Hi, Using V15.4.2 currently and we had the wrong prices imported into  a PriceBook ready for 2024 and they now need to be changed.  The import sheet in Alliance will not allow me to overwrite those prices with the corrected ones, it runs through but afterwards I find the prices are not changed.If I try to delete those prices, i only have the option to delete the products, which also removes ALL pricing.Does anyone know a way to either:Delete pricing from a PriceBook for a list of products but ONLY for those with a specified FROM DATE? Or how to replace current prices with revised ones?I need this for Products and Activities please.Thank you

Hello.On a CF, read only type, how can I get the user language?I have to display a message, the message is returned by a custom function.I thought to send the value of #USER_LANGUAGE# as a parameter, the variable can’t get the value, just the label.

Hi there,We will be using IFS cloud in the future. At the moment I’m at the Posting rules setup. We’d like an additional posting, with certain M40 combinations (RAW Material to Shop Order).The goal is to build the Work in Progress. I’d like to do this via Automatic Posting rules. We already now that there will be a lot of Postings, since everytime Material is taken at a shop order there will be two additional Postings.Has anyone experience with a lot of Postings generated by the Automatic Posting rules regarding performance? I now a lot is a bad definition so i’d say 500-600 postings a day.Thanks for the replies.

Is it even possible to use Notify Me in Android 13 or + for IFS Apps 10? or the only way to use in Android is with Aurena?

How do i use IFS Scan It for IFS Apps 10 in iOS 15 or above?The warning says that Occurred an error trying to comunicate with the server and to verify the conection and URL.  We tried to add the URI for iOS but it doesn’t exists in the Technical Documentation.  

Hi, We have created a lobby element with the SQL query builder. However, we cannot enter an order by here. By default, it sorts by machine number (but we have not set this ourselves) and we want to sort by zip code. How can we solve this?  

Hi everybody, to gain information about underlying structures in IFS is quiet simple! Just Debug or use systeminfos and - voilá - the view(name) is clear. But imagine you lay hands on a QuickReport with - let’s say - 3 Views and you want to go the other way. Is there an easy way to see where a structure (Oracle View) is used? There must be some connection because, if we enhance IFS with customized fields and use _CFT and _CFV structures instead the original structures, there must be a certain point where to tell IFS: “now use View X instead of Y” Looking forward to hear from you.   All the best.   Michael   PS: By the way: The navigation tree must be stored somewhere as well. Hello, We currently would like to set up customer reminders but we are facing an issue related to the reminder levels per invoice. We have the following set up for a reminder template: When attempting to run a reminder proposal and acknowledging this for a test customer with invoices that should fit into reminder levels 0,1,2, and 4, we get all invoices listed on a reminder, which is what is expected. The only issue is that these reminder levels don’t seem to be automatically updated per invoice. I created the reminder template with the reminder levels but the reminder level values per invoice didn’t change, I had to update them myself even though some were 70+ days old. Additionally, when running the reminder proposal again for reminder levels 0,1, and 3 (in our AR selection template), we only received the reminder level 0 invoice, no other invoices appeared on our reminder, which is good, but no other reminder pages/pdfs were created. Can someone please explain how this works as it s

Hi,With 15.4 SU4 we have this option orders that have demands that have not started can be cancelled and will have the disposition status =”Not used” or “ Not Done”. Fulfilled demands remain unchanged.1/ Is this option only avaiable for service orders ?2/  where the status “not used” or “not done” are dispayed in the screen ?

Hello All,Would you kindly advise if there is a possible way to restrict viewing/accessing the WOs in MWO App end, by the Mobiles Users who are working on the same Site (all got the same Site access).The scenario is we have a 50 Mobile Users who are working on the same Site ‘A’ (all Objects are in the same Site A) and 20 of them should only see different set of WOs (the WOs which are on different set of Objects on Site A), and other 30 should only see another set of WOs, (the WOs which are on different set of Objects on Site A).And they are currently using the same Resource Group which got the same Site access. They are all using various types of Work Types as well.Would you kindly share thoughts and advice to achieve this using Sites, Permission, Objects, Locations etc., Resource groups etc.?We are using MWO Service 10 Application. Many thanks.  

Hi, We are trying to automate our planners tasks for the start of the day and to use a task chain for the repeatable actions:calc ms lev 1 run mrp automatic shop order processingThis runs but we don't get any requisitions created for the current day. When we re-run MRP manually we get the SO requisitions as expected.  We are on Apps 8 (moving to Cloud) and have spread the tasks out so they don't overlap and run at the same time. We are not sure why auto vs manual running would result in a different result - any ideas? Thanks for any help and considering, Regards,James 

There is a table in the database called gpsdata that logs technicians’ gps coordinates, currently it retains about 3 days worth of gps data per user. We’re wondering if that timeframe is configurable. (We want to extend it to 7 days).Does anyone know if that is configurable within the application?

Hello, I am struggling to process a Multi-Company Allocation to create an Instant Invoice. I’m not sure what I am missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.I have created the Sales Object and the Customer is properly setup.There’s no data when I run calculation. And I get the below error when I try to create the Invoice: Error message when trying to create invoice from MC Allocation  No data in view calculation. If instead of Instant Invoice I choose CA Voucher, then I have no issues is executing the MC Allocation. The issue is just when I try to do it via Instant Invoice. 

 Hi All,We are trying to attach Media attachments to the Functional Object page.Object connection is already set up for EquipmentFunctional LU.and I tried with the view  EQUIPMENT_FUNCTIONAL_UIV as well.When trying to upload media items:“Editable flag of Object Connection Transformation is None. New connections are not allowed.” When trying to click on manage media:“LU is not media aware.”The user already has the permission set ‘MEDIA_LIBRARY’.I would really appreciate it if anyone can give any suggestions on this, please.Thank you in Advance.

When a Handling Unit is attached to a Shop Order, Why does it gets detached when closing the Shop order.

Hi All, Assume we have an intersite flow starting from the Purchase Order as this.Internal PO - P100126Internal CO - P10576External PO - P100127 There are two requirements.All changes (Price, Qty, Date, Cancellation) made to internal PO, should be replicated to the other 2 orders. Any changes cannot made to external PO and should not be moved to other orders.Is there any data setup available in the application that allow those two requirements? Thanks in advance.

I would like to make a script to stop FSM mobile users from changing the task status field if they are current in process, or on route on a current task. To change statuses the users use the top left hand corner button to jump to the next status, What would be the best approach to apply this in FSM Mobile (android) 6u24

Hello, I am hoping to understand MRP Action Proposals better. I thought MRP would propose reschedule days for actions, however, there are instances where I see both fields are blank. As an example, I have a part with action proposals for Plan Supply is Past Due and Demand is Past Due. Would the system not propose I move the MRP SOR to make the stock sooner? Would this field be blank, in the event that the proposed move is before today’s date? We do not have availability check enabled for our parts, so a lot of this is self inflicted, I am trying to best understand how to properly use action proposals to make the best planning decision possible. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi,In my company we assemble and sell machinery. The machines are configured in the IFS configurator but we have a challenges with adding functions that are pure software.The goal is that the client can choose a software function to the configuration and then this is added to the product structure or the routing to ensure that the software engineers remembers to add the feature during manufacturing. Any ideas on how to do this? BR Thomas

i want  ‘Create Pick List’ on the Quick Order Flow Handling Menu to be visible (or not visible) based on the value of a custom field held against the Customer. Is there a way to achieve this? Initially I was going to remove permission to it, and add in my own custom menu item which called the following code. Now I would like to create my first project in IFS Developer Studio, but I can´t.On the left side is a screenshot of the course material and on the right side is my IFS Developer Studio. Whats my mistake?

Community, We are on APP10/UPD9. We are testing MWO. As we remember in APP9, on Prepare Work Order screen, you have the RMB function to dispath the current work order to mobile, but current in our screen, we cannot find this option anywhere.any idea?Thank you.
