We are currently running IFS Apps 10 Update 15 with TAS all on-premise.  These would take 1-2 hours to install.  In the past, we had been able to run the update deliveries ourselves without issue.I can’t say this for certain, but we believe since IFS went evergreen with UPD’s, we started having this problem during deployments.  Our deployments now take 6-8 hours, and fail with an error.  This errors appears to only impact TAS, otherwise after deployment is finished with errors IFS appears to function.  During the update, it sits at a screen trying to update the locked files.  During the update and after, we have checked for locked objects or blocking sessions and see nothing.Has anyone ever ran into this problem before?  We do NOT receive this when we deploy updates in our DEV environment.  Our DEV environment does not have TAS installed in it, so we thought unregistering TAS from our TEST environment and running the update would be a work around but unfortunately we still received thi

Where in the cloud can i see the status of a service resource if they are clocked in or not. client needs to be able to report on this for safety checks.

I have noticed, when trying solve a users acccess issue for a BR report, that while in IFS Explorer, users can only see and run BR reports that their IFS access allows them to.However, if someone logs in with  the standalone Business Reporter client on their PC, they can access and run all the BR reports in the system, regardless of their IFS user security settings, so the security settings are bypassed altogether. Is this a bug, or is there something that needs configuring in the system to ensure they can only see and run  the same reports in the BR client that they have access to in the IFS Explorer client?IFS Explorer client version: apps 10 update 14, in house installation.Business Reporter client: Apps 10, version 5.0.24Thanks

In version 11.8.1, we are trying to assign internal user, but get the error in the subject.  I don’t quite understand “receive events of this type”. I’m thinking this is some type of setup, but digging through the items, I don’t see of how this would be configured.

Has anyone had any success with calculating the Cumulative Lead Time field?    I’ve not been able to get it to work.  I was advised by my previous employer a case had been filed, but there was never any resolution provided.  This was a number of years ( and releases ) ago… This morning, I updated the purchase part lead times for some parts in a structure, and ran the Calculate Cumulative Lead Time job, but the cum lead time field in the manufactured part doesn’t update.

Dear All,I need to export some data from an operational report (standard report designer report). The quick report I created with the below query is not giving me data.select * from <report_id> where result_key = <result_key> https://community.ifs.com/framework-experience-infrastructure-cloud-integration-dev-tools-50/need-to-extract-excel-format-from-ifs-pdf-file-8042?postid=27880#post27880 I can see the record in Report Archive and I can open the document and XML. When we scrap material on a shop order operation, the  “Scrapping in Operation” transaction is only pulling through the labour component of the scrapped part.  From what i have seen all the cost buckets that make the unit cost of the part including the material should be included. We have rolled up the part cost and everything appears as it should be elsewhere.  How do we configure the system so it pulls the material components into the scrapping in Operation transaction? Any advise would be appreciated.

Is it possible to hide the Progress bar entirely in AssystNet for Service Offerings with an attached Process? In addition, is it possible to leave the Progress Bar, but mark certain stages in Process Designer to not be showing in AssystNet? We have some very long processes, with sub processes, that the end user really doesn’t need to worry about or have visibility to.
