Hi All,Need your kind adviceMy organization is using IFS version 8We have an issue with supplier check payment. User already create a supplier check payment using below screen. However after that they mistakenly deleted the supplier check transactionThey have made the payment on 9/2/2024 and match it with the supplier invoice. However since they mistakenly deleted the supplier check transaction, transaction on 9/2/2024 missing Cash Supplier Check payment type. Below is for your referenceRight now, user tried to create new supplier check payment for this which they can but they cannot match it with invoice since the supplier invoice already matched with previous (deleted) supplier check payment.Can anyone help to advice how we can fix this or suggest a workaround on this?Below is additional information on supplier invoice for this payment

Hello Everyone, I am unable to configure Project Budget for Project Time Registration and Project Cost Registration (Personal and Non-Personal Cost). Is Project budget controls Procurement related transactions only? Or am I missing some sort of setup. Regards

Hi,Since installing APPS10 UPD18 there is a problem with the night shift time tracking.According to our settings the account date should be set to the date the employee starts the shift.Before the update it always worked correctly. Times are now also booked for the following day:03.09.2023Employee started his shift at 21:43 and took a break at 02:5904.09.2023He returned from break at 03:26 and stopped work at 06:00Now it always has to be corrected manually to get the correct result.03.09.2023The correct result should look like this:We haven’t changed anything in the settings. Anyone know anything about this?Is this a bug or does something need to be changed in the settings? As mentioned we are using APPS10 UPD18. Thanks and best regards,Madeleine

I am wondering if there is a database table that stores the customization details done on particular aliases via the Customizer? For example, I am looking to find what fields are visible to which aliases on specific custom forms. Is there a table that stores this? I’m looking to do this on the Item A field specifically, which is a system field.So far I’m using jptsys_def_state_grp table, which allows me to find which fields have a customization on specific aliases. Now I’d like to know what those customizations are… My organization is currently on assyst 11.2.3 if that helps.Thanks in advance!

Hello, We recently upgraded our assyst production environment to version 11.6.3, and converted off the legacy numbering system. Since the change, our implementation of the assyst Mailbox Reader and our assystETM installation are both creating events which have negative incident_ref values. This did not happen in any of our non-production environments during our testing.A couple of examples are below:  Has anyone run into this before? Thanks, Duncan

We have old Change Request Types that are no longer used or valid for our company, but they’re still tied to old records that we aren’t going to delete. Can functionality be added to the Change Request Types screen similar to every other basic data screen in IFS to be able to set them to hidden or blocked so they don’t show up in our list of values?

We have an issue in IFS Aurena both 22r2 and 23r1 (not tested on other versions, I suppose it all version is impacted) on some client’s. We suspect it’s an issue when running the latest version of Chrome/Edge Version 116.0.xxxxxx When you have links in table windows clicking on the links is working expected, but from detailed windows link’s doesn't work when you click on it nothing happens. If you use RMB and choose open in new windows the link open’s in an new browser window without any issues.  

I have an error when i want to update a project transaction. Iam in the same projet team with the concerned employe.  Is there other thing please ? 

I am trying to log time for a Shop Order Operation through Time Registration in our development environment (note that this environment has not had a data refresh since March 9, 2023). I am trying to log time for this past Monday (4 days ago) but I am receiving a “The Date Applied of the transaction can not be a future date”. It seems that I can only enter time for todays date but I should be able to enter time for past dates. I noticed that this error is triggered when the current date (depending on the site) is less than ‘Date Applied’ during a creation of a Operation History record. Does anyone know where the ‘Date Applied’ field value is being pulled from when a Operation History record is created after a user has logged time successfully?

In Apps9, surveys that are used with MWO are defined under the “Surveys” in HR module. But in Apps10, they are defined in “Maintenance Surveys” screen in Aurena. When there is an upgrade from Apps9 to Apps10, we need to migrate the Surveys defined in Apps9 to Maintenance Surveys in Apps10. Is there any scripts written by R&D, that can be used to do this data migration from Apps9 to Apps10? 

As in the new release, the Supplier Shipmet was updated, I am wondering why on site lelvel the checkbox “Finalize Supplier Shipment Automatically” is still available?As supplier returns will now fully be proceeded throughout the Shipment (Source Type “Purchase Receipt Return):So why the overview “Supplier Shipment” and “Supplier Shipment Lines” are still available if it’s not usable? There is no way to generate a Supplier Shipment anymore.  

Is there a way to generate the leaves automatically in the beginning of the year. If there is a way, it would be great if the steps are mentioned.

I’m trying to navigate from a counter lobby element to the list of tasks. The parenthesis’ all line up and it looks right given the documenation, but when the link is clicked, it complains of a malformed URI. If you just close the dialog, the query appears in the advanced search box, and it works. But something just isn’t right there.

Hi,  We have added a custom LU and custom Page for user to add the Basic data, the same custom LU references to the custom field.  In the Published LU LOV is visible on the respective custom field, but when we go to LOV and Search further for the values, no columns are available for searching in the search dialog box.  we are on IFS10 UPD10.The Search window appears as below.  Are we missing something in the configuration?  Thanks L P Reddy

(before they work well)We have this error in the windows logs :  Error in DBAdapter.ExecuteNonQuery: The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'sp_wf_rule_state_all', database 'SX-INT-DEMO15', schema 'dbo'.We give access to this stored procedure, but then we have this message :Error in DBAdapter.ExecuteNonQuery: Cannot find the object 'sp_wf_rule_state_all', because it does not exist or you do not have permission. Could you explain the meaning of this message or the resolution method ?thanks and regards

Dear Community. Does anyone know if it is possible to navigate to another page from the workflow tool, For example, could you do a purchase order receipt from the Register Arrivals screen, and get the Workflow tool to navigate you to the Purchase Order Receipt(s) detail page that had just been processed?Many thanks, David.
