23.2.4In Visual Shop Order Operations Planning, I am trying to sequence operations with characteristics in a Work Center in the Machine Operations Scheduling Gantt. The documentation reads as:To sequence all operations for a resource or work center loaded in the Gantt chart, open the card for the resource or day and click Sequence. To sequence all operations for a resource or work center on one or several days, select the relevant day(s) for the resource and click Sequence. To sequence specific operations, select the relevant operations and click Sequence. For #2, how can a user select the days in the Gantt, where should a user click for this? For #3, when I select one operation in the Gantt the Sequence command is available, but when I select multiple operations the Sequence command is not available.

Just wondering if we have a number of LTU users, are these easily turned into full license users (if license limit is not reached yet). So Donald is now an LTU user, but tomorrow will be a full license user due to change in career path.Likewise, is it possible to turn a full license user into an LTU user?

Hi all.We have just upgraded our test environment ETM to 1.7 which introduces the HTTP(S) to the mix and are putting it through its paces to see what we could use it for.One use case we are looking at is possibly replacing a script we have running on our integration VM. We use future actions to trigger a stop clock action, with assyst user setting the date to ‘come off hold’ and leaving the success checkbox as false. The script (SQL included below) will query the DB and find tickets due to come off hold.select top 5 act_reg_id ACT_REG_ID , act_type.act_type_n "HOLD_ACTION" , date_actioned "ACT_DATE" , act_reg.incident_id "INCIDENT_ID" , incident.incident_ref "REMIND_INC_REF" ,incident.type_enum from act_reg inner join incident on incident.incident_id = act_reg.incident_id inner join inc_data on incident.incident_id = inc_data.incident_id inner join act_type on act_reg.act_type_id = act_type.act_type_id left join assyst_usr on incident.ass_usr_id = assyst_usr.assyst_usr_id where act_s

Hi, As anybody already encountered this issue : having the dates of the Dispatch Console “truncated” on the screen ?  As highlighted, dates are not displayed in full, with Mozilla browser.  Further more, I can see that time slices are not the same as in Edge (for instance).  Is there any parameter for that ? Thanks.

We need to import XML file but we struggle with problems with every IFS prepared transformer.IFS_XML_TO_JSONHere is the example input XML file (focus on the marked): Transformer does not work for collections.First line of collection works properly, but next lines have type changed to Integer. As per IFS docs. we expect that all output datatypes for transformer should be text. Here is the JSON output: Does anyone resolved/worked-around this problem ? IFS_XML_TO_JSON_GENERICHere is the example input XML file: This transformer also does not work for collections. First line of collection works properly, but next lines are wrongly parsed and type changed to Integer. Here is the JSON output: We also tried transformer “MODEL_BASED_XML_TO_JSON” but it does not use subcollections at all (we tested on SalesMessageService.ReceiveCustomerOrder with subcollection “ExtCustOrdLines”) Any hints are appreciated.

We get a lot of service orders where quantity is 0 for Time travel (t_travel) - this is exported through GL Batch/GL Export. Is there a way to stop this from being exported (when value is 0)?

Hi,Does anyone know the reason for the error ‘BPA_RESULT_SET_LIMIT_REACHED_EXCEPTION_ERROR’ to be thrown when a workflow is executed? Thanks,Dananjaya Misso.

HICould you tell me on which data the search function of the agnostic dispatch console is working ? if we add a field in the activity card trough ”my dispatch console settings\activity details” is there a way to make also this search working on this field ?thanksChristophe

Hi ALl, When we have a Work Task assigned to a FSE, we use the MWO so we can track his travel/waiting and working time. This is being tracked very detailed per minute, per second, but we want to invoice per hour started or even per half day started. (so always round up). How do we do this exactly? Is this based on the Sales UoM of the Non-inventory Sales part? It seems something that we should be able to do quite easily but I never spend much thought on this. Best RegardsRoel

We are using the eInvoice process to bring our invoices using a 3rd party system that uses OCR to export out the data. A new requirement it to populate the Payment Reference field (Ncf_Reference).  I cannot seem to find the reference for that node.Does anyone know how to populate that field?

Hi experts 😊There is an issue of Travel Button not available in Work Details. When the work is accepted, there need to be a Travel button for the worker to set its status before Start Work. However, Travel Button is available in My Work WindowIssue affects for every user.Workflow Configuration allows Travel.Does not have multiple Workflow Configurations with the same filtration but different weight. All other Travel related actions are available from Work Details (Stop, Pause, Continue) I would greatly appreciate any insights you could share on the actions required to visualize the Travel button in Work Details. Thank you 😊

We get the above error when creating a collective invoice for the specific customer. The straighforward fix would be to add the payment method ‘SEPA’ to the customer > payment > payment methods right? But the problem is we don’t use SEPA

Warehouse manager flags that a count created this morning is mysteriously missing. I suspect someone has deleted it. Will there be traces of this count somewhere if it is?

Hi team, The Supplier For Purchase Part screen contains a field named 'Min Order Qty', which according to the system help should trigger a warning/alert if a Purchase Requisition or Purchase Orders is raised for a lesser quantity. When adding a part requisition line in Purchase Requisition, PURCHASE_REQ_LINE_PART_API.NEW__ method is called.Inside this method it calls Check_Insert___ method and that method checks below condition.IF (newrec_.original_qty < part_supp_rec_.minimum_qty) THENp3_ := part_supp_rec_.minimum_qty||' '||newrec_.buy_unit_meas;Client_SYS.Add_Info(lu_name_, 'LESSMIN: The minimum quantity when ordering Part No :P1 from Supplier :P2 is :P3.', newrec_.part_no, newrec_.vendor_no, p3_);END IF;This info message is alerted when the quantity is less than the MOQ in dev envs.Test behavior:When testing the same in the Test env I have noticed that this info message is not alerted. The code flow is same compared to dev and other messages like Client_sys.system_general is aler
