Hi all, I’ve noticed that some special characters in our enumeration file cant be displayed right e.g. €, ®, etc.The display is always shown with other special characters e.g. BioMem® → BioMem®Does the enumeration file work with ASCII?I’ve tried this but it doesn’t work: Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? best regards,Lena

Hi.  Is it possible to make the inventory non-nettable while waiting for the transport task to be completed.  We’re currently using transport tasks to transfer materials to a different location within our instance, but we’re finding it shows up in the in-transit qty category, and is viewed as available inventory ahead of it’s actual arrival to the site.  Similarly, the receiving site isn’t able to see that supply coming in within MRP.   Are both of those options not applicable while using the transport task function?

Hi Team,I need help regarding the sick leave. We are using IFS Cloud 23R1. One requirement is that team want to apply leave for sickness of any employee but they will not known the end date so how we can apply absence request ?. Second is that approved leave will flow to PSO but absence request in confirmed state it will not flow. Can anybody suggest if any out of the box solution is available ?.Please suggest.

Hi Experts,One of our customers is using Intune MDM to distribute the FSM Android application. This required to rebuild the mobile application with a new application id (to sidestep the “Upload a new APK file with a different package name” stated here) and they had to generate a new google maps api key for this.The question is w.r.t maintaining different versions of the application to cater for different environments (Dev, Test, Prod).In the conventional approach of sideloading the app, I take it that there is only one APK file (with one Google Maps API key) and copies of this are maintained in separate locations for the respective environments. Hence, in the case of an upgrade or a customization rollout it’s possible to have the mobile application gradually be tested and upgraded across dev, test, prod. In the case of using an MDM, since it’s not possible to load in multiple APK’s with the same application id, is it the case that separate applications (copies of the same app) will hav

Hi All, I have a requirement on PRINT_CHECK_REP where the client wants to print the amount details in a lower area of a page with very strict dimensions, earlier developers have used a repeating footer element but it doesn’t achieve the purpose of the report. The report is designed in such a way that if the check pages exceeds one page these checks will be voided and IFS standard RDF code handles this with breaking the XML and creating new XML tags.Basically to achieve my requirement I can’t use a repeating footer as a table can’t be connected there, i need to access table specific values to achieve my requirement on a exact position. can i place a table cell on exact same position in a IFS report? I have increased the height of the previous cell but this doesn’t print well cause my upper table contains different count of data.Below is the previous dev with a static repeating footer. Currently it prints like this in the 1st page. 2nd page has more space. Hello, I am loading an external file containing Customer Invoice information, and am using the STDCIN2 file template to load the invoices. I have included both ‘CURR_AMOUNT’ and ‘NET_CURR_AMOUNT’ fields in the template. After loading the Invoice file and attempting to check, the system displays the error message “Invoice Amount in Accounting Currency does not match Posting Amounts for Item No 1.” Although, both line and posting amounts are similar. Please refer to the below screenshots. The Error:(Please note that the Customer ID above is masked intentionally) Customer Invoice Line Information: Customer Invoice Posting Information: Kindly request to provide an explanation for the reason for this behavior and any possible remedies to be done to load the invoice properly. I am struggling finding exactly how to grant document attachemtnt o a permissions set in Aurena. I personally have the option as I have Full access in Aurena I have read articles that indicate the need to add the DocReferenceObjectAttachmentHandling projection. for Document attachments and for media grant the MediaLibraryAttachmentHandling projection; however, when I search for this specific projection to add to the permission set in question I get a result of (No Data)  Any help on this bit would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Experts,  Cash transactions prior to a specific date are not visible in automatic transaction matching screen. Those transactions are already matched. But those transactions should be visible once the ‘exclude matched’ check box unticked. I checked in back-end. Transactions are available in back end. This issue was in Apps9 and Recently customer moved to IFS cloud. The same issue exists as it is in cloud also. ** This issue exists for all cash accounts they are using.  Can someone help to resolve this issue? Thanks, in advanced! 

Hi All,I would like to know if the document names in Business Opportunity window can be changed when sending file via email in Aurena.As I see from the Document Revision window, all the documents get downloaded in the format of ‘Document title (Document class-Document No-Document Revision-Document Revision)’. But customer wants to change the naming of the documents in Business Opportunity window to the format of ‘Business Opportunity No-Revision No’.I would like to know if this is feasible just for Business Opportunity window in Aurena?Look forward to hear from you all!Thank you

Hi,As shown in the image 01, this is how it appears in general in aurena, the drop down of the employee information stripe in 'My New Expense sheet’. However, for some users, Company and Employee fields do not appear but the employee field only (image 02). Our dispatchers use 2 main methods to assign work - the dispatch console, and the service order info page. On the dispatch console, when you attempt to assign an activity to a technician that does not have the required skills to service an activity, an info prompt appears to notify the dispatcher.However, that same validation doesn’t seem to take place when assigning the activity from the service order module. We receive a prompt that “you’re overriding DSE function”, or 'SA already has something scheduled at this time, are you sure”, but not whether or not the technician has the required skills, which is the most important for our use case.Is there a configuration to enable this validation on the service order page? (operating on version 15.1)

Hello everyone.  I am hoping someone can give me some suggestions for how to resolve this conflict.  Our manufacturing process is a conveyor belt line.  The first machine does task 1 and the product goes down a conveyor to a second machine that performs task 2, then on to the conveyor belt again until it reaches another machine for a 3rd task.  Then further down the conveyor belt the product is packaged at the final work station. We have these set up as operations within our route, and each operation has a unique work center.The production team reports scrap at the operation level to allocate the correct cost at time of scrap.  They also report labor at the operation level and use for productivity measures.  This has worked great for the production team, but our planning team is downloading files and planning outside of IFS.Our planning team would like to be able to schedule within IFS, but they would like to do so using a single bar in either APB or VP, without the spaghetti effect or
