Hello IFS Community!In this workflow we have a 4-Level Intersite PO:What we call “the Order Desk” (L1) The Product Line in USA (L2) The Product Line in Canada (L3)  The manufacturing facility (L4)Going into the details as to why the PO matrix is structured that way would be going on a tangent, and to make this post as short as possible (is likely going to be long anyways as the problem is not easy to be described) I’m going to concentrate on our issue.Take this PO for example (where you can see the 4 levels stacked up nicely in the Supply Chain Customer Order Analysis screen)Our issue can be summed up like this: after releasing a L1 CO, IFS goes and automatically creates subsequent Level 2 CO and PO, Level 3 CO and PO and Level 4 CO and Shop Order (where the component really gets manufactured) for us. Hello,According to the documentation, the default value option “Adjust for Op Deviation Qty” is inherited from the manufactured inventory part when shop orders are created. It works fine when a shop order is created automatically from Requisition or customer order, the option default selection on shop order match the selection on the inventory part.But when creating a shop order manually for manufactured inventory part, the option “Adjust for Op Deviation Qty” is enabled by default, even when the option is disabled on the manufactured Inventory part.   Is there a way to disable this option by default for shop orders created manually?Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello Team,I am looking into this Document Transmittals solution and its interesting.I have a doubt on how these documents are send or receive. In here documents can be sent as a hardcopy, by e-mail or shared on an FTP server.Does that mean if we use Email, then we can send the documents through application messages? Or is this function just for the reference purpose? I searched thorough community as well and mixed messages were there.  Thanks,Chamath

Hi,Has someone tried to use IFS standard projection ConfirmPurchaseOrderWithDifferences.svc in APP10 ? I try to use the standard projection call to confirm the purchase order with a different promised delivery date, but I have following issue.  (via postman)# Request#Response You can see, the promised delivery date is updated in the response.But, it is not updated in the client. It’s very strange to me. Can someone please help me here  ? (fyi, customer environment is app10, Update 14 )Thanks in advance,Teeni. 

I integrated FSM and PSO using HTTPS method but received an error message when initializing the dataset for on-premises systems. Is it possible to automate the printing process of a Purchase Requisition? Or at least the creation of the pdf? I can capture the output in the debug window when I select RMB-”Print Requisition”  on the Requisition screen but there is too much code in the output, I can’t find the block that creates the pdf. I can do it for a Purchase Order but I want to do it for the requisition.

Dear Community,  We have a process related question / issue which belongs to IFS Apps8 and IFS Apps10. I tried to find answer in different places but unfortunately we are stuck, so I hope you have any idea. We had the following process in IFS Apps8 and we continue to doing this in Apps10, but it looks - currently it is not working neither in Apps8 nor in Apps10:  We transfer the subsidiary’s opening balances to e.g.: 2024 period 0 from COMP1(subsidiary) company to GROUP (parent) company.During the transfer, it looks the balances are transferring, but there is no amounts for year 2024 period 0 (opening balances)  in GROUP company in GL Balance Analysis window.Process:Create the Subsidiary Consolidation in company: COMP1 for year-per: 2024-0 in Financials - Consolidation\Consolidated Accounts\Subsidiary Consolidations window switch company to GROUP.  Check the new line Financials - Consolidation\Consolidated Accounts\Parent Consolidations in company GROUP on the new line (Company: COMP1,

Hi there, actually we are not using the Checkbox “Priority SLA” in Customer Contracts by any reason, but as always there is an idea to have a marker on Contract Level showing this contract is more important than others. This should not have an effect on Priority oder Service Level calculations.So I need to know if there is a out-of-the-box functionality behind this checkbox or if I can use it for my purpose without braking anything else.  To give you more inside on my question. We do have some customer with a lot of Orders so the single order is not that important in the view of the contracts SLA. But there are also Customers with a very limited amount of Orders on some contracts where missing a single Ticket can have an enormous effect on its SLA. To mark these Contracts somehow I have the Idea to use this “Priority SLA” Checkbox.If this is not an option, I will just create a new Checkbox Field in customizer. Thanks in advance.

In Mixed Payment, showing an information message to tick ‘New Item’ and not allowing to save. How to solve the issue ? 

We are using V10 IEE. Our business wants to schedule PM work orders out several years, to 2027. The Maintenance Plan for every PM Action we create will only plan work out to the end of next calendar year, Dec. 2025 in this case. This is observed across multiple sites and calendars used, even when the calendars are generated well past 2027.How do we get the Maintenance Plan to push planned work out multiple years ahead?

The customer is trying to add the code field Reference No from Entity JT Task into a mobile screen. Currently the customer has already add multiple custom fields from JtTask into the target mobile screen, but for some reason the core field ReferenceNo is just not available in the drop down. - Open Solution Manager / Mobile Apps / Configuration / Apps for Page Designer.- Find page Service Engineer / My Work.- Click on a work task and button "..." / My Work Detail Page to take it to the Work Details Page.- Click on Page Designer to start changing that page.- Click on Contents / Task Information.- Scroll down to "Task Information Group".- Click on Contents + button to try to add Reference No.- Observe that Reference No is not in the drop down as it should. The entity is JTTask and it seems that all JtTask fields are available in the drop down except for Reference No.

Hi all, We are testing with Cloud 23R2 having an on-prem database. Just wanted to know if it is possible to configure the access such that mWO (Service Engineer) can access IFS directly from Android phones (i.e. without a vpn), but all other users accessing the wider IFS Cloud pages via PCs, tablets should use a vpn to connect? My idea is to make the access to IFS is secure enough, but not too rigid for the mWO users, and at the same time they don’t have to depend on reliability of the vpn.TIA.

Hi Experts:We have resource A where he is normally working for two types of jobs, Active and Passive. We have one dataset for ACTIVE and other one for PASSIVE.Question is How we can allocate the same resource into two datasets but job allocations should not conflicts?EX:If the resource A is allocated to a Task in dataset ACTIVE, at the same time he should not be allocated for any job in Dataset PASSIVE.   Hi, Does anyone know if recent versions of Cloud support the multi drag and drop of operations in the manufacturing Visualizer?  In DOP and/or project manufacturing, all shop orders connected often need to be rescheduled as a whole. In APB, you can simply drag and drop the DOP or project and everything moves along. Is a similar option available in the Visualizer?   

Hi,For a forecast Part I have entered data in ‘Manual Historical Demand Planning Data’ page. I did run the jobs ‘Aggregate Daily’ and ‘Create Forecast’ which were okay without errors.However when I check for the Forecast part → Historical data tab, I cannot see any of this data and historical values are shown as 0 even in the Demand Planner Client (Forecast tables values are all 0) This is my sql I have used Combination of Historical data + External issues, I guess this is correct.Version I am working on - 23R2What am I missing?
