Hello, I am trying to add a manual project connection to a customer order line for a non-inv sales part (status of CO is planned) but get the following error message (on IFS App10)The customer order was created from the intercompany workflow (from a PO sent through MHS) - the supply code on line is “non inventory” and when trying to change for “project” supply code, following error message appears End goal is to be able to connect my project and activity to customer order line, to proceed with the bookings of customer invoice which are supposed to rely on preposting values If you have an idea on the reason behind this issue, please share your views :) ThanksTanya

Hello.I made a new custom package to make a custom lobby as it’s way too complex to make it on IFS.I made custum functions in this new package to return results, but they are not available for users. What’s the way to grant access to these custom functions? I went to this screen :ifswin:Ifs.Application.SecurityAdministration.PermissionSetDetail?action=get&key1=XXXXXXXXI selected the database objects tab, I ran a research to my new package name and IFS listed it, but I cannot find every custom function inside, 1 custom function is listed out of 3.Am I doing something wrong?

I would like to verify my understanding regarding the below article. IFS Product - 23R1SU9 – Time registration page gives multiple errorsWe have currently version 23.1.8. If we install service update 23R1 SU10, then those time registration pages work even though we don’t have OBRM component, is that correct? 

Hi, Hope someone can help. We are now on 23R2 but I’ve seen the same behaviour on 23R1.I’ve created a Service Contract, then created PM Action for it. As you can see on the screenshot below the PM Action has Service Contract and Line information. When I generate the WO from the Maintenance Plan the Service Contract information is missing on the Work Task (I’m aware that it shouldn't populate on the WO level but previously it always was working on the Work Task). Can someone advise is there anywhere a setting missing to make it talk to each other?

I’m beginning the process to upgrade from APP9 to Cloud. We currently use work orders for customer serial objects that need to be repaired and returned. We have a MOD that allows the serial object to become an inventory part in stock on a customer order so that it can be shipped via standard customer order functionality. Customer is invoiced for the service and part is shipped. Alternately there is functionality on the report in work order screen for move serial to inventory which allows the repaired part to be moved into inventory. Does anyone utilize work orders in Cloud for customer assets that are ultimately returned to the customer’s location?  If so, how do you process these? 

Has anyone had success in using date arithmetic to control visibility of page elements through Page Designer?Cloud - 23.1.10We can see value, for example, in not allowing  ‘Closed’ shop orders to be re-opened after a certain amount of time - say 1 year. In Page Designer on the Manufacturing > Shop Order > Order > Shop Orders page, I can use a hard coded comparison date on the Shop Orders Open command, Visible condition as such: record.CloseDate >= ‘2023-03-14’ to limit the appearance of the button to only orders closed within the last year. However, I’ve not been able to come up with a way to use a dynamically generated “year ago” date to compare.The variables understood by the page search function don’t stand up to a syntax check. Is it possible to configure an Access Attribute to approve the expense sheets and assign that Attribute to an Manager Access Role? As I see, expense sheet approval is routed to Line Manager based on the organization hierarchy and expense authorization can be done by the user who is assigned the EXPENSE_AUTH attribute. Similar to EXPENSE_AUTH attribute can I configure an attribute for expense approval and assigned to required Access roles? 

We are running IFS Cloud 23R1 in a, by IFS, hosted setup with self hosted BI setup in our own Azure tenant. However, our main datalake resides in Snowflake and we’re therefore pushing data from Azure to Snowflake. Currently this is done with full dataloads each time, which is not a sustainable model.We have enabled incremental loads between IFS Cloud and our self hosted BI (Azure). We are now looking into what we can utilize to enable incremental loads between Azure and Snowflake, and noticed that mvt_created_dt was populated in Azure. However it seem to be updated with the time of the latest incremental load, for all records? My exceptation was that this would only occur for newly added/updated records.Does anyone have any suggestion how to implement a solid incremental load funcationality between Azure and another datalake?

Hello,I have a requirement to make the data source - FACT_GL_TRANSACTION as incremental data load and I have modified that in Data Load Definitions -> Data Source ->FACT_GL_TRANSACTION - Incremental Load (condition got auto generated based on mvt_created_dt).Although my existing access view FACT_GL_TRANSACTION_BI, has the data access type set as online and it is created based on FACT_GL_TRANSACTION_OL. Hence, full load will be sent every time when the data load runs as the mvt_created_dt in  FACT_GL_TRANSACTION_OL is sysdate.I don't see any option to modify access view - FACT_GL_TRANSACTION_BI to change access type as datamart. Can you please suggest me how this can be handledRegards,Manisha

Hello,We have a data source - FACT_GL_TRANSACTION which needs to be sent as incremental load to Azure. But the load goes into error while the data load runs. Any idea why ?

Steps to recreate the issueCreate a Report Rule for any report. I have checked this issue for the Order confirmation report (CUSTOMER_ORDER_CONF_REP) with an Action type of “Route to Connect”. And use “ResultKey” as an OutputFileName So, When I print the Order confirmation Report, I got an Email with the Output name combined with ReportID_ResultKey.  Not only with “ResultKey”.But if I use only “ReportID”, then It send an email with only ReportID as an OutputFile Name.  Expected resultExpected result would be to only get ResultKey as an OutputFileName in the attachment without ReportID combined.

I am using IFS10 Aurena I have an Engineering Part Hierarchy created in Engineering Part Revisions.  I want to move / copy / push the entire Hierarchy to inventory parts.  21 Total Parts.Can this be done all together or do I have to do each part individually? 

I am trying to import Lobby page from test environment to stage environment but in Stage environment I don’t see Import page button. Could anyone advice me why? If it is permission issue how I should do it? I couldn’t find Projection name on Lobbies overview page.  *The below picture is in test env. which you see the Import page button but I don’t see it in Stage enviroment. 

Hi, The person in question used to have the ability to add no part lines against a purchase order. Now (without any change) the capability is missing.The PO in question is in a planned status. Other users can add no part lines against this supplier.   One is a little stuck as to why this could be the case? appreciate any thoughts.

Hello All, Any idea on how to hide a forecast flow in the demand planner for myself? We need to keep these because of history, but I am not interested and prefer not to see them. I tried to do it in the user demand access area but I think it is not possible there.Any idea on how to do this? Thanks and best regards

Hi,When I klick User Posting Template button in Posting Proposal view, pick a template, it creates dubble rows with different tax code even though Posting Template have only one row. Does anyone know if there is bug report for this?  Our version is IFS Cloud R23.1.8, please advice.

Hello to the community,  I am trying to get the prepostings on the customer invoice header to map on the M30 but it is not working. I have the M103 setup with the c58 (mandatory preposting). the postings errors show that there is a missing value for M30 with C13 control type because I didn’t set it up correctly, not wanting data to get pulled from posting control but from preposting.  Does anyone by any chance know why values from preposting aren’t being pulled to M30 ? Thank youTanya
