If one uses a site, a field in Sales is the Discount Type:Anyone an idea what the functionality is behind this field?We are using IFS23R2.I understand that the discount types can be found in Customer Order > Lines > Line Details > Order Line Discount.Question is: where do we find the Discount Type as set at Site level back in functionality?

Hi Team,It was noticed that when trying to change expense codes on expense sheet in Preliminary state It allows when registered as a normal expense sheet but its not allowing to change the expense codes of the expenses added from credit card transactions. What is the standard functionality behind this?

ProblemIn Aurena, when Error/Warning/Information messages pop up in the right bottom corner of the page, they fade out within a second or two. Most of the time, the popup message content cannot be read prior to the fade out.I have found out a Solution ID related to the IFSAPP that mentioning, this issue will be solved in near future for the IFSAPP’s (please refer the Solution ID 289179).  Recreated in core: IFS CloudBusiness Impact: Customers cannot read the full Error/Warning/Information popup messages, due to the faded out quickly. Hi, I am receiving a JSON payload on an incoming request and so I have created a routing rule with type NONE_XML.I want to route this message based on the attribute values in payload. For example, only if the customer_id = abcd, i would like to handle this message else i am least concerned. Is there a way to define content based routing for this kind of scenario with incoming JSON payload.Any suggestions are much appreciated.  

Hi Expertsis there any way to Restrict (or Specify) which user can Register Purchase Order Arrival based on different  Parameters like Part,  Requisitioner , Purchase order or something like that? as far as I know when  a permission set has got access to Register Purchase Order Arrival is made and then that permission Set is assigned to a user, the user Can Register Purchase Order Arrival for all Purchase Orders, but I want to limit user’s Access so that he cant do same thing for all Purchase Order

Hi!Our users have noticed that in their previous version it was fine to receive from a shop order into an inbound location of type Production Line. It looks like it was still the case in the Apps 10 version we have access to, so it seems to have been introduced with the IFS Cloud version. Nowadays only Floor Stock and Picking locations are possible, wich will cause them pretty big changes in routines, since organizing the shop floor into production lines has been a key factor in controlling the reservation of material from the right locations. What motivates this change?/ Kenneth

Hi all,We’re on Cloud 23R2.A question around the logical printers that aren’t connected to a physical printer.In Apps9 we have a logical printer - PDFEMAILER which isn’t connected to a physical printer. When the users print specific order reports to this printer, a custom event will pick it up and email the pdf to the external parties. This has been working fine. Now when I try to do the same in Cloud (an upgraded system from apps9), the print jobs go to Remote Working when I print to PDFEMAILER logical printer. If I print to a logical printer that has a connected network printer, it comes out fine and the job goes to state - Complete.  Printing to the standard no _printout printer too works fine where the job gets completed and the pdf gets archived. Things I’ve tried:Reinstall, restart PA, restart utility server (the server with PA installed) Create a new logical printer (without a connected physical printer) Restart reporting pods on mws Any ideas why? Is it because the mws or PA do

We have a Customer Order which has a Reservation, the Reservation triggers a Mobilisation Work Order to be Generated. We have a few Customer Orders where the reservation serial no needs to be amended but we cannot unreserve the CO due to the Linked Work Order and we are unable to Delete the WO as it is ‘Work Done’ with Time Transactions. How can we remove the WO linked to the CO so we can unreserve and reserve a new serial no?  

In the past, clicking option Release for Planning and defining wanted delivery date allowed to consider also sales quotations in MRP, that does not seem to be the case anymore.What else needs to be done to have SQ integrated in MRP planning?

Hello, I am hoping for some guidance from the community. We are currently looking into creating % discounts to customers for all of their sales parts. I was looking through the help, and there seems to be numerous locations where sales part discounts can be applied, but I am not certain where the best place to set this up would be. Below is an example of what I’m hoping to do:1/1/24 - 12/31/24Customer A 2% discount on all Sales Parts1/1/24 - 12/31/24Customer B 1% discount on all Sales PartsAny guidance would be greatly appreciated. 

How do we rollback customer payments if they are incorrect?These have been raised through the Mixed Payment process and approved. But we have no option to rollback the Customer Payment when selecting the transaction. Thanks

I’m attempting to schedule an operation following an outside service operation. I want to schedule the operation to start as soon as the outside service operation is complete and there is capacity available.  The outside op has an 8 week lead time, but it was sent out 6 weeks ago and are expecting it back in 2 weeks. The PO attached to it for example has an arrival date of 8/12. The operation I want to schedule could start on the 15th.  When I schedule it as early as possible in APB, the system thinks it still needs a full 8 weeks, so the operation isn’t scheduled until 8 weeks from today. Can APB recognize arrival dates on outside service PO’s? Are there any solutions to scheduling shop orders with outside service operations? Thanks,Eric

I'd like to wish you all a very happy new year. I'm creating migration jobs for customer orders where I'd like them to retrieve as much information as possible automatically. At the moment, I only have 3 mandatory pieces of information to enter.   I'd like the order number to be entered automatically, based on the last existing order number. Is this possible? Where do I enter it? For the example, my last order number is "S23000005957".I'd like the order number to be automatically set to "S23000005958" when I run my job, and for the countdown to take place naturally. If I manually recreate an order, my number should be "S23000005959".
