Hi,Recently jumped from 5.7 to 6u23. I’m looking at specific functions in our business to get them to move away from the Smart Client to the Web Client. One function loads a custom Product screen and in the Smart Client its sound, but the Web Client is showing the following error. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'childLists') First of all any idea’s what the root cause of that issue might be?Secondly to self review issues like this, does the web client write back to any logs anywhere to be able to go and check? RegardsAdy

Hi, I have Custom Field on Customer -page, Invoice -tab, which value should be entered to Customer Order -page, to another Custom Field. Trigger should be on Customer Order page, when I create new customer order and enter customer id.I have created Workflow, that “Project Action Information” has:  ​​​Workflow’s inspection shows the correct value, but when I try create new Customer Order, enter customer id, the value does not appear to Customer Order -page’s Custom Field.What may be the problem? I’ve checked debugger IFS creates “GetDefaults...” -call when applying Customer ID to Customer Order -page.

I have successfully been using an “App password” and SMTP AUTH with no problems up until about 2 weeks ago. I have made no changes or updates to FSM and the user account is still active and able to send emails through Outlook.Does anyone know why this may have happened and also are there any instruction on setting up OAUTH & SMTP with O365 in FSM

Any idea why Taxbase amount & Tax currency base amount showing 0 for tax code with deductibility 0%. I have observed this behavior after upgrading to IFS10 UPd19, UPD7 it was okay. we were having value updated in Taxbase amount & Tax currency base amount and non deductible tax amount. 

Is it possible to check my entire production output quantity in the inspection plan with data type Categorical? In other words, to have an entry for each piece in my shop order that I can set to ok or not ok? Same as in the data type Variable?   

Is there a facility in IFS Aurena to send a direct message to a user? It should then be visible in NotifyMe (and the user should be alerted by a ping). I remember using it before but I can’t find it now.

Hi community,we are looking for help to set up the work calendars in FSM to use the calendar exceptions also in PSO.Out goal is to assign different calendars to different users to manage the calendar exceptions for different regions in different countrys.For example: Hollidays in different regions of a country should be stored in different calendars which will assigned to the related users.In PSO these exceptions should be displayed and used for the scheduling.For now we set up four different calendars in FSM and assigned them to the related users. In PSO we only see the calendar exceptions which are set up up in the person records of the users.Any ideas whats missing or needed to get this runnig?ThanksBenjamin

Hello,According to the documentation, the default value option “Adjust for Op Deviation Qty” is inherited from the manufactured inventory part when shop orders are created. It works fine when a shop order is created automatically from Requisition or customer order, the option default selection on shop order match the selection on the inventory part.But when creating a shop order manually for manufactured inventory part, the option “Adjust for Op Deviation Qty” is enabled by default, even when the option is disabled on the manufactured Inventory part.   Is there a way to disable this option by default for shop orders created manually?Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello Team,I am looking into this Document Transmittals solution and its interesting.I have a doubt on how these documents are send or receive. In here documents can be sent as a hardcopy, by e-mail or shared on an FTP server.Does that mean if we use Email, then we can send the documents through application messages? Hi,Has someone tried to use IFS standard projection ConfirmPurchaseOrderWithDifferences.svc in APP10 ? I try to use the standard projection call to confirm the purchase order with a different promised delivery date, but I have following issue.  (via postman)# Request#Response You can see, the promised delivery date is updated in the response.But, it is not updated in the client. Is it possible to automate the printing process of a Purchase Requisition? Or at least the creation of the pdf? I can capture the output in the debug window when I select RMB-”Print Requisition”  on the Requisition screen but there is too much code in the output, I can’t find the block that creates the pdf. I can do it for a Purchase Order but I want to do it for the requisition.
