Records not showing in Assyst

It’s not the first time that I’m facing a very (VERY) strange and completely random problem in Assyst… We’re starting the project and the database is still hosting a small amount of data, but sometimes, I create a record and Assyst simply doesn’t show it right away… The last time it happened, I was able to see the record (that was an item) only the next day, when I started to work again… :P At that moment, I thought that was something to do with permissions, but it wasn’t.

Now, it happened again… I’ve just created a new Generic Class, a Product Class and a Product… The first two ones showed just fine, but the Product is not listed… Look:

 

 

 

 I’ve restarted assyst server service, but the record’s still not showing… I’ve searched for an indication of a problem in the database but it’s working just fine… 

 Please help me! I cannot have this problem, a really big in my point of view, so early in the project… What if it keeps happening when we’re live and unable to find the data we need to support our customers? :P

 I really appreciate any help in this matter.

How are you?

Take a look at your Privilege group > Item Privilege settings.
