There is one invoice which is not picked up by GL Distribution Batch and doesn’t have GL batch ID for this invoice. We checked other corresponding invoices and we could see that they have been picked up by GL distribution batch and has GL Batch ID. What should be done in this case and what is the reason to why this invoice wasn’t picked by GL Distribution batch. Thanks in advance.

Hi, our customer has av Event for notifying the next authorizer by e-mail. Now they want to remove “NOTIFY_NEXT_AUTH” from the e-mail and only have the no_reply_ifs - adress. Is that possible to remove from the event?  Thanks!Emma

Hi thereI have an issue with GL Balance Analysis , when I have a account with currency balance like cash account in some cases I have both debit currency amount and credit Balance in GL Balance Analysis at one time.In real world it is impossible to own 1,000 USD and owe 2,000 in accounting currency at one time.Is there any setting , option or explain for this situation?Thanks

We have 1 customer that we must collect and remit sales tax for.  i have looked through the documentation and have successfully set up the collection portion.  I have been able to  capture and report over the collection piece.  However, what is the mechanism to remit these taxes?  I tried just entering a supplier invoice but the collections are held in a ledger account so I cannot clear the collections that way.

Hi, I’m going through the IFS Cloud Essentials training and I cannot fast forward or rewind. I’ve tried it in Chrome and in Edge. Even once I’ve finished a course and it’s marked as “Complete”, if I want to watch it again, I have to watch the entire thing. I’m sure you can understand why this is hampering my ability to learn. Thoughts?

Hi,I have implemented a outbound (POST) request to 3rd party to transfer some information from IFS to their system, but to access their system I need to generate a token and then need to send the outbound request authorization as Bearer using that generated token.Can I fulfil this requirement only using Routing Rules and Addresses?Token Generation I’m getting a token as a result of above. Outbound RequestI should be able to use the generated token here to send the data.Please share if you have any sample setup for this..

HiOne of my customer’s environment, all the Application messages are failing with below message.‘ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: Exception while sending data Caused by: java.net.UnknownHostException: site_url’Even though I tried with mail sender, it has the same behavior.Any idea on this?

Hi All, When an end user apply for an absence, supervisor needs to approve it first and authorize it secondly. In our case we do not need two levels and we need to skip approve status and authorize it directly. Is there any option to skip this approve option and directly authorize absence requests by the supervisor?I'm working with AURENA client. Regards,MalinG.

Hi,I am trying to integrate IFS with another system. I will send the data. Before that, I need to get the access token of the web service. So, I am sending a POST request with the “command_sys.send_rest_message” procedure. The procedure doesn’t give a response body. And also the procedure has no out parameter like application message id. (at least plsqlap_server_api.post_outbound_bizapi procedure has out parameter application message id :)) So, I tried to capture the access token in a weird way(You can see the code below. ). I searched message value on application messages (inside the last 1 minute) with the message text. This is not a good way to get an access token. Hi,I have a use case where in a customer contract we have many installed item and we would like  :1/ To suspend the billing for one of the items because the item is broken or out of order Do you know a way to suspend the  billing process only for one item (OOS) of a customer contract ? 2/ To have a free period for an item under contract. The contract is active, but for one line (OOS)  of the contract we don’t run the billing process or we consider that the price for the item is 0.I’m not sure that only adjusting the price of the item to 0 and then set the “normal” price could be a solution and if we could define aslo the start / end date for this free period.Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hi,In a customer contract you have 2 items as OOS.These items have the same planning of MP, but for one of the items, we cannot run the preventive maintenance in the winter months (ski station).If we set this line at seasonal in the contract (april to october for example), do we have an impact on the MP planning (no dates between november to march) ?Thanks and Regards  anthony

Hello,I am attempting to use a Manufacturing Control Plan to allow an associate to record a Part Number etching on a part we produce. However, the part make contain alphabet and numerical i.e. - 12345ACRev2. Essentially, I would like to have the employee record the part number that was etched in a control plan analysis and have that checked against the value on the CP. I was using variable and setting the outer min, nominal, and outer max to the part number. This was working. However, it does not appear to accept letters. I am hoping there is another way to achieve this in IFS (IFS Apps 10 UDP 15). Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hello,I am trying to update a line in the Purchase Order (view PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE_PART). I want to update a price for several lines at the same time. Every time when I am trying to do that I have the following error message:Entering a new line works perfectly, but the update of existing line doesn’t work. In Apps 10 we had a full text search in Docman which was initially served by the Search Domains functions. I can't find such a search in Cloud 21R1 anymore. Does this mean for Cloud 21R1 that there is no full text search anymore? What are the alternatives?GreetingsOliver

Hi Team,I have transferred an updated EPR Structure to a Manufacturing Structure and set it to Plannable as I always do, but for some strange reason MRP is failing to plan for the child parts. Hello,I am trying to migrate the Supplier for Purchase Part in IFS Cloud.I encountered the following error:“ORA-20110: TaxHandlingUtil.INVTAXCODE2: You are not allowed to use Tax Codes of type Tax with percentage greater than 0%.”I think that the problem is that for one site the field Tax Code is blocked:As for the other site, the field is “unblocked”:Is there any specific setup on site level that needs to be done to have this field avaliable for the Supplier for Purchase Part page? Thank you in advance,
