We are on IFS Cloud 25.1.2.  Microsoft just forced updated Office to 2507 (19029.20136) which broke our IFS Excel add-ins.  Users that stayed on 2506 are still OK.Issue is, when you click login, the add-in panel briefly flashes and does not bring up the login window for IFS cloud.Anyone else have this issue? 

Hi,I am looking to see if I can get a better idea of what values are expected to be passed against ‘StdNameId’ attribute when working with the Part Handling API please - (ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/PartHandling.svc).I believe that it requires a numerical value from 0 to 10, but I want to understand what outcomes are driven by each of these values please. Is there documentation that supports the API usage here other than the API Explorer?Thanks

Hi, We have just upgraded from Apps10 to CLoud.  Cloud no longer has a sticky note feature, I am trying to find the best way to convert the data held in the table to readable text.  My hope is to create a custom field on the table and then populate it with the data.  However when I try to convert I am getting the following in the field. {\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\deff0\deflang1033{\fonttbl{\f0\fnil\fcharset0 Trebuchet MS;}}\viewkind4\uc1\pard\lang2057\f0\fs20 new PO has been created\par\parplease see \fs20 E200049\lang1033\par} What is the best way to get the actual text ?

Does anyone have a clear-cut document that outlines each activity/step to perform during the Year-End Process and Month-End Process in both IFS Cloud and Apps 10?Are there any differences between Cloud and Apps10?

It’s not the first time that I’m facing a very (VERY) strange and completely random problem in Assyst… We’re starting the project and the database is still hosting a small amount of data, but sometimes, I create a record and Assyst simply doesn’t show it right away… The last time it happened, I was able to see the record (that was an item) only the next day, when I started to work again… :P At that moment, I thought that was something to do with permissions, but it wasn’t.Now, it happened again… I’ve just created a new Generic Class, a Product Class and a Product… The first two ones showed just fine, but the Product is not listed… Look:    I’ve restarted assyst server service, but the record’s still not showing… I’ve searched for an indication of a problem in the database but it’s working just fine…  Please help me! All, hope someone here can correct the mistake I’ve made. I’m wanting to pull through a field from the serial object as read only to the maintenance plan analysis page. The field is not there as a reference so I am having to use a select statement and I’m getting the below error. I’m not a tech preson so not sure what I’ve done incorrectly, all help appreciated.

Hi,We’re trying to create an Event Action that will automatically email suppliers with the Payment Advice PDF attached, but I’m not sure how to configure it correctly.I’ve started creating this Event Action as shown below:  I have then filled in the Email requirements using what I thought were the appropriate fields, but I’m unsure how to correctly populate the supplier’s email address. I’m also not sure what the PDF_PARAMETER_1 through to PDF_PARAMETER_15 references are used for. Could their purpose be explained?  Any guidance would be appreciated, Thank you Ash

Hi All, While I was closing old Work Orders, I had to close old Work tasks inside them. I noticed that I can close the Work Tasks without closing the Work Assignments inside it which seemed to be easy as the assignments were sent to mobile and cannot be closed from cloud.Is it a good practice to close the Work Task without closing the assignments as the end target is to close the Work Order to “Work Done” status? If not, then is there a way to close the assignments which are sent/transferred to mobile?  Thanks in advance for the help. Regards,Mani

We have a slight issue on our cloud environment; the Work Tasks screen is in accessible because the back-end view  ACTIVE_SEPARATE was replaced with a different version accidentally.  The select statement within the original  view was saved down before the view was overwritten so we have that but the column headings of the view were not saved is there a codebase anywhere where this can be retrieved from?Thank you

We are running the cleanup of inventory background job daily, we have this set to 0 days before current date so it will clear everything with an old activity date. The job is running each day as I can see that it is clearing out inventory, however I am left with lines that will not clear. These lines have 0 on hand quantity, 0 in transit, are not frozen and the last activity date is prior to the job being executed.  The transaction history for these parts are also showing as old dates.  Is there anything else that would block these lines from clearing when the cleanup background job is executed? Thanks

We are In the Business Opportunity trying New Sales Quotation.  When I try to complete the New Sales Quotation, I get the error Resource Not Found. Any suggestions on what could be causing this?

During Purchase Order Authorization there is an option to enter a ‘Reject Note’.  Logically, you’d expect this field to be an option to add additional context to a reject reason, where the user can give some extra information. At least this is what I’m looking to use it for. However, it seems like after the rejection is processed, this ‘Reject Note’ is not seen within the system. The Reject Reason and Reject Date are both seen in Purchase Orders view, but the Reject Note does not appear to be there. Does anyone know where this goes? Or it is perhaps a bug?

Hi All, I recently closed few of the work task which had been transferred to mobile, for closing these tasks i performed the below steps- Delete the existing work task clockingsMark the Work Assignment associated to Task “Cancelled”Mark the work task “Work Done/Closed” But after performing these, I am seeing the Work Tasks has appeared in the “Unassigned Tasks” section in the Dispatch Console.
