Hello, Does anyone use the Customer > Credit Infor >  “allowed Overdue amount” or “Allowed overdue days” fields?   Do these impact a customer orders going on credit block?  I would have thought it was meant for that but it doesn’t appear to be.   ie: we want to allow a customer order to be released if it’s wanted receipt date or value is within a certain number of days or amount of its outstanding invoices with these fields populated.  Otherwise what are these fields used for?  calculation of interest ? Thanks!

Hi,According to the latest IFS GPL and 24R2 sales part list, there are only two Power BI-related sales parts available:Advanced Analytics - Self Managed Analysis Models - Self ManagedI would appreciate more information about the latest sales parts related to IFS Analysis Models (24R2). Could you please provide answers to the following questions? What sales part(s) are needed to use IFS Analysis Models - Power BI with a self-hosted BI infrastructure setup? What sales part(s) are required for using IFS Analysis Models - Power BI (data lake Gen2) and IFS Advanced Analytics? Is it possible to purchase Advanced Analytics - Self Managed without purchasing Analysis Models - Self Managed? Does this mean that iFrame integration is always available and not dependent on any sales part? Can we assume that IFS Analysis Models – Tabular is no longer available for purchase?Thank you.

A database restoration has been performed on March 11 (Tuesday), 2025. The database was restored to its state as of February 26 (Wednesday), 2025.It has been observed that a background job, which is scheduled to run on Mondays, was executed on Wednesday, March 12. (But posted on March 11 (Tuesday))Given that the background job is scheduled to run on Mondays, it did not execute as per its schedule. In such cases, does the job automatically execute as soon as the database is restored and operational?

Hi All,I’m exploring IFS Cloud's REST API, which follows the OData standard and provides access to various objects through 5,000 projections and hundreds of endpoints per projection.Does anyone have a comprehensive list of these projections along with their corresponding endpoint URLs or a source where I can find this information? Any guidance or documentation links would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey All, I have a query, is there any way to extract the data from IFS Cloud via the ETL tool(talend, boomi etc.) to our data warehouse? Is their any documentation regarding this.  Thanks and Regards,Mani Shankar

Hello,I'm currently experiencing an issue in IFS Applications where the Kanban module shows stockouts (empty bins) on our assembly lines, even though materials are physically available at the point of use.As a result, the main warehouse receives unnecessary pick requests, which show up on their picking lists, even though the items are already at the line.In practice, warehouse staff often ignore these picks because they recognize the items as Kanban-managed — but this leads to confusion and inconsistency, particularly for new employees who aren’t familiar with the workaround. And sometimes there is also empty bins.Additionally, we don’t use the Kanban card functionality when performing part movements — instead, we rely on manual transfers.Could this be contributing to the issue? Could reporting delays (feel like this would lead to the opposite) or incorrect process flows be involved? From my analysis, around 46% of where the system use the material from is from our main warehouse, despi

We have a scenario where we require PR Lines generated from a Customer Order Line with Supply Code Purch Order Trans to have Delivery Dates that take into account Suppliers Lead Time. Currently an information message appears if CO is manually entered, however orders are being received via a portal and generated in IFS (so message not being witnessed by the Users). On release of the CO, where the Supplier’s lead-time is 10 days, the PR Delivery Date matches the CO Delivery Date and the PR Latest Order Date is set approximately 10 days in the past. The Delivery Date is obviously not achievable and I am trying to work out if I am missing something in the set up. The Purch Order Trans Supply Code suits the customer as the item is not stocked and is purchased specifically for each customer order. However without manual intervention the CO and PO dates are not achievable. I realise that when the PO is created,  a similar info message about the Delivery Dates also appears, allowing manual int

We want to import/update price books from our ERP, and I am wondering if there is an API to do this

One of our use places had a invalid procedure caused by a bug in Data Migration Manager. I was given a data repair script in .sql format. I renamed it to a .cdb based on other posts I saw here. I just need to verify that the location is correct. We didn’t have anything in the customer solution repository for component DATMGT so I made the folder - datmgt\source\datmgt\database\ and put the cdb there. There is no deploy.ini for datmgt. Will this work? (see screenshot). We already updated our build place to 24R2 and one of our use places, but the use place in question is 23R2 (because of the invalid procedure). I have to get support involved to create the delivery for an older version, so wanted to make sure this was completely right so it doesn’t have to be done again.

Hi,I’m getting the following error when trying to return the receipt. The part is a non-inventory part. In the site, the delivery address is defined. What could be the issue here?Thank you in advance.

Dear experts,With IFS Cloud 22R2, when using the create document assistant, the view copy (PDF file) is not imported in addition to the original document. On the contrary, if I check-in a document from the document revision window, the both files (PDF & original) are imported. Is it normal that it is not working with the create document assistant ? I remember that in V8, it was working. Thanks for your help

Hi,when using a standard dimension/fact item as a report parameter, relevant context substitution variables will be visible to choose as the default value. However, when a QIS is created based on an IAL, this is not possible. Here, the DIM_COMPANY dimensions was connected to the QIS from custom dimension connections oage.  Is this a framework limitation? Is there any setting or workaround to achieve this behavior? Best Regards,Nisansala

Hi I have noticed that after Transferring Payments and Acknowledging them, the expense claim sits as ‘Authorized’ and not ‘Transferred’. Any ideas what might be missing?

Hi, what’s the easiest method to update the prices of certain characteristics? We have a configuration price list. There is a charachteristic ‘Color’, with the option ‘Yellow’. Let’s say we want to increase the price of the Yellow in every price list with 2%, how can this be done? I don’t see the same logic as with the base price update and the corresponding update of the price lists, as the charecterics are not in the base price? Thanks!

I am having some trouble using the cash flow exposure feature in IFS. I may have setup something wrong, but the immediate concern is that I am getting an error message in the update cash flow analysis snapshot background job. When I run the update cash flow analysis snapshot - I choose company A.The error message is: PaymentTerm.NOPAYTERMEXIST: Payment Term is not defined for the Supplier 30322 for Company A                    ORA-20105: CfaUpdateUtility.ORA-20105 This supplier is not setup for this company. When I setup the payment terms for this supplier, I received an error for another supplier that isn’t setup for company A.  Cash flow analysis snapshot setup:  Analysis Details Cash Flow source (I am looking to create a cash flow analysis of our payables only) Any help would be appreciated. Here are the setting I used on the Cash Flow Exposure popup:

We are new to Aurena (Apps10) so this feels like a noob question but…I am searching through all Customer Invoices for a specific Customer and Aurena is only showing me 24 records. I know from using the export to excel function there are 585.Despite looking through the various search and filter options I can see no way to page through the rest of the records or, better still, return all records so I can scroll through (this would be easy in EE). Am I missing something?

Is anyone aware of a way to export the IFS navigator to for example Excel?

We are running IFSAPPS9 and have deployed “work center-defined” timeclock terminals on the floor. We use only one time clock type and all employees that use it have the Timeclock User checkbox checked within Employment/General tab.  All work center users have been granted the same permission sets. This doesn’t happen with all employees.  Please refer to the error message attached for an employee that clicked the Clock In button on the terminal.  All timeclock employees also have the REG_NO_AUTH Role Id.  Is this a user profile issue or access issue?

I don’t know if I don’t understand the process or there’s a bug, but when I set up SFM for a simple function such as exhaust in the example of this procedure with two causes for the same component, it acts really weird:It duplicated one of the causes when there are two different ones set up.  (I even redid them from scratch to make sure I didn’t mess up) When you select a template that has two causes for one component, it highlights both, but only brings in the one template that applies to both. Where do the values such as Function, Type, Cause, and Component end up on the work order/Work Task?  These are valuable KPIs.Attached is the write up for a customer I’m working on.  They really want to use SFM.@Mayura Wasantha - I know you’re crazy busy, but who can help me with this?

We are currently using IFS app 9 and some of the users do use the Simple Data migration Tool. So they use xls files to load data into IFS. Now I'm looking for a similar tool in IFS Cloud and was going through different threads in this community. It seems the future is available in 24R2, but I cannot find any comfirmation on this.  Can anyone tell if it is yet availbale?
