How to automatically create all pick lists in the 'Create Pick List for Customer Orders' page

Hello,I am trying to have every pick list that appears in the ‘Create Pick List for Customer Orders’ page get automatically created. We have the shipment types set up properly so whenever we create a pick list from that page, they come out properly. What i want to do, is to automatically print those. I have a schedule set up so that every 2 minutes, it runs the “Create Consolidated Pick List for Customer Orders” database task. This gets almost all of the Pick Lists for Customer Orders created, but the ones with the Supply code of “Purch Ord Trans” do not get printed. They appear on that page, but for some reason, the task does not create those. How do I fix this? We use Consolidated Pick Lists for Customer Orders, but we are requested to create pick lists for all items on that “Create Pick list for Customer Orders” PageHere is the database task I have set upAny advise or insight would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

How To View Record Count On Screen Tab

Hello,I created a custom screen with 5 tabs all coming from custom tables linked to the main custom table for this screen. All of the tabs below reflect that. The issue is that all the tabs will show a record count above the tab except the ‘Accessories’ tab. The ‘Location Information’ tab just has informational fields in it and not records.I have matched up all custom metadata fields to mirror the attachment tab as well as the primary key field. I have looked through the UI designer properties of both the tab and the primary key field to make sure they match. I have made sure the datatypes match up between parent and child tables.Does anyone have any further ideas I can try to get that number to show above the ‘Accessories’ tab?

Demand Planner Client - SQL Statement

Hi, Does anyone have any experience of using ‘or’ statements in demand flow SQL statements? We are trying to create a demand flow for demand planner client using an “or” in the sql statement to exclude some customers. Our statement is:Select contract, part_no, issue_date, issue_qty from IFSAPP.external_invent_part_issue_pub where CUSTOMER_NO <> 'CUST1' or CUSTOMER_NO <> 'CUST2' The flow doesn't error out and is created in the client, but the quantities in the created flow are still the total demand, so no exclusions are being done. Group Consolidation Issue - ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("IFSAPP"."CONSOL_INTER_COMP_BALANCES_TAB"."ROW_ID")

Change Purchase Order Layout

Sup Boys ‘n Girls,In the current PO report layout that we are using the article number does not fit into one line so it automatically breaks down to the next (see annex). That fact has already caused some misunderstanding with suppliers as they did not expect the article number to continue in the next line. Is there a way of highlighting the article number (e.g. put a frame around it) or let it fit into one single line? Any support is appreciated. Thanks!

Customer Repayment Payment Reference(KID) - EBF Norway

Hi,We are using Customer Repayment Proposals to repay customer credit invoices, using EBFNOR payment format.But, we noticed that files are failing in bank as it containing KID(Payment Reference).For customer credit invoices this payment reference is assigned us and it does not make sense have it on the file, as we are paying.Is this a bug? How long do customer portal sessions stay open?

I have a bit of an obscure question that I received from our customer that I’m hoping someone here may know the answer to: They’re wondering how long the duration of time is in the customer portal is before you’re logged out due to inactivity. I see in the configuration editor there is a ‘Session’ parameter, however I’m not sure if this parameter is for internal sessions, or is also the session duration for the customer portal as well. Custom Field Help

Hello,On IFS Cloud, I am currently attempting to take a custom field I created, and populated with data, on the CustomerInfo entity, and have that appear on the Lead - CRM as well as the Opportunity - CRM page. I have attempted to create custom attributes for the BusinessLead/BusinessOpportunity entity that references the custom field I created for CustomerInfo, which, using page designer, appears on the page, but sadly it does not populate with any data. I have also created a projection that takes the CustomerInfo/BusinessLead entities and maps them together by the CustomerID, but doing so does not help as this new Projection is not tied into the BusinessLead page. In the Configure standard projection page, I cannot search for the CustomerInfo entity, to tie it to the BusinessLead entity, as it does not appear.How exactly can you pull a custom field into a page that has a different entity?

Automatically generate pick list for customer orders

Hello,I am currently working on automatically getting Pick Lists to get created once a Customer Order has everything in stock, while taking into account its backorder option.Is there an option in IFS Cloud to automatically generate Pick Lists for Customer Orders? Currently we have to manually create Pick Lists via the “Create Pick Lists for Customer Orders” page. I have the print agent set up so whenever a pick list is created, it automatically prints, but its getting the pick list to automatically get generated where the issue remains.How do I approach this? Would I need to create a workflow? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

How can we change the homepage logo in IFS CLOUD?

Hi IFS Community,anyone knows how to change the homepage logo in IFS CLOUD?I didn’t find something interesting in System Parameters, there is an Url or path of the company logo file used in quick print but no impact on the homepage logo.I guess we need to add the logo on “Report Images” page (Logos tab) but I don’t know how to use the logo for the IFS Application homepage.Page Designer function is unavailable on the homepage: Report Images page:

Receiving in mobile edge : status

Hiin mobileedge for the receiving module, 4 status are displayed into the receiving lines screen : Accepted, Awaiting Delivery, Delivered, undelivred1/ Is it possible to modify this status in a table ? (the table is available in a transaction ? I assume status are managed on the transaction Logistics Demand Statuses, but in this transaction we can’t choose to display or not)2/ In mobileedge : is it possible to choose status displayed : For some process, the Technician doesn’t have all inputs to choose the status and it’s only action is to choose “accepted”. All other cases should managed by the Back office with the Carrier. If the part is not at the PUDO, the technician let the line open.Thanks for your support and Regardsanthony

M5 Service (FSM Utilities Tool) WCF REST vs WCF

I am looking for a way to send an XML perform batch through Postman to the M5 service rather than using the FSM Utilities tool (since Postman has some extra features that are really helpful for troubleshooting and testing). Has anyone found a way to use Postman to successfully post messages?I see that the utility tool uses WCF or REST, but after doing some research I found that WCF REST is different than the former two and may potentially allow HTTP GET and POST functions to work with the XML perform batch via enabling WebHttpBinding class.Has anyone used Postman to send an XML perform batch to the M5 service or something similar?

Supplier Invoice with Partly Taxable Amount

We have a group of suppliers that have taxable items and non-taxable items. How can we deal with this in IFS?We are using tax structures. Can we use the bottom part (highlighted in yellow) to specify the distinction between taxable and non-taxable? Do I need to make a tax structure specific for each of my suppliers where I need taxable and non-taxable items?Any comments, pointers, suggestions are welcome.

How to import a debug console trace into another debug console client

I have run an IFS EE client process that is failing with the EE Debug Console on. So now I have exported the session into an xml file with the Debug Console Export button. Now I want to test that the file can be imported into another debug console client before sending it to our developers for analysis, but I do not find any import option to do this in the Debug Console, so how can such files be imported into another debug console client for analysis? I have tried using the FIle - Import from File option on the debug console, but this only allows the import of .dcs files, which just seem to contain debug console client settings, not any actual debug session information.

Windows 11 - Apps 10 Update 15 Crashes

Hi, I’ve started to notice that in the last month or so, IFS (Apps 10 Update 15) is crashing - typically when a search dialog is open, and it doesn’t seem matter which screen. Are there any known issues with Apps 10u15 on Windows 11?
