I’m trying to use the function Copy Selected rows (1) and Paste Rows (1)to copy only one row from one structure to another but it pastes the entire sub-structure of the part I’m copying.Does anybody know if it’s possible to copy only one row (the selected row) and not the entire structure?Or how to control if it’s only one row or structure that is being copied.(I get the same result when entering the part number manually in the new structure.)  Br, Patrick

Hi, we are using V15.4.2.0We have had a few users report that Service Orders that they created via PM Batch and have already allocated to an SA, have disappeared later.  They are not in history or cancelled, just gone from the system.  I thought perhaps they had made a mistake but we have had such accounts from several different areas now.In a recent case, they knew the exact SV number and we could not find it with Order Locator at all and when we searched similar numbers, we found that there was a gap in the numbering for this SV (i.e. SV2310230098 was missing but SV2310230097 and SV2310230099 were there).I know that you can get a gap in numbering if you start to create a new SV and then abandon it without saving but once saved, I don’t know any way to delete any order, without trace.We have not found any way to replicate this so far and it happens rarely.Has anyone else heard of cases like this?  Any idea why or how it could be happening? and of course, how we can stop it?Thanks, eve

I am trying to have a standard SOP attached or linked to every Purchase Requisition.  Essentially, when you create a new Purchase Requisition, you can access the Procurement SOP.  The below link explained how to do it in Apps8 but it does not appear to work the same way in Aurena Cloud 23.R1.Any help is appreciated. 

Hi,I was wondering if there exist a solution for the following case:A customer is having several organizational changes for the 01.01.2024. Unfortunately, this is the time most employees have entered their absences for the holidays. All absences for 2024 are connected to the old Org Code.Is there a way to update those absences at once? Hi All, In IFSAPP10 Aurena, when a time is selected in Time Card - Details screen [ Human Capital Management > Manager Services > Time and Attendance > Time Card - Details ], it does not always show the Green Plus box in the date selected. Hi, I setup Demand Server in IFS Cloud, connect it to host and then I wanted to check Advanced Server Settings, but there is just this one.I know that there should be much more parameters. I tried to Reset All to Default, but it doesnt help.What should I do to get all parameters? Should I do some correction in IFS cloud or in demand server?Thanks a lot Romana

Hi,With 15.4 SU3 there is a new option to add a digital signature. From the 3 dots menu, select Digital Signature. A screen opens for you add a signature. When you click Submit, the signature is attached to the service order. Could you explain the use cases for this option ?How can we use this digital signature (only for internal resources) ?Thanks and Regards  anthony 

Does v15.4 have the ability to call an external API when a perticular field has been updated in Alliance ? in this case wanted to push out the tracking number , once enterted by the user.

Hi, I was trying to create a new theme 1 week ago on the test environment. I made some changes in the themes.zip file. There was no problem until yesterday. Our partner pushed a delivery to our test environment. After that, this problem occurred. I can’t reach the application. There was a backup of themes.zip. I used the original files. It still throws the same error. I signed the application with F1MAGE. I couldn’t solve the problem. The error text is below. Hello, There is a SV order which was invoiced for 230GBP. Now I need to raise Credit Note for this invoice, but for higher monetary value of around 8000GBP.Is there anyway that I can try to make this happen. Thanks in advance.

Hi,In the transaction PM scheduler batch :Is there a way (a setting)  to consolidate SV for installed items when they are on differents contracts ? You can have a Site with multiple contracts (OOS = installed Items)  and when you perform the PM for installed items in the site,  you want to group your service orders even if they are on many contracts. Thanks and Regardsantony

Hi All!When printing Work Instruction for ShopOrder, we use the function “Print Attached Documents”.IFS finds the attached documents well, e.g. a document which is attached to workinstruction guidelines of a operation. In our current situation it's kind of a suprise for the one who print's whether there are connected documents. Therefore we would like to have insight in all the attached documents from the ShopOrder itself(in Screen ShopOrder).I guessed that “Object Connection Transformations” would be the solution, but i could not manage to set it so that we saw the attachements in screen ShopOrder.Does anyone managed to do this? Or does anyone have other ideas on how to configure this?Thanks! 

We have a product deployed at the site of multiple customers and that application is using IFS 9/10 and the .NET Access Provider to connect to IFS. We have 2 customers that are still using IFS 9 and both have connection problems to IFS 9 since last night. There was no change to our product and both customers use different versions of our product anyway.Is there any changes done to IFS 9 like an update or an end-of-support date that happened recently?The error is (URL/username were edited):Cannot connect to IFS using URL 'http://ifsurl:60000/' and username 'IFSUSER'.Unexpected error while calling server method AccessPlsql/InvokeThe URI http://ifsurl:60000/main/compatibility/clientgateway cannot be found. The employees are able to clock on shop orders that are closed. Is it possible ? If yes what is the logic behind it.

Hi All;Is there any way to cancel purchase requisition line and a purchase requisition header. On IFS 10 there is no function to cancel purchase requisition but is there any other way for purchase requisition lines to stay still but behave like deleted, ignored by the further steps of procurement. Thanks in Advance
