Missing the 'New' + button on purchase order - no part lines

Hi,

The person in question used to have the ability to add no part lines against a purchase order.

Now (without any change) the capability is missing.

The PO in question is in a planned status. Other users can add no part lines against this supplier.

One is a little stuck as to why this could be the case? appreciate any thoughts.

found it!

within startup behaviour against the filter the user had inadvertently clicked ‘use filter’ which by default removes the ability to add new lines.
