We need to move several Customer Orders from our main warehouse (Warehouse A) to another warehouse (Warehouse B) on the same Site due to space constraints. Orders are already Picked, parts are packed into handling units. Inventory is currently in Shipment Inventory at Location A.What is the most efficient way to "move" these orders/Handling Units to a location in Warehouse B? We want to avoid performing "Undo Picking," as we do not want to lose the Handling Unit structure or have to repack the orders.Using IFS Applications 10.

Where do you change the invoice number sequence year? The invoice numbers are still using last year 2025 and they should be 2026? thety are 2025125773 and it should be 2026011234. How do I change to new year?

We are considering expiring a document class and, if so, would like to stop users from adding new documents into it. We are on 25R1 However, it does not appear there is a way to hide / block / expire a document class like many other basic data items.  Is there another way to accomplish this objective? How have others managed sunsetting a document class?

I'd like to know how to resolve this.・I haven't performed any customizations.・Which log file should I check?・When I check the screen, the Delivery Package status says N/A. 

I have setup the voucher approval workflow in our environment and I have it setup with the approval combination rule to allow all combinations. I have the Voucher Approvers setup as below, with the approvers being setup here along with and Approver Group.And lastly I have the Approver Assigning Rule setup as below. I think I have setup all this correctly the thing that I am having a problem with is the fact that as soon as different user than the ones setup here creates a new voucher the Voucher Approval is blank and they have to manually add the Approver Group or Approver. I would think this would automatically pull in the Voucher Approval, but it isn’t by any chance is anyone having any issues with this we are on Apps 10 Update 12

Hello, I hope you are doing well. My customer, using infinite capacity and  is requesting to automate the scheduling of shop orders in a specific order (after running MS Level 1), using two criteria:Items with characteristic A must be scheduled before Items with characteristic B that must be scheduled before Items with characteristic C. The shop orders must be produced in a gradual manner, items of 10 cm of width before 12 cm width before 14 cm width, etc.Do you have any idea how I could implement it?Best regards, Laura

I set a line to Picked by using Order Line Details → Report Reserved Quantities as Picked.No Shipment has been created, no delivery posted, and nothing else was progressed.Now I need to revert the line back to Released.What I tried: Right-click on the Customer Order Line → couldn’t find any “Unpick” or similar action. On the Customer Order header right-click, I expected to see Undo Reserve and Picking…, but this option is not visible in our menu. In Package Part Structure (the line is a package part), I also don’t see any menu to reverse the picked status—neither on header nor on component lines. Questions: What is the standard way to reverse “Report Reserved Quantities as Picked” and return the CO line to Released when no Shipment exists? If the answer is Undo Reserve and Picking…, which permission/object or configuration controls the visibility of this option on the CO header? Previously, when creating a new document in Attachments and using drag & drop to upload a file (with Aurena Agent disabled to allow D&D functionality), the title field would populate automatically with the file title. Recently, it stopped doing that (possibly connected to the 25R2 update). I am trying to upgrade IFS Cloud from 23R2 to 24R1 but I am not seeing any db changes being deployed when I am running the installer script. I see it picks up installer.tem which calls .cre but no .upg files.Am I missing something on when I build the delivery?

Hello,When trying to cancel a Purchase Order Line (via Change Order or direct action) that is connected to a Work Order, IFS Cloud throws the following error:ORA-20110: PurchaseOrderLine.CANCELWOPEG: There are peggings connected to this purchase order line. Remove the pegging first, then cancel the purchase order line.    Could you please advise how to remove the pegging between the Purchase Order Line and the Work Order in IFS Cloud?Is this done from the Work Order, the Purchase Order Line, or via a specific supply/demand pegging view? Thanks in advance for your help.

Currently, it is only possible to define a single email address for all supplier and customer emails - statements, invoices, payment advices (remittances), CIS deduction statements, orders etc. However, in reality this varies on a supplier/customer basis and very often multiple email addresses are used for a single type of document.It is possible to define this through configurations, but this is done in all implementations and all new prospects ask for this. Hence, more flexibility should be allowed in the Comm Method tabs or in report rules to select multiple types of comm method lines. It is very typical for different customers and suppliers have different setup requirements. Hey Guys,  I have a big Issue with define the Times for Picking our Items. I found a mask where i can build Tasks for the Warehouse but it is really hard to find a good running Solution.  My goal is to have the evaluation of times for all my orders, that i can decide how many People i need for which Part of our Company.  Sorry for my English.  

We are on 23R1.   We had a customer line on hold. The line was for a non-inventory part.  However, we were able to ship this line.  We assumed the Hold would prevent this from happening?  Is it because it is a Non-inventory part?

I am attempting to auto approve absence requests in IFS. When a absence request comes in it is set to “Confirmed” status. I would like for it to be changed to “Approved”. I set the “Selection” parameter that is required to change the absence request state to approved, but it seems like it is not accepting the “keyref” key for the selection value. To verify I concatenated my own “KeyRef” value that matches “keyref” shown in the screenshot below. Still I receive json invalid error message. Do you think I should raise a ticket with IFS support for this? When creating a distribution order, is there a way of ensuring/transferring the price from the customer order (comes from price list) to the prucase order? Or is there a need to work with the supplier for purchase part and manually keeping the price updated when changes occur to the price list? Thanks,Adam

Community,On work task line, you can see the current pre posting for cost center is set. if I changed the object ID, i would like the cost center in Pre Posting being changed automatically by a designated cost center value. my question would be, how to connect the cost center to object ID? Hi, I’m pretty new here, just learning IFS.I created a workflow to validate the field “Alt Handling Unit Label ID” on Handling Units page. The idea is to not let the user enter a value that has been already used. The workflow seems to be validating correctly, but when the user try to remove any added value and leave it as null the operation is timing out. Any idea on what can it be? Thank you!Kind regards,Evelyn 

Hi, The automatic tolerance posting creation on the Posting Proposal when a PO is matched against an invoice with a different price doesn’t seem to work in Cloud 25.1. Or may be we are missing something. Could someone assist to verify what is missing? I have tested this for POs with an Inventory Part line, Non Inventory part line and a No part line as well. Non of the scenarios created automatic tolerance posting lines on the Posting Proposal. Here is an example from a No Part Line PO matched against an Invoice with a different price:The Tolerance is enabled on the Supplier for PO Matching on the Invoice tab:  On the company level too, the following setup is done:A PO with a no part line exists for 20000 sek in Closed status:The Invoice is Created for 20009 sek which is within the allowed tolerance amount. The Match PO Receipts per line is performed and the PO Receipt is matched.
