Load the Resource Monitoring Gantt and click on legend button.

There you can see the meaning of the different color bars used.

Therefore the small red color bar in your image should be a completed work assignment.

Further to above, it will be helpful for the users to enable tool tip information to get an idea on what is represented by each bar. If you hover over the bar, the details will be displayed.

Open settings and enable “show tool tips” option.

Hi Thilini,

I tried the legend information earlier. But the main issue was when I hover near the vertical bar, there is no information popping up or anything as such. I even checked whether the employee had any breaks configured but there aren’t any. Do you know anywhere I can look into for this information?

Yes it is also enabled. When I hover near it - nothing is shown!

The red bars are most likely work assignments that you have started and then completed. If you have tested with starting an assignment and then completing it quite quickly the total duration of that work is very short, that is why the bars are visualized like that.
