In 25R1, I am trying to add a comment to an Outwards Transmittal. I cannot figure out how to do this, The Steps I followed are :1.Create Document Transmittal 2.Connected to a Project3.Entered Expected Send Date and Expected Latest comment days as today4.Connected Report to Transmittal5.In the Files to download section , Original and Comment files were enabled6.Added Documents to the Transmittal7.Documents were Quick Released8.Changed the Status of the Transmittal to Sent9.Added Acknowledgment10.Status was changed to Acknowledgement Received11.??? Need to add Comment - NOT SURE HOW TO DO THIS ?

Hi, My customer has created a page as an action in mwo and added several fields to that page. In one section they have created two fields; a LOV and a Text field. The customer wants to enable to Text field based on the value they add to the LOV.Ex: make the text field visible only if the LOV value in ‘Other’.This has been setup in page designer configuration in below manner and working fine there.   However, the problem is that, this change does not apply to mobile. Any idea why?We have initialized the app, refreshed cache and disconnected and connected the app.Best Regards,

Dear all.IFS has introduced the IFS Ai feature where it is possible to extract invoice header level information using invoice image file to load invoices automatically.I have extracted the desciption from the release notes of 25R1“To facilitate the supplier invoice data capture automation, the Azure Invoice Model is integrated with IFS Cloud to automatically extract relevant data from supplier invoices uploaded to the system. It supports various file formats, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF.​Upon upload, the model captures key invoice details and facilitates the creation of corresponding Supplier Invoices within the application.​The extracted data includes the following fields:​Header Level – Supplier, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Invoice Recipient, PO Reference, Gross Amount, Net Amount and Tax Amount​”. Where can I find a help document which can help me configure this functionality. Hi All, Do we have a way to create two work assignments for below requirement.There should  be two or many assignments where one assignment is primary (task leader) and others are secondary.  Only reporting should be done by the primary assignment. Others are supportive and do not report time to the work. It is like booking of few other resources to support main assignee.Crew functionality does not matching with this since these grouping are dynamic and short term. In IFS, if you create assignments all has to complete the work to automatically transfer the work task status to “Work Done”.Is there a way to work with a primary assignment and a dummy assignments? TIA.

Hello all, It is possible de define Price effecctive date (either Order date or Receipt date) at the level of the supplier. Do you have an idea if it is not possible to change this at the lvel of purchase part or purchase order line? I have a client who asked for it Thanks

I have a customer order line on a partially delivered Customer Order that is stuck in Picked Status.How can I moved the status to cancelled? On Customer Order there is only one line Picked, but in Deliver Customer Order with Differences there are actually two for this order and no information or way to fill out the line.I get the error below when trying to Undo Reserve and Picking.Please help...next step will be to enter a ticket with support. 

Hi,I am currently using 25R2, when selecting Start Work on the mobile app (IFS MWO Maintenance), I am receiving the following error.   When select Accept, Incomplete and Reject it works OK.  Can you please advise what may be causing this issue when Start Work is selected? Thanks!

When creating a Customer Location I have the option to assign a Validity period against the location with a start date and end date:There doesn’t appear to be any enforcement of this parameter when I am creating a Service Request/Task at the customer location if the end date has been passed. Is this by design or is this possible a bug? The idea would be that the customer Location shouldn’t be shown on the LoV after the end date has passed.Thanks

Hi All, I tried to use an IFS API call which returns a struct but the return structure is not added to the debug values list. Is this not supported for workflows or is there any other way to call an IFS API call with a struct?My example API callWorkTaskHandling.GetPartSerialInfo(PartNo)  Debug value list.Notice that previous steps which return string are added in the debug values but not the struct GetPartSerialInfo struct response format

In 25R1 environment ,I was uploading the following file with credit values through OCR -capture  supplier invoice data ,nevertheless the negative values were not been fetched and they were fetched as positive.Any one experienced this kind of situation?ThanksUdanee

Hi,window “Standard Operation”, Register “Standard Operation Work Guidelines” field “Guideline Text”.In this field it is not possible to open the Detail text as for example in the “Routing Operation Work Guidelines”.Example:If I need to do a change it is really hard to find the correct postion or if I need a paragraph it is not possible to create it. For example on window “Routing Operation Work Guidelines” it is much easier to do that.Is there a setup for that to have the same solution as in window “Routing Operation Work Guidelines”?BRMilanko

Hi,We have fixed Time, Fixed resource tasks and then its assigned to the engineer. Next after few second its noted the job is uncomitted.These engineers do not use Mobile and there is no Commit rule or any at the moment. Why PSO uncommit these manually allocated jobs?Is there a way atleast we ca get a reason for this behavior? First CommittedThen PSO uncommit it again.   ThanksKM

Hi Experts,My user is connected to PSO Workbench Administrator users but in PSO I cannot see some Admin functions. All Admin persmissions are granted from PSO end as well Some missing functions in PSO,I cannot see ADMIN Group under Parameter I cannot see “AdminApplicationsView” under persmisssion?    Any reason for these limitations? ThanksKM

Hi everybody,in IFS10 we have scheduled task to calculate purchase costs (latest purchase cost).   How to set it up in IFS Cloud?I tried to set it up, but I don’t know the syntax for ATTRIB_ parameter in IFSCloud. When I copy the argument from background job (when you run it manually), it doesn’t work. I am aware of other ticket saying it is not possible even in APPS10, but it definitely works, so I just want to double check. Thansk a lot.Jan

Hi!I user IFS 8.  I want to know where the data from of fuction Sales\Invoicing\Customer Invoice Lines. I click “System Info”. Get information as follow picture. What does it mean of “tbwOverviewCustomerInvoiceItem”? It means a table or a view? What’s the table or view name? CustomerInvoiceItem? Customer_Invoice_Item? I can’t find both of these 2 from Oracle database.  From the followed picture I know I can get data from view CUSTOMER_ORDER_INV_JOIN. But I still want to know what does it means of above picture.
