Hi, We have an extract rule on a custom table for mobile that doesn’t appear to be triggering any data out to mobile.A record is getting created. The extract rule for the table looks the same as other tables that are working just fine (e.g PART_NEED).The sync rule looks fine, again as above no different to what we have for PART_NEED.However when a record is created nothing is happening in terms data created to MM_MESSAGE_OUT for mobile to pick up. What can I use to be able to root cause why? i.e. server logging.Or is there a generic have you remembered to do ‘x’? Any directions would be greatly appreciated. RegardsyAdt

Hello, I’m trying to use the  ‘Copy Forecast’ functionality to additively combine two MS Set forecasts together and effectively make one bigger one. The ‘Add’ in the wizard title makes it seem like it’s possible, but it appears to just wipe the ‘to’ set completely and replace with the ‘from’ set’s forecast values, not combine/add together. Is this possible today? @majose perhaps?   

In IFS Cloud, we are missing Configuration Structure Graphic screen.  Does anybody know if this has been renamed or was not brought over from APPS9? Thanks!

Hi Everybody, I have the need to setup a couple of payment terms that have the Payment Term Base Date = End of Month, so it always start counting the days at the end of month, then after counting the days make is end of month again and then add a fixed number of days. I managed to do it but only if I set manually on the invoice, the Paym Term Base Date as end of month. Is there a way to have this setup automatically? In my example, an invoice issued on 02-April will have the first installment due on 05-Aug and the second due still on 05-Aug as is starts counting the days on 02-Apr and 90 days are on 1st of July, and 120 days are on 31st of July which lead to the same end of month. Thank you! 

We are currently on IFS cloud 23.1.  I would like to upgrade to Cloud 24.1.  When I go to release update studio it will only give me the impact assessment for 23.2. I was under the impression we could “skip” upgrades and simply get the latest.  Do we need to take them in order or is there a way to just get the latest? 

Dear All, I’m trying to learn more about the use of Equipment Basic Data > Classification organization. Unfortunately, the information I can find is very limited so I have no idea about the benefits of these Classification organizations/Classification Codes.  Could someboy gives some additional background on this functionality?How do you use it? Hello, I am new to IFS and would like to ask the following questions: Is IFS able to record a notice period for an employee and then do calculations against that date? Ie, if a notice period is 3 months, can this field be calculated to show 3 months from when they started?

Hello. I am hoping someone can advise or give some direction on how to handle this situation in IFS. Parent company received an order. Billing for the order will be done by parent and depends on milestones achieved. Parent sets up the customer order. Most of the work will be done by subsidiary. Part of the revenue will be earned by parent. The rest of the revenue will be earned by the subsidiary. Subsidiary sets up an intercompany order (customer is parent) and project. The amount of revenue to be recognized by parent each month depends on the percentage of completion of the project in the subsidiary. Parent will not recognize cost.  Subsidiary recognizes revenue each month based on percentage of completion. Cost recognized is actual cost. After subsidiary completes project, it ships to the customer. It will then bill the parent. For example,Assume the parent received a $100 order.  Parent sets up customer order for $100. Revenue allocated to parent is $20. Revenue allocated to subsidi

Hi, as it is shown even though there are no null value, it throws the error. What is the problem? Anyone have experienced that before? BR 

We were told that there would be a 2 year roadmap or at least a statement of intent made available for review.Over time this seems to have dropped to a ‘roadmap’ covering the actual release and the next one.The last one I can find covers 23R2 and 24R1, how can I find what is due 24R2, 25R1&2 and ideally 26R1? 

I have created some custom fields on the Project screen (using Apps 10 UPD17).  I have added them to the Margin tab and all looks ok. However, when I go to the General tab the fields are also showing there and hiding some necessary fields, is there a way for them appearing there as well ?? Thanks

When creating an order line i get this error, the line does have Ownership, when i check the ownership on line it is correctly picked as  “Customer Owned” and Owner is also picked correctly but the Owner Name is not picked. After re-selecting the Owner from the LOV i can save the order line. But why does it not pick the Owner name when order line is created. Please assist. (the Customer accs were newly migrated)

Hi, Is there a setting to limit the Employee IDs shown in Time Clock window. Users needs to see only his/her employee id.  Can this be controlled through the access role? if so how? Thank you.

I have imported the "fr" translated package and it has translated all the fields except the custom field. I created a custom field to display on the "Customers" list screen.After that, I added a translation for this field. However, even after refreshing the language cache, the translation is still not appearing on the screen. 

Is there any “master list” of fields for all pages/modules in IFS Cloud with the field’s purpose?  Or at the very least, the following:Inventory Part/Part Maintenance/Part Record Customer/ Customer Maintenance/ Customer Record Supplier/Vendor Maintenance/ Supplier RecordAs we prepare for our 3rd wave of implementation, our top level decision makers would like this information in order to make sure the proper people are assigned responsibility for these items, and I’m just curious if anything already exists to help this.

Hello,W.T. time is being reported for Resource Individuals (RI) in the Res. Nav.  My testing indicates the only way to stop time from being registered for a RI is to “BLOCK” the RI.  Is there a way to use a date instead.  The scenario is Registering time for the past but after the Term date.  Is that possible with W.T. time Reg.?Cheers, Troy

I’m sorry - but can someone explain something to me in the CRM module? I am in the construction business, and when we use the term “Lead” it generally refers to a potential project.  I understand that Lead in CRM terminology is a Company (or person) and a Business Opportunity is the potential project.  What I don’t understand is that if a Lead is a (potential) customer - how can you have a lead that is an existing account? That seems like you are saying I am entering a potential new customer that is also an existing customer.  I feel that I am misunderstanding some sort of key concept.  Thank you!

We created a process flow which updates installed items. This is working well but we noticed that the change is only visible in Mobile after the user reinitializes . If the installed item is changed in Backoffice, the change is visible in Mobile almost immediately. The item.last_change_date field is is updating automatically in both cases. Is there a trick to getting the process flow change to download to Mobile?

Hi,As the original topic (Quick Reports as REST Datasource Disappearing) was closed I needed to ask in this form.@hansend, @ReinierHulsman, @Thomas Langenberg, @DHCRADPA : Have you managed to find some stable solution since - maybe with a later Service Pack (UPD23 is the current one)?What I am primarily interested in:Is the reason for QRs as REST datasource becoming unavailable still mystic or is it just because underlying structures were changed?In the second case I dare to rely on them, otherwise we need to find another solution.
