Hi, I want to fetch all events in a certain date range. Hi,So I noticed this error when trying to send a dataset load manually from IFS Cloud to PSO: I would have to delete certain Location Region records beforehand to be able to manually send a load successfully. Is there a way to manually send a load successfully without having to delete the Location Region records? Thanks in advance!

Hello! Excuse my ignorance, but I’m having trouble distinguishing the different IFS tools and platforms. We have a Scope Tool on IFS World, but what exactly is IFS World? Are there more tools within IFS World? What is the difference between that and IFS Portal? Am I correct that IFS Portal is just a hub for access to FTP, IFS Community, and the IFS Service Center? Clarification on the different tools offered by IFS would be great. I’ve tried to research this but haven’t gotten a clear answer so if I’m missing some obvious piece of documentation, that would be helpful to know too. Thank you! 

Hi,We would like to send a consolidated email to a technician with some data.For that reason, we use a PF with a SQL action which give a list (list of PM SV for equipement with a certain status)Below, the list give 3 service orders for the same technicians  Then we use this SQL in a process flow with an email action. In the PF,  we use the field pm_sa_person_id in the field consolidated (we also tried with this field in the Key field)This field is present in the SQL. The result is always the same : We have n emails (here in our example 3)  and not 1 email with consolidated data Could you explain the settings needed to send only 1 email.Thanks and Regards

Dear Community, @Jens (you're a DMM guru I've been told ;))When using in Cloud 22R1 the Data Migration Manager, deploying the object Suppliers [SUPPLIER_GENERAL_INFO], we face an error when the output container is deployed, during the deployment: "Field [ON_NEW] is mandatory for Deploy Definition Attributes and requires a value.”In the target table definition this field ON_NEW is not available. Has anyone seen this error before and has a solution to fix it? At the moment we can't deploy the data to the target environment.

Hi,I’ve generated an access view for the FACT_PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE information source.We have a requirement to also be able to query Supplier for Purchase Part data - I’ve created a Quick Dimension called QDIM_PURCHASE_PART_SUPPLIER, which I’d like to generate an access view for. I understand that the dimension must be linked to an information source fact, but I can’t figure out how to actually connect the two.I’ve tried adding the dimension on the Information Sources screen but I get an error because there isn’t a dimension ID in the fact table to join on.I’ve also tried to do it via the Custom Dimension Connections screen, but I get the following error:It think it’s possible as I spotted a screenshot in the documentation where you can clearly see some quick dimensions connected to a fact table.Thanks in advance!

Hi, In an external Repair order, if you realize a vendor exchange, then after the receipt of the part sent by the vendor, in the RP you can select “Return to stock” in the lookup of the field “Product disposition” (resolve screen). But if you realise the product exchange through a Bulk PR, then after the receipt of the part sent by the vendor, in the RP you don’t have anymore the option “Return To stock”. Why it is not possible in this case to return the product to inventory ?Thanks by advance 

We are looking into using Package Part with service contracts. When I try to add a package part as a billable invoice plan item, I do not get any hits in list of value for the parts. Is this a limitation, meaning package parts cannot be used with service contract?  

We are seeing a number of failed e-mail messages out of IFS.  We are on Apps 10 UPD16.The error we are seeing on the outgoing messages is “SMTP Send Failed Exception, concurrent connection limit exceeded.”.  We are checking the limits allowed though exchange.Our issue is that in IFS connect the settings we have against MAIL_SENDER1 is MAX RETRIES = 60 and RETRY INTERVAL = 60.  With these settings in IFS Connect I think the Failed application messages should be retried every 60 seconds on 60 attempts, but this does not appear to be happening.Any assistance hear would be appreciated.

Hello Community!I’m assisting with an IFS upgrade, and the topic of Lobby pages came up. Try as I might, I’m not able to do anything other than view IFS-provided Lobby pages in the post-upgraded instance. I’ve made sure to grant the related presentation objects (EE_LOBBY_DESIGN, EE_LOBBY_VIEW, EE_LOBBY_IN_CONTEXT_EDIT, EE_LOBBY_IN_CONTEXT_VIEW) although I would think just the EDIT and DESIGN POs would be appropriate by themselves.After confirming all 4 presentation objects were granted, assigned the permission set to the subject user, refreshed the security cache and then logging back in produces the same issue of not being able to perform any management nor modification of the any of the IFS Lobby objects.When I enter in the URL for the Data Source Designer in IFS IEE (bypassing the Navigator), I receive a security error and a more interesting one stating that the Lobby Designer Tools are not installed.Has anyone else encountered this sort of issue before, and if so, what was the reso

I have created a permission set which contains the FND_WEBENDUSER_B2B and custom functional role which has granted the projections EquipmentObjects, OrderServiceEndCustomer and ServiceRequest.I log into B2B and “order service” via the service center lobby (<baseurl>/b2b/ifsapplications/web/assistant/OrderServiceEndCustomer/OrderAService;$action=LobbyPageName...). I fill in the form with all necessary data and attach a document (14KB PDF file). Hi, Anyone ever encountered the same case with me? When I applied control plan template to a control plan, acceptance sampling detail on header and line were copied incomplete. Where Acceptance Sampling, AQL, Inspection Level and other details. I tried to reproduce with different scenarios, the result always the same.Was it happened to IEE as well?Control Plan Template with Setting of Acceptance Sampling for Attribute and VariableAcceptance Sampling of applied template ID did not copied properly (incomplete) to Control PlanControl Plan Template Line with detail of Acceptance Sampling (AQL)Applied Control Plan Template Line did not fully copied to control plan. Hi all, Wondering if anyone has dealt with unreceiving a part in IFS. Specifically, let’s say there is the following scenario: Receiver in warehouse receives items on PO 12345. After completing receiving, it is discovered that something is wrong with part/they over received/or something else causing the need to “Unreceive” parts.  Does anyone have this function turned on in IFS and if so, do you have some pros & cons and best practices on dealing with these situations?Any information on what potential implications could arise from unreceiving - first thought is Finance with invoicing, etc.  Thank you,Steph

Hello all!We have observed that the DSE frequently changes the tasks’ allocation to new resources, occurring every 2-3 minutes. So, we want to set a lower allocation frequency.Is there a way to configure the DSE to adjust the allocation process to occur at a lower frequency, say every 10 or 20 minutes? Are there any additional configurations or adjustments that can be made to achieve a lower allocation frequency?If anyone has experience or knowledge in this area, your guidance would be highly valuable. Thank you in advance for your assistance and expertise!

Hi, In IFS Apps 10 you could select ‘System Info’ on the bottom bar which would show you the page view you were looking at. I would use this to set up a data source for that page. How can you do this in IFS Cloud?
