Hi,
I try to return a loan using the assistant “Create Return Material Authorization”, but I can’t see the line to be returned. I used this feature to return the asset at a different site with the new functionality in IFS Cloud. Note that it doesn’t work neither when we use “Return to Own Site” option.
I wonder if the assistant is enabled to rental returns, and if the mentioned enhancement has been limited to sales only and disabled to outbound rentals.
