Hello!I´m trying to setup internal trade and have succesfully done the entire process but then I realised that I would like to have automatic receiving of goods at the buying company. The internal trade in thsi case means that the buying company picks up the goods at the sellers warehouse so when the selling company does the delivery in IFS Cloud I would like to have the goods automatically received on the buying companys side. I´ve setupo the DIRDEL message but what triggers it? Thanks for your advice, I feel a bit lost :) RegardsEmma

Hi,Where in IFS can a manager get an summarized overview with employees overtime, flextime and sick leave during a time period?Not just day by day.Is there an report for this or a lobby element. Employee Results does not show the total value, only day by day. Regards

Hi,Our requirement is to add products to a contract so that we can schedule regular and ad-hoc servicing of the products.We have imported Request Contracts and Equipment Objects but would like advice on how to import Contract Lines to link the Equipment Objects to the Request Contracts. It looks like we need to import to psc_product_service_item and psc_contr_product but I feel that there is more to it than this.Any help much appreciated.

Hello, I am facing a blocking issue when using the projection:CreateCopyProjectHandling.svc / CreateCopyProjectVirtual_DoCreate The POST request executes correctly, but the backend returns this error: DATABASE_ERROR ORA-20105: FndEventAction.EVENT_ACTION_ERROR: The Event Action "Workflow" on "C_ACTIVITY" has failed. ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.C_ACTIVITY_EVI", line 11 What I observed I have an Event Action attached to Activity / C_ACTIVITY which triggers a BPMN workflow. The workflow never starts: no instance appears, the watcher shows no activity. I removed all conditions and all OLD/NEW attributes from the Event Action → error still occurs. Hello Comminuty, I have been trying to get multiple external payments created for different cash accounts (multiple currencies) through the same CAMT054 file with no luck. Receives the following error: ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$PermanentFailureException: ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [LOAD_FILE_ID] is mandatory for Ext File Log and requires a value. The file contains 3 notifications for EUR, USD and SEK iban numbers. Is this not supported by us or are we missing something in the configuration? When I remove the rest of the notifications and try the same file with a single notification, it works and creates an external payment for the relevant cash account.   Appreciate if someone could assist to confirm if this is supported as the customer is currently receiving this from their bank.  BR!

Hi,I have a mismatch between the PSO allocation and the information that arrived in IFS Cloud.My scheduling window is very large, 30 days. I have a task scheduled in PSO for 02/12/2025; however, this information did not come back to IFS Cloud. When I have an allocated date of 01/12/2025, this information does come back to IFS Cloud. I don’t know where or if there is a value that needs to be set. Hi.We’ve been doing some modifying via page designer on request of our users and updating some fields on the Service Contract page as “Required”. Setting fields in a Wizard will highlight a required field in red if its left empty, but this doesn’t seem to be the case on pages that do not include wizards as seen here: You can see the * next to the field name indicating its required, but even when blank its not highlighted in red. This is also the case for fields that are not custom.Are the fields not being highlighted on regular views because they’re not required for creating the pages content such as in a wizard, or is there a way to get these fields to also be highlighted? Thank you in advance.

We are trying to bill a customer for a service.  This will be an ongoing for at about 6 months, billing every other week (upon receiving Invoice from our contracted service company)  But this would be the first time doing this in IFS (23R1)  We really have not worked with field service module,  and would prefer not to at this time.  We just would like to generate an invoice for each time we complete a servicing particular customer.   Sorry for the ignorance on this topic.  Thank you for any help provided. 

HiI am working on an integration IN IFS Cloud, where in PLSQL code I am getting the document from document management (as BLOB) and want to send it to Connect to be uploaded to ftp server using FTP_SENDER. I cannot find any method in PLSQLAP_SERVER_API that can handle BLOB message.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

I have a question for clarification,  In any control plan there is an option “Attribute Qualification for Skip Lot” which can be toggled to ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, under “Acceptance Sampling Parameter” but the same field is not found on any of the templates that are created or saved.What is the logic behind it.Control Plan:  Control Plan Template:Not to be seen here,  Regards,

Hi,Our customer is experiencing issues with long-running online jobs, which fail after 10 minutes due to a timeout. The Network tab in DevTools shows a 504 Gateway Timeout error.Where can we configure or extend this timeout?  

HiWe are working in App9 SP11I have a reported problem where we have project demand for a particular part. When we run Project MRP for the project activity, it creates requisitions for other demands on the same activity, but not for this one specific part.I cannot see any issues with the part - it has the same config as for all the others.Is there a log for Project MRP? The background job doesn’t provide enough information. I’m hoping that that there is a log somewhere that might give a clue why this particular part demand is not being processed.

We are implementing project manufacturing and installation in the construction industry for a client.Manufacturing is for long lead-time items and long manufacturing times. They purchase a large quantity of raw materials that are specific to the project. They charge their client for these raw materials at the time of arrival, and it becomes customer-owned at this point on a sales contract. Potentially a delay between manufacturing completion and installation of the finished goods.In their current solution:The cost of the raw material is posted directly to the profit and lost at the time of arrival. The raw material is broken out into multiple Cost of Sales Accounts by type and is also broken out into multiple Cost Elements for project costing. When looking at the typical manufacturing process in IFS we facing the following:The incoming raw material cost is posted to an inventory control account in the balance sheet. Likewise, finished goods inventory from Shop Orders is also posted to

Hi,I was trying to initiate a Hanover to a Request, though I get below error. My service organization is the one responsible for the service(Setup in the service catalog). Therefore, this error is meaningless as I see. Further, the error shows a Request id, which is very strange, because system does not create a new request (error stops processing any further). Also, this number increments with the attempts I do. Looks like this is a core bug. I wonder if someone has tried and has different opinion or confirmed by the product team that this is a bug?Thank you,Roshan  

Hi, in IFS Apps 10 (Update 6) when transferring a task to mobile from a Work Order, in the Transfer To Mobile window there are 2 checkboxes:Pool Work Order Pool - Keep TaskWhat does “Pool - Keep Task” do, and when would we use it? There is no help topic or other documentation I can find that explains what it does.Transfer to Mobile window in Apps 10. 

24R2 is the version. Customer Order Lines screen includes “Planner” as a field initially hidden, but which can be displayed. How can this field be included in the list of items one can filter on (i.e. … more .. checkbox).Any hints? Many thanks.Paul.
