Hi All,I recently performed an upgrade installation for a customer using version 24R2, and the installation was completed successfully. However, when attempting to log in to the application for the first time, it displays the message: "Account is disabled. Contact your administrator."  I have checked the account status from the database, and the account is not active. I updated the status to active by modifying the FND_USER_TAB table. However, I still cannot log in to the application. I’d appreciate any guidance, best practices, or documentation links you could share on this topic.Thanks in advance for your help!

We’re trying to check that we’ve completed our organization structure and position access correctly,   We have an employee to think is setup correctly but when we look at My Employees from the Lobby, the field is blank.Is there a setting that we’re missing that controls whether or not “I” can see my employees?Thank you

Dear all,Recently, when I tried to use the Migration Job to update the content in the database, I encountered an error message after execution:"Insert into FA_OBJECT_TAB failed - ORA-20111: UserFinance.RECNOTEXIST: Access denied! User 145409 is not connected to Company."However, I have confirmed that my account has been set up with the relevant company configuration, and most permissions are fully enabled.Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Good morning, I am hoping someone has encountered and solved this before, or can help getting us on track.All servers are using the same version of IFS FSM (6u24). When trying to post perform_get_attachment_stream, we get the following error in our QA and DEV environments. { "Message": "The provided URI scheme 'https' is invalid; expected 'http'.\r\nParameter name: via"} notes: This function works as intended in our PRODUCTION environment (no errors, streams attachment properly). All other POST/GET/PATCH/PUT ODATA functions are working properly on all servers, including the ones where the "perform attachment stream" is not working. Some Screenshots:  Error in DEV:  Functional POST in DEV: (also using HTTPS) Funtional Post Attachment Stream  in PROD:   My best assumption is that this may pertain to our web.config in the ODATA app folder -  which does have a different setup between PROD and DEV (see below comparison)​​​​​​​  Has anyone encountered this before, or does anyone have sugg

Good morning, Which settings defines which field you enter price on customer order line? Sometimes it’s field “Price Incl Tax/Curr” and sometimes  “Price/Curr”. Both of customers are in the same currency.  price/curr fieldprice incl tax/currBoth of them are with tax code 5%.

Hi ExpertsI have an issue with a customer IFS environment. Somehow the purchase Order authorization rule gets inherited to the supplier invoice Worklfow authorization. If I check other standardsystems the worflow rule for supplier invoices was always separatly.Yes i check the settings in the company/invoce/supplier workflow. i do not inherit purchase requesitioner nore the buyer.Is there maybe a setup to prevent or aktivate the inheritation of PO workflow to supplier invoice worklfow? 

Hi everyone,  I have a channel with different datamappers, the main goal of the channel is to monitor a mail address and when a mail arrives it creates a new event or an action on an existing event, based on the content of the mail’s subject. The firs mapper if to set the variables, the second to create an event, the third to create an action and the last two manage the attachments for these situations. Recently the incident IDs and the request IDs are coming closer, and now I have some trouble with one of my datamappers.This particular datamapper is activate when an event id already exists and try to insert a new action in the event itself. However, if it tries to write a new action on an incident and there is a request with the same id, the import failed with the following error: Trying to debug a random import, i get this situation in my event fieldBasically, it finds two events with the same numbers (but registered with different CSGs), although one is a request with the prefix R a

It’s easy enough to set a default homepage, but how can we unset the default page so the user is shown the ‘Welcome’ page again with recent screens? I don’t see anything in Account Settings analogous to the IEE homepage that I can clear. Clearing the user profile does not clear the default homepage either. Is there another way?  I think I’m going to check the path to the ‘Welcome’ page with another user account who hasn’t made a default selection so I can copy/paste it, but that’s not feasible for everyone.

Hi All, I'm currently attempting to run a migration job in a Linux-based environment. As part of this process, I have created an FTP location on a separate file share server, mounted that path to the Linux database server, and assigned ownership to the Oracle user.However, when executing the migration job, I encounter the following error:  Has anyone here performed a similar procedure for a migration job? I'd like to confirm whether I might have missed anything. Additionally, are there any limitations, such as requiring the configuration file path to reside on the Oracle Linux server itself?

Hello All,Currently we are using Astea Alliance Version 14 HF 29. Application is used across 6 countries but now we have requirement from 2 countries that they need checklist with one question and base on answer (Yes/No) we have 2 more question with text. We have implement the checklist for one country. We have mapped contracts for that checklist so that whenever any service order is created using that contract, checklist will be added to activity but now we have request from another country and they also need the same checklist but they want it base on Node. How can we configure it? We don’t have that option in Alliance.

Since today morning IFSAPP user is showing the jobs from only one end user. No issues from the IFSADMIN login. Any idea why this is happening?Tried clearing the queryClearing the IFSAPP profileClearing APP data cache.But issue remains the same.

We have a prblem when trying to open URL links from Lobbies in App9WHen we click the link, we get and users are stuck. They can get round it by cpying the url and pasting into a browser, but that is a faff on.If we put the same link/URL into a menu item, that works perfectly, because the menu setting has to ption to use an external browserI can only assume IFS was written to use Internet Explorer and knows nothing about other browers.Does anyone know if there is a way to get Lobby links to open in another browser?ThanksRoger

When the customer hierarchy icontains a lots of sites some times the organization view could not be displayed with the following information : in this example i think 2039 nodes is related to 2039 sites (in our customer database we only have 20 nodes).is there a settings to be able to take of the limit ? i have tried trough retreive limit module but with no success?thanks for your feeback

Hi all,We select a "Sales Part", which comes from "Non-Inventory Sales Part", when we create a "New Contract Line" with turning on "Invoice Plan". On the other hand, a "Non-Inventory Sales Part" has "Cost" value as in the below capture. How do the cost of a "Sales Part" on "Contract Line" influence "Request Contracts"?I guess that the selecting a "Sales Part" is only for getting price and the cost value is ignored.Is it correct?Or does the cost reflect to invoice data?Please let me know how the cost influences "Request Contract".Thanks and regards,Hiroshi YASUNO

Is it possible to set up a Fixed Asset in IFS Cloud where the depreciation is split between two cost centres when depreciation is run.We have a large asset whose usage is shared between 2 cost centres (code_b). Ideally, we would like to have the depreciation spread between the two when we do a depreciation run. Is this possible?Or do we have to create 2 assets. 

Hello Everyone, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Column Visible and/or Visible flags on the attributes for custom fields?  I have added a field on the Customer Order Lines Tab of the Customer Order and I have tried both of these attributes with record.Contract = “XX” or record.parent.Contract = “XX” and no matter what combination I try, the field shows up regardless of the Contract value.  This Visible attribute works like a charm on groups.  I can make that work fine, but on lists columns it must require something different as I can’t get it to work.Edited for clarification just in case.  This is what the “Column Visible” flag actually has in it.  Same thing has been done for the “Visible Flag”   Thanks for any help or insight that you can provide. 

We have recently moved to cloud and our maintenance dept used to rely on the Journal on the Prepare Work Order (in Aurena 10 and in IEE) to show them who did what on a work order. This said, we cannot find the Journal button now. Did IFS get rid of this or move it to another screen? Please see my screenshot below. We are on IFS Cloud 24R1 SU5. Aurena Apps 10 Cloud (Journal not available in selector) 

Issue: Project Transactions Invoicability is set as “Delayed Invoicing”, still project transactions were considered for “invoicing” and invoice status is “Paid Posted”. What can be the reason or Is it a bug?   Thanks & RegardsPratik Shah

Hi Team, One of our customer wants to remove the standard SEND_FREIGHT_BOOKING integration and get rid of the application message that are generated with the Error status. I initially instructed him to disable the below routing rule But even after disable the routing rules, they still gets the Application messages. They dont want those application messages at all as they never used this functionality. Is there a way to disable this functionality to avoid such application messages are genereted? Best regards,Kapilan

Hello all, Is it possible (in IFS Cloud) to have the Planned Finish Date/Time updated automatically in the Shop Floor Workbench when only a part of the shop order is approved? For example:The operation qty is 10.000, they will be placed on pallets (approximately 4 pallets). Planned Finish Date is 10-01-2025 When the first pallet needs to be replaced because it`s full, the amount on this pallet is approved in the Shop Floor Workbench (2500 pcs). Apparently, the expected 4 pallets will not take 2 days per pallet, as scheduled, but since the 1st pallet is finished after 1 day, there is a great need to record this change in numbers, but also to gain insight into the accurate planning that adapts to the numbers still to be made. Not so much the recalculation of the items still to be made, but in any case the correction of 1 day on the items already made (and therefore booked), which would at least shorten the Planned Finish Date/Time by 1 day. Obviously, we have the Remaining Machine Time w

Hi All,I have introduced a new custom tile to IFS MWO Service via a modification.I would like to position this tile as the last tile of the page but I cannot.Tried with sortorder = 9 and sortorder = 15 but looks like FW does not care about sortorder in the Navigator entry and it positions the tile as fifth tile.Any thoughts on how to change this tile position?
