”  when trying to sequence  shop orders in Apps 10 Aurena Shop Order Operations Visualizer. It appears to be workcenter specific. Hi, Trying to create a business rule that fires from table TASK_TEXT, but need a value from the REQUEST table.  Tried to set up a join in the custom metadata, but wont let me map from TASK_TEXT to REQUEST?  How should i go about this?Tried to do it another way by setting up a USER_DEF field in Task text to store the REQUEST_ID but cant see how to get it to do that? Any suggestions please? Martin

Hi,Customer Owned parts are externally-owned stock that is supplied by a customer (or a supplier for the customer) with the intent that the material will be transformed (maintained, repaired, overhauled, or used as a component) and eventually returned to the customer (or supplier).However, when we try to create a customer order detail line for delivery purposes, it can't be saved if the field data Owner = "Customer Owned". If we remove the delivery confirmation (Unchecked confirm deliveries) we can create an order using customer-owned parts.Any thoughts on this behavior?  Regards,Nikila Dissanayake

Hi All,In Purchase Requisition, when a particular No Part Requisition line is in Partially Authorized status, the changes can be made. No error is triggered.But the same process is done for Part Requisition Lines, error has been triggered.(updated the Qty as an example) Would be much appreciated if someone could explain the two different behaviors when the line is in Partially Authorized status. (Our assumption is, when a line is in Partially authorized, the changes are not allowed regardless of the Part/No Part lines) Thanks in advance.

Hello, I am looking for a way to automatically park a Shop Order in the event a failed QA analysis is confirmed. I am hoping to drive this from an event action, but I am not sure what the scripting would be to configure the event to park the shop order with a park reason. We are currently using IFS Apps 10 UPD 15. Any guidance would be appreciated! 

I want to setup a sales part that can be invoiced but has no inventory cost and $0 zero sales price. It is not purchased part but just information. Is it possible as a non-inventory part? Thanks

We are trying to identify which assets are in a kit for a Jasper Report. We wish to exclude inventory that is in a kit from the Total Stock Holding.Thanks for any advise.

Hope someone can help. My customer is currently implementing IFS Cloud 22R2. As we are migrating the historical data from the legacy system, we want to capture the due date on the calendar-based PM Action where the due date already passed. This is because not all equipment is being maintained on time and we need visibility on when it actually was due. The problem I encountered that despite the Start Date on the Maintenance Trigger shows in the past (e.g., 01/01/2020) the Maintenance Plan generates the future date only. What we want is the Maintenance Plan to show the line for 01/01/2020 otherwise according to the Maintenance Plan this asset is only due in a couple of years, instead of being due for a while. I selected Valid From Date on the Work Task Template 01//01/2017 to ensure that all dates are valid but that doesn't seem to make a difference.

Failure Category & Fault Priority Field, are BASELINE defined by Fault Definition and not modifiable on ACTUALSFault Type field, is BASELINE & ACTUAL modifiableCan IFS advise is a Parent / Child relation between Failure Category & Failure type exist ? How IFS would recommend tio uses those type of fields with Fault Definition?And finalys how to set up Fault Priority to have them reflecting a priority according to the Fault Definition?
