Hi,How do we get more information on this Error? As we feel the users are included in the NF user group and the voucher series are working for other users posting, but for some reason when they try to authorise an invoice it doesn’t allow them to.

Hello I am looking for a possible option for below concern.I have a customer who is looking to move to doc man from a third party tool.Lets say this customer has 2 companies, and both companies use the same document class. For example document class 100.Customer wants to restrict the document access based on the users in the companies. Lets say Company A users shouldn’t be able to view the documents Related to Company B users even all of them using the same document class.I know we can restrict the access based on the document class, is there any other method? Thanks,Chamath

Is it possible to correct postings where the posting control was incorrectly assigned to the wrong account?The vouchers have been created. PRJC4  was going to the wrong account code in our scenario

Hi 😊,Would anyone happen to know the method for automatically setting the following Work Task to the status of 'Work Done'?All the assignments are in Completed status, but the Work Task status remains Work Started.I supposed that the reason is toggling on “Allow Multiple Visits”.But when I attempt to toggle off it the below error generates.Any workaround to set the Work Task automatically to Work Done/ Finished is highly appreciated.Environment : IFS CLOUD 22.2.19Thank you 😊

Hi ,I am working in Apps 9 and I have a question regarding forecast consumption. There are no actual demand for this MSL1 part on 6th, 7th and 8th month. So how come the Forecast is consumed ?   Checked in Inventory Part Availability Planning as well. A customer of ours is working on an interface between their bespoke HR system and IFS. They have the insert of new employees from their system into IFS up and running. However when a change is done for first or last name of the person (the employee), the response is good (status 200 received), but it can't be seen in the employee file in IFS Cloud.Request is: Involved fields that should change: Although response seems good, customer doesn't see it (also not after refresh of screen).Anybody that encountered this as well (here or with another svc)?

Hi All, I’ve come across some unexpected behaviour when I over report on a shop order. I’m on Cloud R23R1. In my scenario, I do not know the exact qty for the shop order,  so I capacity plan using a best estimate. If production goes well, there is a possibility I may need to over-report. I am receiving in the finished product 1 at a time and backflushing the material & auto reporting the operations. The material side works well, as I’ve ticked the “issue overreported Qty” on the components. On the operations, Over Reporting is set to “Allowed”. On the site settings I have Auto Close Shop Orders set to off. However if I have a Shop order for 10, as soon as I receive in the 10th part,  while the Shop Order stays open, the operations on the Shop Order get automatically closed. When I receive in the 11th Part, the part is received & the additional material is issued, but no operation reports/transactions are created. There’s no warning message when I click receive and select auto r

I know that there is a feature in Assyst 11.6 to add additional affected user but we are running 11.4.3 version which does not support this feature. We have a use case where end user will be creating a request in AssystNet and will input a additional affected user in a custom lookup field and we need to add that user as a additional affected user using custom script. Did anyone achieve this using custom script using restAPI or through ETM. Would appreciate help on this.

Hi Team,We are having a problem viewing employee records in the "Absence" and "My Absence Calendar" windows. The user can see his record only from the above screens. But he can see all the records of supervised employees in the "Absences" window.Position access definitions are proper. Users can view subordinates' time cards as well. The issue is only in view of the Absence calendar, and Absence.What will be the possible course for this issue?Thank you

Hi Communiy, I have experience the below system behavior in Register Arrival on 24.1E environment.When I enter ‘Register Arrival’ for PO line with self-billing, Receipt Reference is NOT required.The generated PO supplier invoice has an invoice numbe which comes from counter of ‘AS’ Series ID instead of Receipt Reference.However, if I use different compnay/site in the same envrionment, I can not reprodue this case by using the same pruchase part and supplier. I was required to enter Receipt Reference when I enter arrival registration in this case. Do you have any idea how can I make self-billing PO invoice without Receipt Reference?The below screen shot describes self-billing invoice generated from PO receipt. This one has AUTSUPPINV invoice type and but  Receipt Reference is NOT required. Regards,Kohei Okigami

Hi, The end point I am wanting to post to is expecting some custom values to be sent with a repeating element name of customfieldname and customfieldvalue. I have three to pass in this example. The XML structure in the log is correct. Hi,I have created a report using instant_invoice_rep view with archive view but I need some fields from invoice view. I have added the invoice view and linked it from the instant_invoice_rep view to the invoice view using company and invoice_id and it works on my crystal developper part but when I call it from ifs it doesn’t work : the report is empty (i have added grant select to ifsprint on invoice view but the report is still empty...could you help me ?

In the dispatch console in the Astea browser you have the gps icon which is displayed when there is some gsp data available for the tech. The customer is asking what are the rules to display this icon. We know that the tech should be cloked in, but if the gpsdata are the sameday in the past and there is no data at present the icon should be displayed also ? Is there a kind of real time refresh of this icon or the system is looking at each x minutes the gpsdata table to find records and display this icon on the screen ?Thanks for your feebackrgdsChristophe

Hello everyone. When a user, while filling out a survey, revises an answer to a previous question, it results in the deletion of all subsequent answers.Example: user answers the questions in a survey and reaches question 12. Then the user modifies the answer to question 4. As a result, answers to questions 5 to 12 are lost.Is there a way to alter this behavior and make sure answers are not automatically deleted?

Hi AllWhen creating a new employee, I cannot figure out from where the values for the work address and the work location are fetched. I thought its from Company details > Offices, but the work mobile isn’t a part of it. Good morning Everyone,We have a doubt considering stock movement in IFS APP 10.Besides permission sets, availability controls and controls on sites, warehouses, locations and inventory parts, is there a way in IFS to control whether a user ou usergroup can access or not access a specific inventory location or inventory location group, besides all of the above?So for example, can we user by user, or user group by user group control which inventory locations or inventory location groups they can or cannot have access to?Thanks in advance for your inputs,Carlos Mendes 

Hello to the community I have a question regarding time registration bookings; i have project transactions which have valid postings and are approved (time bookings done from 01/04 to 05/04)   I then run the “transfer cost accounting” task today but get the following error message  : I am wondering if the dates are an issue here, can i run the action in the current month or do you have any other clue on the possible reasons for that ? Thank you 

Hi Community,One of our customer has a requirement for document sign where they need to get the quotes signed by the customer online.I am aware that in document management we have the functionality to get the approver signature on the document but here the customer doesn’t have access to IFS.So, we are thinking of integrating with document sign software like DocuSign, Adobe etc.Could anyone share their experience with this regard and suggest which document sign application will be best suited to integrate with IFS.Looking forward for the suggestions & feedbackRegards,Mithun K V

Hello everybody,I would like to know if there is a way to automatically generate several Lot Batch No. (one Lot Batch No. per position) when creating a Shop Order. The article is set to Many Lots per Production Order. But a Lot Batch No. is only created automatically if "One Lot per Production Order" is set in the article.  -->Then it is only one, and we would really need a separate Lot Batch No. for each article of the Shop Order.   Hope somebody can help me. Thank you!

I want to create a workflow wherefor my input I want to first run a query to assemble all my data andthen I want to use that data to execute an update an entity. I was looking at the workflow API READ calls but I could not manage to get it working to fetch data for example from a quick report? (Not sure which entityset to use?) Is there a way to feed data into a workflow action using a query. Thing is that for a lot of actions you want to first assemble the data (like you do with cursors in PL/SQL) and then you execute the action on it using an API Call.  Is there any option/alternative for this in workflows?A quick report? An IAL source?
