Hello,I have a problem with the contribution margin when creating the financial project.Even if I enter a value in the "Contribution margin" field,the value 0 is automatically taken into account when the financial project is created as you can see in the screenshots.Any ideas for solving this problem?Best regards. 

Hi Experts,on screen of project navigator early start date of each activity changed automatically i.e 03-03-2024 changed with 01-01-2016. what is reason why this was change automatically. is there any impact from other screen/form please suggest solution.  Regards,Waqar 

Hello,could someone give and advice or maybe know from the experience, what field of NCR (or some other quality management form) can be used for identifying the person, who is responsible that nonconformity occurred.The client wants to collect information about the persons who are responsible that non-conformities appeared. For example, every operator is responsible for the quality of operation executed by him/her. If the nonconformity was found and that nonconformity appeared due to low quality of the operation that he/she is responsible for,  client want to identify that person in NCR or some other form.I thought maybe to use Responsible for NCR, but I think it is not such purpose of this field.Are there any other solutions where such information can be filled? Or maybe only to create custom field for that purpose.Thank you beforehand:)

PO is fully Authotized by all 3 authorizers , but when i match Po Recipts to the Posting Proposal Still status is “Unacknowledge” and posting proposal level “Await Auth” Any idea why? 

When i clcik Update Base Values From HR it give message No updates performed, all base values already up to date.But we can see chnages not updated from HR to Business Planing Any Idea ?  

I’m attempting to implement routings using the new (to apps10) feature of resource share per the below; every example given shows less than a full loading though. I’m trying to understand the expected behavior when loading requires more than one “cycle” i.e. if the below example was for 14 units instead of 4. I would expect one run at 100% and one at 40% per the slide below, but it doesn’t seem to be happening this way. In my test case, I have an operation line with a resource share of .5 and a lot size of 3 on the shop order. When I release this, I get the below information message about calculated resource share (which gets fixed at 1, and that makes sense)operation line with resource share and 2.6 hours per “cycle” - in this example lot size is three. Resource Share Calculation >1 information message.However, contrary to expectations, the actual result is different, instead of 2 cycles as expected (first cycle 100% utilization, second cycle 50% utilization) it clocks one cycle at

Hello,I am running a tabular model deployment for one of our customers and i get below error,  i think the issue is due to the fact that they have multiple instances in their SQL Server and the Environment Parameters are set up like below,SQL_SERVER_NAME          12.1.2.12\IFSPRODBIand it finds the backslash as an escape character. Is there a workaround for this? Does IFS support multiple SQL Instances setup like above? 

Hi All,Customer is on 24R1(Managed Cloud). Requirement: Customer has a very large number of documents already existing in SharePoint and across various network share drives. As they are going to implement IFS as the new ERP system, there is a desire to ‘link’ the existing files into IFS, and associate them with the related master entity; customer, supplier, part, invoice etc. The intention is for the documents to remain in SharePoint and for the access control to be applied by SharePoint. Is this possible in IFS Cloud 24R1?If it is not possible, how complex is a MOD to achieve this?  

Has anyone come across the below error ?The Authorization routing template does not contain steps with enough authorization limit to cover the purchase amount on the PO.

We’re getting hundreds of these warnings in the PSO Events view log every day. Any idea what config/conflict is causing this? We’re using FSM as the EA to PSO.  

In PSO Events view we’re seeing many warnings for “Failed to add travel for resource xxx activity as started travelling at [date time].”Does anyone know the root cause for that so we can ensure scheduling and updates done correctly?Using FSM as the EA to PSO, and mobile devices to update FSM.

Hey all,An employee would like to search for the phone number of a customer in Account Contacts to find him/her faster, however, currently there is no formatting standard employed for phone numbers. How to Automate - creation of Service Contract in IFS clould (Aurena) instead of manually entering one at a time  ? 

Hi all,I have a concern regarding job rate management functionality in IFS Cloud. Once the weekly job cost calculation is done, I see that the internal price is calculated correctly. However, this cost has not been recorded against the relevant project activity under monitoring. (Create cost accounting = Yes)Is this the intended functionality here? or am I missing a setting here?   Appreciate any input on this. Thanks.

Trying to figure out how to create a new meter reading through the API.I gather this needs to be done through item_installed and meter_reading_xref.My first attempt was to use bo_search_keys to specify the meter_id, but this ends up finding and updating the last meter reading, which is undesirable. We have a situation where erronous product IDs have been created, and to comply wuith standard we need to change product id on several hundred installed items. Anybody know of an import for this, or if it is easy to make one ourselves?

Hi, we’re looking to begin using handling unit functionality in our inter-site order flow.Ultimately, we want to create a HU and attach only certain shipment lines to it - there are some shipment lines we don’t need to attach to a HU. We are then completing, delivering and closing the shipment in the normal way.However, when we use the Delivery Note No. to receive the incoming dispatch advice at the receiving site, only the parts in a handling unit are available to receive. The lines without a HU don’t even appear.The Inventory Transaction History shows that the missing lines are going into Internal Order Transit, meaning we have to go to the Register Arrivals screen to receive the PO lines.Can anyone tell us why this is happening?

Issue Description:In our organization's PSO environment, we have a large amount of technicians with diverse shift types, where each engineer may have their unique shift pattern. Due to the dynamic nature of schedules, frequent modifications or creation of new shifts lead to operational challenges.Current Challenge:The issue arises when we need to adjust an individual's shift without altering the entire template. For instance, we may need to change an engineer's Wednesday shift for a single day to a different Category and apply a specific Rule Collection for that specific day. However, we observe limitations in applying a single-day shift change within the Advance Resource Planner.Query:Is it possible to modify an individual's shift within the PSO Workbench to change the Shift Category and incorporate a Rule Collection for a distinct day, without applying a template for that day's shift? While we understand the feasibility of accomplishing this through API integration, we are seeking gu

Have anyone done a modification on sort order in a standard report, for example Shipment Packing List? We would like to sort the rows differently than standard. Do we have to make adjustment in the RPI package or can this be done in a configuration?

Hi all,IFS Cloud/PSOI was wondering what are the configurations/basic data to Schedule automatically with PSO in IFS CLOUD.Are there any committ rules on IFS CLOUD as well? Currently the flow I am running is as follows:1. Creation of Request creation and subsequent task2. Task allocation thanks to PSO3. Dispatch clicking button "assign" to validate/modify PSO scheduling on DC Console4. Dispatch clicking "Transfer to Mobile" to send it to the resource on the mobile 5. The flow continues in the standard way thanks to the MWO Service. Is there any way to automatically validate the scheduling done by the PSO without the Dispatcher clicking Assign on every task (ex: the night before/after every hour)? I was thinking Commit rules or a Job?From my tests, Assign is important to generate the Work Assigment and to allow the "Complete" status on the MWO to update the status from Work Start to Work Done. Am I doing something wrong?
