I am raising some questions on behalf of customers.
Our customer was always requesting Partner to raise cases but this Partner will be replaced to another company, hence they (customer/new partner) need to know how to raise the case from themselves.
Is it possible for user bulk registration to IFS portal? if answer is yes, could you please tell us the process and all required information?
Could you please let us know the process if users forget their user id and password and how they can recover when their ids are expired.
We would appreciate if you could provide the onboarding material or technical document.
