Hello,I have connected a user-defined payment format (with the option ‘Generate Trace Information’ enabled) to a payment method ‘ACH/WIRE’ to process customer ACH/WIRE payments. However, after I connected the Payment Method to the customer, the RMB option to add an Electronic Payment Address was disabled. I am trying to change Customer ID on an existing Customer Contract. And when I try to do so, Error message pops up as ‘”Address already used for the same address type ‘Shipping Address’”.I tried to check error logs on servers, but couldn’t find any. Kindly let me know how I could resolve this issue. Thanks in Advance.

Our maintenance pm calendar generation has been failing for the last couple days, and we can no longer get into Maintenance Plan on a PM Action. I have narrowed it down to the PM Plan Horizon definition.  I believe it was setup this way to not have to remember to update this every year or so. In our test environment I have changed this value to 2025, and all is well. But I can’t change it back without unchecking the Validation Enabled box. Specifically it fails here in the Maintenance_Configuration_API:FUNCTION Get_Def_Dem_Mat_Horizon RETURN NUMBERIS      FUNCTION Core RETURN NUMBER   IS        mat_horizon_ NUMBER;   BEGIN      mat_horizon_ := TO_DATE( Object_Property_API.Get_Value('MaintenanceConfiguration', '*', 'PM_PLAN_HORIZON')||'12'||'31','YYYYMMDD')- SYSDATE;   RETURN mat_horizon_;   END Core;BEGIN   RETURN Core;END Get_Def_Dem_Mat_Horizon; This has not been changed for my guess is 2+ years.Any idea on how to keep it dynamically updating?Is this related to leap year?

We have APPS 9 and we’re using Report Rules to route report output to a file store rather than a printer.So we have a rule that, instead of sending to a printer uses IFS Connect to copy the file.E.g. My question is, is there any way of using the PDF Inserts facility to include a PDF of our T’s & C’s on the end of each file we create us?

Hello I have a question about partial payment rollback for both customers and suppliers. It creates a SUPOA or a CUPOA on the company,  The problem is those payments on account cannot be used for an offset proposal afterwards. How to handle this case ? Best regards

Hi All, In IFS Aurena “My Time Registration” is used for reporting time.After installing IFS UPD 13,  Employee Selector appears in the below white field, which is always visible. Since customer is using only using the Default employee they would like  to hide this in IFS Aurena from Aurena Page Designer.From the view this should be possible by Deleting the Aurena web part that’s called “MyEmployeeSelector”. There’s no possibility to hide it. But if is deleted, the whole page “My Time Registration” doesn't work.Customer is looking for a permanent solution where it’s possible to hide this selector pane for the users. Thanks and Best RegardsMadusha

Hi Experts,Customer is facing a post upgrade issue.During the upgrade from 6.9.0.26 to 6.10.0.13 the Admin group has been dissociated form the users but they kept the admin rights.  They also lost the dataset they should be able to view. The workaround used by the customer was to add 'viewAllDataSets' permission to the default set which seems working.  According to our initial investigation, we did the same version upgrade process (6.9.0.26 to 6.10.0.13) in local environment, however, we were unable to replicate the issue. While comparing the pre and post system data files of the customer, we found that the "Administrator" group data is missing in the Groups query. But the Group_Permission and User_Group sections still contain the "Administrator" group id. But the point is Group table has the “Administrator” record in the database.Do anyone of you faced these kinds of issues before? Are there any possibilities to sort this issue       

Dear Experts,I'm requesting assistance in addressing an issue that our IFS Customer has brought to our attention.Issue : Users don't receive notifications for tasks they assigned to themselves [Tasks related to a specific object Purchase Order, Customer Order, Shipment etc.]* When creating and assigning the task to yourself, there is no notification that appears in the right corner of the screen. *  But when creating and assigning the task to another user notification will be sent to the user. Customer Application and Version: IFS CLOUD 22R2SU5With these observations in mind, I would appreciate your insights on the following queries: Is this behavior following accepted standard behavior ? Please advise of any practical ways that those initiating the task, even when self-assigning the task, could also receive notifications.I am looking forward to receiving your invaluable comments and guidance on this matter.Warmest regards,Shafraz. 

Hello Experts,Please assist me in resolving this issue for a 21R2 customer.A customer is experiencing difficulty updating a PO Reference in the Manual Supplier Invoice Window.This problem occurs only for the German language; all other languages' PO reference updates proceed normally.When updating and saving the PO reference, the user receives a error for a specific language (German).I've also attached a document from the case.Please share your knowledge of this Error Message. {“error when serializing content”.} 

Hi all,I have an eform set to Object Information in workflow type but if I answer through the tech portal, the object id is not syncing to the survey answers. The Workflow Configuration is set to use both Tech Portals and mWO. Using apps10 UPD17. It only works using the MWO.

Hello  Wondering if anyone ran into similar situation. Our managers use “Time Group Reporting” to create deviation days for the bulk of employees (whole shift for example) or for longer periods of times. Using “Employee Deviation Days” for situations like this is very time consuming and inefficient. The problem we get is when we register a deviation day which is a day off (non-working day). When we try to authorize such day (which has no attendance or other clockings) we get and error that: “The Time Card already exists”. After short investigation I find out that “Time Group Reporting” creates a empty time card  in database for any day that has been updated as deviation day, hence this prevent day from being authorized. “Employee Deviation Days” while does exact same function does not have this issue (empty time card is not created in DB). Hi Everyone,We are interested in surfacing a customer invoice in an external solution similar to this question: We want to do something similar to the “Reprint Original From Archive”, but we are not sure how IFS determines which item from the archive to use for this?  Overall, I have a lot of the solution figured out however I’m not sure how we can properly identify the item within the Report Archive? To get to the PDF we need the ResultKey and the Id from within the ArchiveDocumentSet.  I can filter the call to ReportArchive.svc/ArchiveDocumentSet based on what is in the Notes property, But this can result in multiple items if the report has been printed multiple times and feels a little bit like guess work. Is there a better way to determine the correct item within the ArchiveDocumentSet? Any help would be appreciated. 

We have a need to schedule the first operation of a shop order as soon as possible, and secondary operations as late as possible. Is this achievable with advanced planning board?Purpose is to utilize available machine capacity at op 10 and have accurate start dates for raw material planning, but backwards schedule remaining operations so orders are finished as late as possible. Machine work centers (Op 10) are finite and finishing work centers are infinite.  Thanks,Eric IFS App 10

Hi, when a new address is created and sent to Google to geocode it, Google return to Alliance the Lattitude / Longitude for this address. But does Google return also the geocode level of precision ? For Example for a town you sent the address 123 Church hill road,  but in this town the number 123 doesn’t exist, and the Lat/Long returned by Google if for the nearest number for instance 115.Thanks by advance

Community,I never successfully can move between sites(either same company or sister company) for Customer Owned stock, even I set it to Customer Owned, system will prompt the error and update it to Company Owned. Any experience to share?I am in APP10, UPD9 Thank you.

What are the Routing address Output file format options? Is it possible to to add the PO number or other info from the PO xml file to the file name. Please let me know. Thank you,
