Hope someone can help. We are now on 23R2 but I’ve seen the same behaviour on 23R1.
I’ve created a Service Contract, then created PM Action for it. As you can see on the screenshot below the PM Action has Service Contract and Line information.
When I generate the WO from the Maintenance Plan the Service Contract information is missing on the Work Task (I’m aware that it shouldn't populate on the WO level but previously it always was working on the Work Task). Can someone advise is there anywhere a setting missing to make it talk to each other?
