Hi All,We would like to hide the url, email and phone on the About screen in mobile. I know this is managed by app param (SUPPORT_EMAIL, SUPPORT_PHONE and SUPPORT_URL). But haven't seen any possibility to disable/hide them.

Group VAT set up in IFS APP-10

Dear CommunityWe are looking to set up Group VAT return in VAT, There will be four companies, could you please someone please advise how we do this, we are using BTC software to submit the MTD.For example company 100, will be the main company which will be submitting the VAT return on behalf of the all group, how do we add the other companies to the VAT return. Multi VAT on supplier invoices

Dear Community We have supplier who have multiple VAT on their invoice, for example ingredients will be 0% VAT but delivery charge or an item will be 20%.How do we process these invoices via posting proposal as once its created via Prelimiary invoice you cannot amend the VAT amount and the only way we know is going to Manual supplier invoice and processing this.Is there better way of dealing with kind of invoices. Quick Search

Can we remove the “Quick Search” from the modules search fields ?Often employees come back that Astea doesn’t give them the correct information they searched for. They are mistaken by using the quick search field instead of the proper search criteria field for the requiered type of information. Quick Search often is confusing.By default the Quick Search apears in all modules, why not add it in the “Add Criteria” selection so we can create a correct organizational views ? We’re on V15.4.4.0

Can you attach media item type video?

Can you attach media item type video? When I create a new media item (type video) I get an error. You can select Video in the Media Item Type selection but I can’t attach a file. Is there a certain file type I should use. We ar on APPS10 UPD11.

Constraining a task to be manually scheduled

Currently, when we want a task to go to PSO but to be manually scheduled, we apply a skill of MANUAL SCHEDULE to the task. That way, PSO will not find a resource with the matching skill and the task will sit there until it is manually scheduled.However, we want to use Schedule Assistance to manually schedule that task in PSO. We can deselect “Match Skills” and that ignores the Manual Schedule skill requirement, but we want to see suggestions for resources with the other required skills.We tried using a value of 0 for the task, but for some reason it still schedules the task.Is there some way to get PSO to not schedule the task, without having to use the MANUAL SCHEDULE skill trick?

Apps 10 - unable to login after applying delivery

Hi Everyone,I have an odd problem. I have installed delivery 004 to my apps10 test installation (which was previously working) and I am now unable to login either by aurena or EE.All middleware managed servers, deployments and data sources show as green on the admin console. Database is up and running. There doesn’t appear to be any important invalid database objects (the ones that are invalid are ones I’m currently developing), and there were no errors reported during installation. HR - Configuration of start and end times for half-day holiday requests

Hi, We are having a problem with overlapping half-day absence requests.When an employee requests a half-day off in the morning, the end time is 14:00, and when he requests a half-day off in the afternoon for the same day, the start time is 13:00.There is therefore a 1-hour overlap, making it impossible to approve the second half-day of absence.The half-day should end at 13:00 and not 14:00. Flexible Email addresses instead of AP Supplier Contact / AR Customer Contact

Currently, it is only possible to define a single email address for all supplier and customer emails - statements, invoices, payment advices (remittances), CIS deduction statements, orders etc. However, in reality this varies on a supplier/customer basis and very often multiple email addresses are used for a single type of document.It is possible to define this through configurations, but this is done in all implementations and all new prospects ask for this. Hence, more flexibility should be allowed in the Comm Method tabs or in report rules to select multiple types of comm method lines. It is very typical for different customers and suppliers have different setup requirements. E.g. for some suppliers/customers, the statements will be sent to a single email address, but for others it will go to multiple email addresses. The solution could be to introduce multiple generic checkboxes for “Report Type X” against the comm method tab:This allows for flexibility, because these can be renam

TLS 1.3 is supported by IFS APPS 10 ?

Hi,Our customers are using TLS 1.2. I would like to know if "IFS APPS 10" is suitable for TLS 1.3. FSM Slow Update to Task Notes Cause?

We have recently upgraded from Metrix 5.3.3 to FSM 6.15. Now our previously fast manual addition of new task notes, or updates of existing task notes is taking a very long time. The best we get is 12 seconds, but this can exceed 20 seconds at times. Our investigations so far show now problem with Database speed so we are assuming the problem may be with the update of the user interface, but were not sure. has anyone else had similar issues and if so how were they resolved?

Response is empty when upload file

Hi!I have been able to get my integration partner to upload pictures to the media library in IFS using a Rest Patch call, but the response when doing a successful upload is empty.Is there anyway I can override this response and write an own Json response, saying “everything went ok”?This is on IFSAPP 10.

Custom Entity OData Error

When creating a brand-new page for a list based on Custom Logical Unit, I am encountering the following error. My customer is currently on 22R2 SU7 and I believe I did the exact process I am listing below a few months earlier to create a simple custom list which is still working. Using AD and Security Checkpoints in Cloud 22R2

Is it possible to use AD for security checkpoint sign off in IFS Cloud? We are currently upgrading from Apps 9 to Cloud 22R2 and have some concerns with using PIN Codes vs. AD. AD allows us to have rules in place to comply with 21CFR part 11.If we use a PIN Code we would have to determine how to ensure the followingCodes should not be sequential nor repetitive (e.g. 0000 nor 12345)? Require user to change after x period of time? Can’t reuse same code over x period of time?So our preference would be to use AD in Cloud if possible.
