Hello BR experts,I have created a business reporter based on structure where I am trying to compare GL and IL Balances. Column HFM Balance is using source Internal Ledger Balance and Statutory Balance is using GL balance.When I defined a filter for Ledger ID on HFM Balance column, report gives me error shown on the screen shot.The only way to apply a filter is on cell level. But I am afraid it will reduce report generation time if I apply filter for each cell in the report.Basically my question is how to enter the filter that will bypass this error?   ThanksFurkan

Hi,My Logistic team would like some price displays with 3 (or more) digits after decimal point.We can input value with 5 decimal digits, and IFS manage it.But to control data, we have to open item one by one, it’s not confort.They manage gasoline price so it will be useful.Is there a way to manage displaying by page conception or by Contexte ?  Regards

In App9 we could search for a set of SalesParts and then attach one Existing Document to all selected/found objects in one operation. We use it to attach the same document to several SalesPartsThis functionality was changed in Cloud and is deeply missing. We have e.g. 20 sales parts that shall be connected to the same document – and this not done by one/or to click.Today (cloud 23R1 SU6) we do following steps to attach one ExistingDocument to several SalesParts:Find all SalesParts that shall be connected to an existing document (1) (in Sales Parts window) Click on «Stample/Attachmens» «Attach existing» In the side panel you can select an existing document – by default you can search by TITLE (and not a Doc_no!)Step 2-4 must be done for each SalesPart, one by one(!) Do anybody know how to do it more efficient?It could help if we could write doc_no in «Attcha Existing Document» drop down list, instead of seraching by titles or use «search panel» for each time we attach the same document.

When trying to create an IAL that is not “Create IAL for live data only” it still creates the IAL as Live data only.  IFS Cloud 22R2.9.Has anyone else seen this or have any ideas?I need to create some scheduled IALs for large views to use in queries, and using live data is far too slow.Example: Creating a new IAL with the option for live data only disabled: The IAL is created without any error but it is only for Live data and cannot be scheduled: And no option to Update Now or Schedule the refresh from the IAL details screen either: But I can see in the database that the table needed to store the data has been created in the IAL_OWNER schema: 

Is it possible to run IFS Cloud in a database other than Oracle?

Is there a way to change the order that IFS wants columns completed on the Customer Order Line in IEE?  When you add a new line, it automatically defaults to the Sales Part No field.  We want to start with the Customer’s PO No field. 

I need help! Our template is set up to where it should print out a 2nd to 6th reminder if the invoice is still open.The first reminder is sent fine, it’s only the next week where nothing happens. For reminders 2, 3, 4 etc.What do I have setup incorrect? I have the Cust ID, Cust Group, Payer, AR Contact and Currency in the STD template.  

Hi all, Using the developer studio I’ve created a customization to add a column to a projection. When saving a record in the form I need the projection action to pass the value of this new column for processing in a database package. This all works fine when I set the attribute in the entity details to type Text. However I would like this to be a check box, passing either TRUE or FALSE to avoid users having to type in true or false themselves. desired check box When I attempt to use the attribute type Boolean(“TRUE”, “FALSE”) as I have seen in some core implementations, after deploying the change I always receive an “Error While de-serializing contents error when saving a record. I have a Custom LU with a Custom Page.  The LU has a persistent field and I'd like to force record creation for that field to be unique values that are not blank.  I do not see a way to do this with Custom Configurations.  Am I missing something, or is it not possible?.

Hi,We have encountered an error with the view FACT_ACTIVITY_CALCULATION_BI which I believe is part of the Analysis Models.The error is:ORA-00904: "ACTIVITY_CLASS_SEQ": invalid identifierHas anyone else experienced this?It seems that it is because the view thinks that "ACTIVITY_CLASS_SEQ" is a column in FACT_ACTIVITY_CALCULATION_OL but that view does contain that column.This is causing failures for us when we are trying to load the data into the SQL database.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,Mark Mruss

Trying to figure out how work packages get auto generated in MXI 8.1.

We are trying to create a Report Rule for Shop Order Pick Lists, Report ID SHOP_ORD_CONSOL_PICK_LIST_REP which should connect created document revision to the shop order. On the action “Check in to Document Management”, unfortunately there is no LU ShopOrder available from the list of ConnectedLU.Is there a way to solve this, i..e. to extend the list of connected LU’s ?

Hello.On a lobby, I updated the data source to sort data from the CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE view, the sort is now done on WANTED_DELIVERY_DATE.On the desginer, I have a link to navigate to ifsapf:tbwOverviewCustOrdLine_Ext, but strangely, records are not sorted on the destination page.What’s the way to sort data when I navigate to ifsapf:tbwOverviewCustOrdLine_Ext through the lobby?

Does anyone have a sraightforward ‘how to’ guide on setting up employees in Cloud, please?  We don’t use HCM in its full capacity.  I just need to set employees up to either report hours on Projects using Time Registration OR report hours on Shop Orders connected to a Labour Class.  This is what I’d use in Apps9 then attach to a Resource Group for Time Reg users or a Labour Class for Shop Floor Workbench users.    I can find this screen but there’s no ‘create new/add’ functionality…  

Hi,When we are trying to execute “Send and Release Invoice” on a large invoice from the Project Invoice window, we get a “Request Aborted” error message everytime after around 30 minutes. I suppose this must be a limit set somewhere in the system? Is it possible to increase this limit?
