2. In addition, how to initiate a fault report in a Vim connection type  work orders （Figure 2）

Question 1: Seems no. Connection type VIM is not included in the list of values.

 

Question 2: To report a fault for VIM work orders, you can follow below steps.

  • Select the VIM work order (in status Released/Started etc).
  • Go to Execute work order page.
  • Click on “Report non-routine” option.
  • Select one of the 3 options depending on the situation. I selected the 1st one.
  • Fill in the details and finish. Now the fault is reported.
