Dear expertswe have a purchase order line which does not want to get cancelled due to this error: We were able to cancel the customer order line. The Supply Chain Customer Order Analysis looks like this:Supply Code is Int Purch Dir but we never created an internal customer order because the incoming customer order got stuck so we got rid of it and no we try to clean up the rest.We also tried to resend the PO W167133 towards the internal supplying site but since this was already created for another line from the same CO and already shipped out, IFS wouldn’t let us convert the incoming CO.

Hi,We have a problem in IFS Cloud (recreated in both 24R1 and 24R2) when it comes to automatically creation of normal time by the background job “Generate Timrep Intervals and Hours”  in combination with increments (or overtime or other time reportings) already reported before the day is handled by the background job. It works as expected/requested for employees with time base “Generated results” but not for employees with time base “Generated clockings”. This creates an issue when an employee has for example planned stand-by-time (increment) that is registered for a future day (a day that has not been handled by the background job yet). When the day is handled by the background job, it does not create normal time if there’s already any time reports on that day (if employee has time type “Generated clockings”). In IFS 10, the normal time is being automatically created in the same case (i.e employee has time base “generated clockings” and increment/other time is registered beforehand).

When I try to create and Approve a new Read Only Custom Field Attribute on the PurchaseReqLine PURCHASE_REQ_LINE_ALL view I get the error message “The column PART_NO refered to in table t is not approved persistent Custom Attribute” . Argument:v.part_noSelect Statement: select PART_MAIN_GROUP from ifsapp.PART_CATALOG where PART_NO = :PART_NO Can someone help me?   

Is there an OOTB screen that a user can search a customer by a phone number? Our use case: we want to integrate a telephony system to IFS so when a person rings in a IFS screen will appear with a list of customers and then the user can access the customer account or customer 360 screen So far we are unable to find a screen to search by phone number so thinking would need to make a custom screen via a CRIM

Hello,I was trying to find if it’s possible to configure K8s ephemeral storage value for a deployment of an service in the ifscloud-values.yaml file.Specifcally I need to change ephemeral-storage value to ~16G for ifsapp-reporting-ren deployment in our IFS Cloud instance. Some pods has been crashing due to Eviction caused by exceeding the limit of ephemeral storage.Changing it via: kubectl edit deploy ifsapp-reporting-ren -n "NAMESPACE"after every delivery deployment could be frustrating and our team can easily forget about this step.Offical documentation only mentions replicas paramter:I couldn’t find values for k8s deployment requests and limits...Maybe there is some way to configure it to be constant, so that delivery installation will not erase it ?  

Hi,We are working on upgrading our IFS 10 UPD 22 version to IFS Cloud 25 R1.Upgrade. This will be On-Prem to On-Prem UpgradeWe would like to know whether the database upgrade can be performed in a customer-hosted (On-Prem) interim environment rather than doing it in an environment hosted by IFS. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide some insight into this matter.

Hi I am trying to add a custom field in page, Supplier -Purchase Specific Information but I don’t find the entity name “ SupplierPurchaseSpecificInformation” in Entity Configuration page where I should add Custom Attributes. How should I do it to create and add a custom field in the below page via Page configuration?   We have 24R2SU2.

Hi!We’d like to be able to access data from IFS Cloud projections’ REST API while maintaining end user permissions from a third-party mobile application in which end users connect with Microsoft SSO. With the IDP configured in IFS we have been able to get microsoft’s token but it is not the one accepted by keycloak so our calls don’t work and we are not able to do a “token-exchange” with keycloak as it seems that this option is disabled.Is there a way for us to use Microsoft SSO as our primary IDP, and use that access token or to enable the “token-exchange” option on keycloak, to execute queries on projections API while maintaining end-user permissions ?

Hello IFS Community! :)I’ve been tasked with granting to a Permission Set read-only access to the Supplier form, with full-control access to the Comm Method element inside. It doesn’t appear as though Communication Method has its own projection, but is instead nested under the SupplierHandling projection. Attempting to lookup a potential stand-alone projection name is unsuccessful (as there isn’t one.) Anyone here have any luck granting full control on an element within a form that was otherwise read-only for the rest of the form?This is for IFS Cloud 24R1.Many thanks,Randy

Hello, Is there anyway to add page specific thousand seperator on IFS CLOUD?   The setting I'm looking for is not under Account Settings > Currency Formatting Options > Use Grouping (Enabled).For example, a user wants to manually create a shop order with a very large lot size. After saving the shop order, the user wants to verify that he/she has entered the correct quantity.Or, when creating a configuration, a large number might need to be entered for a configuration characteristic value. In such cases, the user does not want to create an incorrect configuration due to entering the number incorrectly.Can a setting be made specifically for these pages or scenarios?Or, if not on a page-specific level, is it possible to set a thousands separator setting that is not related to currency formatting for general purposes? Thank You.

Hellois it possible in IFS 10 to change checkbox "show all printers" when trying to print report to always checked by default? 

We have created a contact duplicate check based on a contact’s email and need to make email a required field in all contact creation locations. Unlike other dialogs, the Add Contact dialog does not appear in page designer. How do you edit these dialogs in IFS Cloud? If you know in Aurena, I’m sure the same would apply to Cloud.Thank you!

Hi All, I have added new assistance by customizing ‘QuotHandling’ standard pages. This new assistance is based on my new customised entity (CPartOrder), when I am finishing the assistance,the data is transferring to the database correctly but I am getting an error in Sync Monitor transaction section.Error Message Assistant The problem is I don’t have any method called ‘SaveCPartOrder’, Can anyone tell me why is this error occurring and what I need to do to avoid this? Hi All,I’m using ServiceEngApp and having an issue with sync failed from Mobile to IFS Cloud. Other way round it’s working (IFS Cloud to Mobile). Error:'Objsite' can not be mapped as a property or an annotation. I have no idea where this ‘Objsite’ is coming from but it’s restricting the sync process. Thanks & Regards,Asanka.

Hi IFS Community, Can anyone help me out with a little job I have, please? I need to create a CSV file on printing a certain type of invoice within IFS. I have seen that there are various places where files can be created and placed on the appropriate DB server. These seem to be scheduled Data Migration jobs but I want to do something based on the printing of the invoice. How can I do this? Maybe using Routing Rules might be an answer?I’m sure that there must be a simple approach to solving this but I don’t know it, yet ;-). Can anyone point me in the right direction,  please? Cheers,Neil. 

PO has a project connected. PO has multiple steps for the authorisation done by multiple auth groups. First group in step1 check if the project connection (and some other attributes) is correct and approves the authorisation first line.While the order is pending to be authorised by other auth groups in further levels, a user changes the project activity connection (not the entire project) to another activity sequence, which is incorrect.This causes confusions. Is there any way to stop this from happening?  

I am attempting to create an Automatic Posting Rule in APPS 10 to trigger for specific Code Part combinations when the VALUE in the PROJECT Code Part Field is NOT NULL.  I have been successful in creating Automatic Posting Rule to reclass ALL I vouchers with the specific code part values - but have NOT been successful in getting it to work for that combination for ONLY when there is a Project value populated in the code string.  (per page Help: Project Code part values that identify the original code string. A percent (%) sign can be used in combination with a process code. Note! The code part names are user-defined. Information on the code parts is entered in Account and Code Part Values. Using % (percent sign) in a code part, results in automatic posting taking place even though the code part has a null value.
