Hi ,As part of the cloud migration project from App9 to IFS Cloud, we need to know how to transfer documents from APP9 FTP to Cloud Azure Blob.Currently, documents are stored on FTP, and we hope to move them to Cloud Azure Blob.We recently updated 24R1 to our Cloud environment, therefore FTP will no longer be supported in the future, so we'd need to know how to migrate the document from FTP to Azure Blob Storage.Is there anyone who has done this before? We are an IFS managed cloud customer, and we want to know if this is doable. Hi,In Apps * and Apps 9, there is an RMB option available in Manual Supplier Invoice page for initiating work order. Same is not available in IFS Cloud, how can we manage this business requirement in IFS Cloud? 

When the user opens the Project Transactions Review screen or presses reset, the system appears to be insert the current week (Monday thru Sunday).  Might there be a setting that controls this?  Our customer is not happy that the dates are being set as a default and wants them to be blank.Thank you.Patrick

I have a scheduled quick report which is scheduled to run daily and the report is not being mailed to the target email addresses.I have checked the background jobs for this schedule and all of them have failed with the below error.ORA-31186: Document contains too many nodesCould you please help with what's wrong? Thanks in advance!

Technicians are not able to send email to customers due to obsolete email address.I would like to know from where I can change the email address for Mobile outbound emails.I have updated the new email address in “Miscellaneous I” but still mobile application is using old email address only. 

Hello, How can I update data in one column without using UPDATE statement? In this column I have some date values in format for example 01-DEC-24, or 03-JAN-23 but also some NULL values and I want to change those values to null with using SELECT statement, but I am not sure how can I change the data in existing column. My SQL command works but I am not sure if I can update existing column in entity configuration through + icon. Thanks

Hi, We are experiencing a DB_SWITCH issue similar to another posted earlier and marked resolved except that in our case, there is a minor a minor difference in the error message, instead of ORA-01017 we get [b]ORA-00022.[/b] We've tried the solution proposed in the other topic without success, all our accounts are granted connect. The issue is intermittent and after one or more attempts, our users are usually able to get in. Although i say it is intermittent, the error is experienced quite frequently and we have yet to identify the cause for this error. Good day.  When adding Expenses on a TR/Expense Sheet, two of the fields that are available are Price and Quantity: However, when you Add an Expense, nowhere are these fields available to populate: An example of a type of Expense where this would be useful is Accommodation - let’s say 3 nights @ X amount, and for the total to then be calculated. Anyone who can help in this regard? Thank you. Anya

Good day.  Is it possible to add a note as to why a TR was Rejected?  We have set up Detail Approval on the TR Configuration.  However, once the Manager has approved/rejected the TR, it disappears from the page without being able to provide a reason/note/comment.  Any suggestions in this regard? Thank you. Anya

Will there always be MRP make entries in MRP Part Information and Inventory Part Availability Planning for phantom parts? I guess they are needed for the correct explosion of demands to the next level, but users think it is confusing since they will not create any shop order requisitions.

I am having the below issue in Edge.  I am up to date on Edge updates.  I have this issue on multiple computers and in all of our environments.  Another user has the same issue and a third doesn’t.  Does anyone know of what may be causing this issue?  I do not have the issue in Chrome.

Hello, We are facing a huge issue, in our test and config environments, we cannot inspect workflows anymore, even if they only have a simple projection call in it. When inspecting, we just get the “loading” popup that never goes away. This is on 23R1 and so far, it seems like no one else has been experiencing this other than us. What could be causing this? We’ve refreshed the caches in hopes of resolving this issue but so far nothing has been working. Any and all insight would be very much appreciated. Thanks,Bryan

We are in the middle of completing our first Service Update. We got to the part where we are now waiting for the Sanity Build to be completed.The next steps in our training guide mentions “usual delivery process” after the Sanity build is complete, however we have not done a delivery before.I am trying to find documentation or steps that we need to do during the “delivery process” after a service update.Do you know where I can find that or what the “delivery process” is after a Sanity build is complete for a Service update?

Don’t know the project module in IFS Cloud that well but is there another way of granting access, other than the below steps?Creating an employee connected to the service user Adding that employee to a Team Adding all projects in access definition of that Team Setup an event action/workflow that adds access for every future project created I’m using standard projections. 

Hello experts in the Community,I have a requirement to create an “Application for Payment (AFP)” from a ‘Sales Contract Revision’ that has 2 lines with two different “Item Sales Currency’ values (CAD and USD). Expectation is to create the AFP with CAD where USD line to come in with CAD converted equivalent values.  When attempting to create an AFP via “New AFP” dialog box IFS makes it mandatory to select a ‘Currency Code’. In following example, I selected “CAD” as the “Currency Code” as I want to create the AFP in CAD. In the resulting AFP (Application for Payment) only the line #2 and respective Item has made it across to the AFP, which had the “Item Sales Currency” set as “CAD”. Whereas Line #1 and the connected item that had “USD” as the “Item Sales Currency” has fallen off from the Application. I am not 100% if this is working as designed or I am missing a setup/configuration to get to the desired result. Thanks a bunch for your support! :) Background InformationIFS Version: IFS Cl
