Hi,In the transaction PM scheduler batch :Is there a way (a setting)  to consolidate SV for installed items when they are on differents contracts ? You can have a Site with multiple contracts (OOS = installed Items)  and when you perform the PM for installed items in the site,  you want to group your service orders even if they are on many contracts. Thanks and Regardsantony

Hi All!When printing Work Instruction for ShopOrder, we use the function “Print Attached Documents”.IFS finds the attached documents well, e.g. a document which is attached to workinstruction guidelines of a operation. In our current situation it's kind of a suprise for the one who print's whether there are connected documents. Therefore we would like to have insight in all the attached documents from the ShopOrder itself(in Screen ShopOrder).I guessed that “Object Connection Transformations” would be the solution, but i could not manage to set it so that we saw the attachements in screen ShopOrder.Does anyone managed to do this? Or does anyone have other ideas on how to configure this?Thanks! 

We have a product deployed at the site of multiple customers and that application is using IFS 9/10 and the .NET Access Provider to connect to IFS. We have 2 customers that are still using IFS 9 and both have connection problems to IFS 9 since last night. There was no change to our product and both customers use different versions of our product anyway.Is there any changes done to IFS 9 like an update or an end-of-support date that happened recently?The error is (URL/username were edited):Cannot connect to IFS using URL 'http://ifsurl:60000/' and username 'IFSUSER'.Unexpected error while calling server method AccessPlsql/InvokeThe URI http://ifsurl:60000/main/compatibility/clientgateway cannot be found. Please contact your system administrator.The access to IFS 9 itself - using Entreprise Explorer and the same login information - is correct in both sites.

The employees are able to clock on shop orders that are closed. Is it possible ? If yes what is the logic behind it.

Hi All;Is there any way to cancel purchase requisition line and a purchase requisition header. On IFS 10 there is no function to cancel purchase requisition but is there any other way for purchase requisition lines to stay still but behave like deleted, ignored by the further steps of procurement. Thanks in Advance

Hello,I would be really interested to hear thoughts on the following situation. I’ll use a ready meal process as an analogy.We have a process that creates a product (mash potato), from a blend of potato A (peeled potatoes) & potato B (skin on potatoes) . Both types of potato are bought in as raw material. This blend can be a range of 30%-70% potato A, but varies each time the process is run, as done by eye as exact ratio is not important. Over a year it balances out at ~50% which can be the assumption for costing. The mash potato is then immediately used in 10 different end products. E.g. 250g in 10 different types of ready meal.From a costing point of view, assuming the mash is 50% of each type is ok. However from a planning point of view, we need to work out the best way to handle & consume inventory of Potato A & Potato B, so we can trigger the reorder process. Hi @Shehan Almeida  In IFS Cloud it’s possible to grant access an employee to other employess of the Organization? For authorize, modify the time and attendance,see employee data etc? Without the functionality “Grant Aplication Manager Access”.I mean, only with the position access Setup and from the Graphical Organization Structure is not enough?Thanks and best regards,

Hello,Is there a way to configure the payment reminders to send out only based off of the due date? For example, we want to send payment reminders to customers only when an invoice on their account is 15 days old and again when their invoice is 30 days old. It seems like payment reminders in IFS include all invoices in their reminders and you cannot separate these… additionally you cannot send these based off of dude dates… Other than doing this with custom event actions, is there another way to set this up? Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan
