Do I need to modify the template when replacing sequence components in the structure

As shown in the following figure

I hope to place the serial parts with part number "13-Y25-002-DC" and serial number "NO-1002" into the structure without changing the template structure

Simultaneously remove the serial part with part number '13-Y25-002-DC' and serial number 'NO-1002' from the structure
