Hi, 

Could you explain why, when I try to load a template image or template file, I’ve got this eroor message ?

 

 

Further more, can you tell me from where I’m suppose to add a new file  if I want to add a line ?

This appears to be a bug.  Please open a support ticket.  There should be a lookup button on the File Name field to select a file.  If you press F2 while focused in this field, you can see that the file dialog window opens; however, when retrieving the uploaded file, it displays an error.  This will need to be fixed.
