Problem

In Aurena, when Error/Warning/Information messages pop up in the right bottom corner of the page, they fade out within a second or two. Most of the time, the popup message content cannot be read prior to the fade out.

I have found out a Solution ID related to the IFSAPP that mentioning, this issue will be solved in near future for the IFSAPP’s (please refer the Solution ID 289179).

Recreated in core: IFS Cloud

Business Impact: Customers cannot read the full Error/Warning/Information popup messages, due to the faded out quickly. Therefore, at times important message will be missed.

Recreated in customer environment:  Yes

Importance: 3(Medium), Affects system maintenance processes.

Case ID: INC0464839/ CS0098622

Request from R&D:

Is this issue already in your Backlog for IFSCLOUD?

If yes, when will be solution delivered?

If you move your mouse pointer to the top of error/warning message, it is not fading out until you move the mouse pointer away from the message.

@suneth  Hello, we are aware of the option to hover over the pop-up box. Thank you for that.

Follow-up to the above. Solution ID: 289179.

This has been a solution for greater than 1 year. Is there a way to track solution ID’s and their status?

Or can an estimated time be provided?

Thanks!

Hi,

Sorry, I’m working in a different team. The Case/Solution should be redirected to the Client team from second line support team.

However all connected Cases to Solution 289179 are in closed state.

Hi,

Does anyone know if

a) this has been fixed in IFS Cloud?

b)Is there a solution for Apps10?

Thanks,

Matt

Hi All,

this is a very interesting topic one of our customer finds struggling as well.

We have the situation that on some functions 3 of the blue coloured informative messages appear. However, even though we can prevent one of those from dissappearing by hovering with the mouse, the two others still vanish.

Is there meanwhile a setting to prevent those messages from dissapearing?

Many thanks,

Alex

Hi All,

23R2 introduces the control to set the duration time of the messages.

Best regards,

Golo
