What do you mean by categories in travel request configuration.
An Amount based setup can be based on Supervisor, Position, and Person, See the below example

The “categories” I was referring to, on your screenshot, is 001. I was not sure what are typical ID’s i.e do you use a number or for example Domestic and another one Abroad.
