Hi,I observed that MS forecast consumption for a CO is based on the Planned due date...However when I have enabled ATP for a MS planned part and when the Planned delivery date is changed in the CO , it doesn’t update the Planned Due Date.In some instances, this difference between the Planned Delivery Date and Planned Due dates can be a couple of weeks , even months.In such instances, it’s going to cause trouble if the forecast is consumed based on the Planned Due date for the CO instead of the Planned Delivery Date.I am trying to understand the relationship between ATP and forecast consumption, how are the functionalities aligned?What am I missing ?Appreciate if someone can shed some light in this area(I am working on 23R2) Kind RegardsYashodha

Good day community.We have a client that is implementing Cloud and need to migrate 10 000 plus documents from legacy, along with their existing document numbers.In Apps 10 it was possible to upload multiple files at once using the File Import screen. On here it was possible to change the document number to a legacy number when uploading new files In Cloud I believe the same can be done using Create Documents.However, it allows me to create documents and to enter Legacy Numbers  but once I save, it returns this error:  If I leave the number column blank, it generates the documents without issue, using the automatic numbers, which we don’t want. This is not Document Class related as the Create Document Assistant and creating Documents via Revisions allows me to change the number. The other option, Document Upload screen does not have an option to change the Document number. Is there something We’re missing or alternatively, how would we migrate the documents into Cloud using the legacy n

Hello All, In the creation of functional role and end user roles in the permission sets, I granted all access to the projection CustomerOrderHandling to  a functional role and then to an end user role. So I configurated the permission sets correctly, but after creating a customer order and adding a sales part with its quantity, I want to release the customer order but i get this message of permissions! Do you have an idea please about what could be the problem? thanks

Hi,we want to use BPA to simulate process of printing Barcodes on Shop order. In Aurena there is Assistant which handle this.Unfortunately we cannot get it work in BPA.Calling of action in entity seems to be impossible, because there is no way to set EntitySet.And then it throws error because such action does not exists.But there is probably bug, because, when I setup EntitySet in “Action” where is available, it is stored and only not displayed in “Call” form. And then is called correct existing action.But EntityParameters are used as parameters for action and not as parameters for Entity.Do you know any workaround?    BRFilip

Hi, I have created a workflow to call an action in a custom projection. The requirement is to invoke the workflow when Payment Advice report is generated. I have created an event action for the PDF_REPORT_CREATED event (with the REPORT_ID condition) and attached the above workflow to it. When the report is printed, it is not invoked. I have connected the workflow with a custom event (set to be executed on Customer Name change) and a projection action (Finish command in Order Report Assistant) for testing purposes, and in both scenarios, the workflow invoked  without issues and the DB procedure executed. I also removed the condition I placed on PDF_REPORT_CREATED for REPORT_ID, but the workflow was still not working. I can’t think of a reason why the same workflow worked for a custom event but not for the application-defined PDF_REPORT_CREATED event, since all events ultimately should be registered as Oracle triggers. Was anyone able to invoke a workflow with an application-defined even

Just curious why the terminology when registering a PO arrival in Cloud is “Proceed” or “Discard” as opposed to “OK” and "Cancel”?  

I created a basic Cyrstal Report in IFS Cloud Quick Reports (ie. tried displaying a few fields from FND_USER and when that didn’t work, also tried showing a few fields instead from INSTANT_INVOICE_REP)Regardless what I do, I get a 504 error when calling the report.  This is in a Cloud Build Place development environment, and the CRYSTL module is installed … (at least its in my base repository)

Hi ALl, Does anyone have any ideas why my ‘Maintenance Organization’ drop down is not populating here? I’m trying to use Solution Manager > Mobile Apps > Configuration > Apps for Page Designer > Service Engineer > New Work. I can select my site, but my ‘Maint org’ remains an empty list. Allthough I do have MO’s defined and I am a Maintenance Employee. On the IFS MWO Service App it works fine but I also wanted to see if this functionality works the same. Good day.  I am busy defining Allowance Codes and Details for Domestic Travel in Expense Rule, Allowances Tab.  If I leave the “Abroad Rule” field empty since it is not applicable for domestic travel, I can’t save.  Just keep on getting a message saying the Abroad Rule must have values.  How/where do I define domestic travel allowance details?  Thank you.

I  created a custom event on Customerorder/Customer_order_tab trigger by record creation, it works perfectly fine when we create a customer order by any way (manual creation, copy , created from quotation) except when the order is automatically created by the inter-site automationwe create the original customer order, the when we release the order, the purchase order is created online, and after a short period of time the additional customer order is automatically created in the source site by a background task.that is this last customer order creation that didn’t trigger the custom event.any help or suggestion will be welcome

Hi,Our mWO app on Cloud 23R2 was working fine, and suddenly its behavior has changed and all tasks now changed to pickup tasks. Most of the actions that used to work are disabled (ex issuing parts, eForms) and asking for a default location when starting work. I’ve checked entity configuration on jttask to ensure all custom fields are deployed and all additional views are published. Does anyone know what might have gone wrong? TIA

Hi Experts, We recently had an issue with our Microsoft email account that we use for notification distribution for IFS FSM. System Admins changed the password for the account and now our connection is broken. Can someone tell me where this connection or password is used/stored in IFS?

Hello,When we try in “Report In Work Order” to “Place Serial Object in Equipment Structure” we get this error:  The part is issued to the customer on the work order we try and use.After it was issued on the work order, someone incorrectly tried to add it to the equipment structure, I suspect this is causing the issue, but cannot find a way to solve it. The part is not linked to the object mentioned above.Thank you in advance,Michael

Hello,My company is thinking about implementing Project so we are currently testing out how that would work for us.I have some test data that I am working on and would like to understand why PMRP is raising purchase requisitions and material transfer requests in the way that it has. In the screenshot below, I have a component that has demands across 2 projects (marked red/blue). There are 2 activities with demand in the red project, and one in the blue project. I have 5000 pieces in stock under standard inventory. There is no lot size or safety stock set on the component part, and it has an order cover time of 60 days to group demand. I ran PMRP per Project PNG. I have sharing allowed within project but not across the two separate projects. I think I understand how the red project has been handled. The purchase requisition has been raised for the total demand across all the project activities. It is linked to the last activity, so there are planned MTRs to transfer the required stock t

Hello everyone,For one of our customers, the tasks on the IFS Connect side remain blocked at "Released" status :It's impossible to unblock the situation.We've checked that the trigger is active.That the queue (here "NOTIFICATIONS") is not stopped.We've also restarted the middleware, but to no avail...Any ideas?Thanks in advance.
