In 24R1, we seem to loose the ability to create the service request and service quotation on a MWO for the Old Generation Service Solution.
I can’t find on a release note that this was intentional. Can anyone confirm whether this is a bug or whether this functionality is now fully removed ?

Can you try below steps?
1. Open Solution Manager > Mobile Apps > Configuration > Application Parameters.
2. Query for parameter "SERVICE_REQUEST_FOR_NEW_WORK"
3. Set the value to FALSE.
4. Now check whether the Service quotation related tile is visible (Need to initialize the mobile application).
