Hello.

On a lobby, I updated the data source to sort data from the CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE view, the sort is now done on WANTED_DELIVERY_DATE.

On the desginer, I have a link to navigate to ifsapf:tbwOverviewCustOrdLine_Ext, but strangely, records are not sorted on the destination page.

What’s the way to sort data when I navigate to ifsapf:tbwOverviewCustOrdLine_Ext through the lobby?

HI @romsar

did you check this box in your lobby element?

Hello @Link

Unfortunately, I don’t have this checkbox

Hi @romsar

what type of lobby element (list, counter etc.) did you create?

it’s a counter type.

Now I’m thinking, when I compare both screenshots, I noticed that the page combobox is filled in my case, not in yours. Can that explain the behaviours that we have?

This could be the issue. But I am not sure.

Maybe you can create a case and ask for this checkbox.

Alright, I made an IFS case.

I made a new lobby, but this time, a list type, and the checkbox popep-up :

@Link can you confirm that the screenshot that you shared with me was made from a list type?

Hi @romsar

yes, it is. But in other lobby element types it is also available.

Hello @Link

I got a feedback from the support, it’s indeed a bug, it’s corrected in UPD 8.

We are now awaiting a delivery for this issue.

Hi @romsar

I have suspected it.

Then you should create a case for the current update.

I already made a case and that’s why we are awaiting a delivery to fix this issue.
