Does any understand the rules around Project Exceptions and how to clear them especially the two that affect your cost:Resource Planning Planned Value ExceededIs there any documentation that explain these, have been looking at the Planned Value Exceeded and just presumed that it was that my Planned Cost was lower that my Committed Cost + Used cost. But on the example I looked at my planned cost was fine. So looked in more detail and discovered that Baseline cost was lower than my Committed + Used Cost,  adding my activity to the Baseline cleared my exception. ThanksMark

Hi Experts,We can change the prices and qty of sales parts in ‘WON’ status sales quotation lines. How can we prevent this from happening? Is there any site level or system definition setting?Business Impact: We used to create sales quotations from business opportunity lines. If a user can change the values in the WON quotation line, that will be represented in Business Opportunity. These will adversely affect the sales records of sales representatives. Thanks!

To support a warehouse location relabeling effort, I need the ability to print multiple location barcodes off at one time. Our label is configured correctly and I print off exactly what I want to our Zebra ZT411 but can only do this one location at a time.  We have approximately 70K locations to relabel so a multi select and print option would be nice. Is this possible?

In IFS Cloud 23R2,  I would like to control the document classes that an End User can see when they go in to Attach a New Document on the Purchase Orders screen.However, they can see all the document classes to select from, I would like them to see only the Doc Class named PUR - Purchases. The steps I have taken are  :1.Ensures that this End User does not have the Permission Set DOCMAN_ADMINISTRATOR granted2.On the Doc Class PUR on Doc Default Values, I have specified RESTRICTED_ACCESS to Y3.On the Doc Class PUR Persons and Groups Tab, I have enabled at least 1 line for a Person who is not an End User4.On the Doc Access template I have enabled a line specifying the User and set the Access to No Access and I have enabled a separate line for another User who needs access to this Doc Class. Is there any other step I am missing for what I am trying to achieve ?

Is there any functionality in Apps 10 that would allow for select documents to be set up on a review timeline? We have documents that need to be reviewed in the system every 6 months. We’re prepared to set some form of notification to trigger by date from the document listing on the Document Revision screen, but if functionality exists somewhere else without us having to create it, that would be ideal.

Hello, We are having a lot of active units of measure in our solution that we want do deactivate or hide for users when they are creating purchase orders.When trying to do that the error message “The field [Used in Application] is not valid for update for user defined codes.” appears.  Can we not get rid of these user defined codes? Please advice,Johan

Hello everyone!I'm  display data from survey_result table on the request screen in a seperate tab,I'm able to fetch the data from survey_result and display it successfully on the request screen using UI Designer,But the issue is iam getting  all the data from survey_result for that Request ID. where as i want to display only some rows from that survey_result table based on survey_idHow can we add a filter condition on UI Designer by which we can get survey_result data for a specific survey_id on the UI Designer I've tried searching for solutions online, but I haven't been able to find anything that works for my specific scenario.If anyone has experience with filtering data in a mobile survey based on survey ID, I'd be so grateful for any advice or guidance you can provide.Thank you in advance for your help! In the Units of Measure page there is the ability to create records in the Alternate Unit of Measure tab in the sub-panel, but how is this to be used, what is the intent of this feature? This is not related to the information found in the Unit Relationships - Conversion page.There is nothing in scenario 1.1.1.2 that mentions this feature.It’s a mystery.

Hi Community, A mistake has been made and a unit was scrapped using the available process in Inventory Parts in Shipment Inventory.The transaction description for this is: “Scrapped at shipment location” (transaction code PICKSCRAP - Scrapping in Shipment Inventory)Which is different from the transaction description the when you scrap from the inventory parts in stock screen: “Scrapped” (transaction code INVSCRAP - Scrapping in Inventory) On that last one, we have the ability to use the UNDO SCRAP INVENTORY PART to correct users errors. But seems that there is no options to UNDO from scrap from Invent Parts in Shipment Inventory (or similar). Is their possible to revert/undo when by mistake scrap a part/serial from Inventory Parts in Shipment Inventory? Thanks.Guillem

Hello there.DK Denmark.SK Slovakia.I have come across a challenge that I just can't solve.On the same site, we have a coordinated calendar with public holidays and holidays for PROD DK (PDK_HOL) and one for PROD SK (PSK_HOL).The individual WCs for DK and SK respectively are assigned their respective calendar.SK has decided around the summer holidays to only be closed for one week (29), but when I try to set the Need date on a specific SO to 12.07.2024, it moves the date back to 10.07.2024? 12.07.2024 is closed in DK calendar.All operations on the specific SO are WC in SK, so what it measures, I haven't been able to find out, so can anyone give an explanation?

A published BR report in IFS Cloud 23R1 contains 2 parameters for Date_From and Date_To. These are defaulted to #START_OF_LAST_WEEK# and #START_OF_THIS_WEEK#. Executing the report in the BR client this works as expected - the date range is rendered as expected. However, ordering the published report through Info Services, these default values does not show - and are not allowed. Similarly result for Global BR Parameters.  Is this how it is supposed to work in core ?I.e. that Context Substitution Variables are not available / implemented for reports of type BR reports ordered / scheduled via Info Services.

Hello,I am looking for a way to modify the colors utilized by my lobby elements in IFS Cloud.  For instance, in the below example, I would want Urgent cases to be red, Low cases to be green, etc.  I can change the Color Style, but that does not change the actual value colors, just the background.  Is there an existing method for making these changes, or is this a planned change in the future?  I greatly appreciate any assistance or info you can provide, thank you!

Hello, I have a question regarding stopping users from making transactions in a prior period after the date as passed.Ideally, I'm looking to see if IFS can support stopping any back-dated transactions in a prior period like a Shipment after the date has pasted in that period.Example: If the current date is 6/1/24 and the period ends on 5/31/24. Any shipment that is attempted to be dated with a 5/31/24 date or earlier should not be allowed.We would like to prevent any inventory/labor/shipment etc. transactions from taking place after the end of the period, while allowing for Journal entries to continue as needed.Wondering if there is a Company or Accounting setting I could be missing or if this level of granularity exists in IFS Cloud.
