I have been advised that FSM 6 goes into extended support in January 2026 and then into restricted support in January 2029. However, I have not been given any further information on if this will incur additional fees, or what alternative products IFS have available other than IFS Cloud (which is a 7 x more expensive). Does anyone know anywhere I can find out more or know themselves?

Hello, I am trying to setup a Object Connection Transformation that will allow user to view all documents associated with Case Tasks on the parent Case. I’ve gotten the reverse situation to work (view the Case documents on a Case Task). See screenshots attached. Is this a situation where you need to define a custom transformation function? Is that something that you have to do in the build place or can it be accomplished through the IFS cloud itself? I have a Case with 1 document attached and a Case Task with one document attached. At the case level, I would expected to see 2 attachments, but am seeing one with the current configuration.

References can be used in filters and are also expandable items. Hence, we can have a saved query that filters on a value in a reference. Example: find the inventory parts for planner with name ‘Kenneth Pettersson’. After generating the Business Report, I tried saving it as a PDF using the 'Save As' option from BR options, but the option is inactive. What could be the reason?  

I have a user who is asking a question about why a specific control type within a posting type cannot be changed (FAP51/AC1).  Are there ‘out of the box’ posting type/control type that cannot be changed?  The effort is to change the control type within the posting type, but they are unable to do so.Thank you for your consideration.Robin

Hello, I have a situation that has me baffled.  If I create a project invoice from an invoice plan, a value shows up in the Preliminary Revenue column.  But, if I create one from an AFP, the value does NOT show in the Preliminary Revenue column.  Are the AFP posting types still in play in this scenario?  Any help is appreciated.Thank you Patrick

We have a “Service Department” FX that I am wondering if someone may be able to assist with.  We have a service offering that we have set up to be used as a stand-alone offering or as part of a few of our Bundle offerings. I have the message that the self-signed certificate has been generated, but I do not have any file generate in my MGT.I’ve tried many versions 24.1.2, 24.1.8, 24R2. Hello,I have a custom event that is triggered when new transport task is created.This event is run in background because when not I receive an error because I want to change a record that is still locked.This works fine. Hello, We recently took SU14 on 23R2 and believed that push notifications now should work (after we have read this:We are still facing an issue to recieve push notifications. We are using IFS MWO Service 25.1.1406.0 and push notifications is enabled on the device.I am quite new on MWO and trying to add NOTIFICATION_HUB_PATH and NOTIFICATION_HUB_URL - are there any standard end points to use and what should be the setup?The log looks like this: And the background job gets executed. Any tips?Thanks, Olle

There are topics similar to this title. But I couldn't find the exact answer I wanted.I am trying to calculate the cost of materials in stock. We are using IFS8 version. The Average purchase prices for materials are available in the INVENTORY PART table. I know this prices comes from the purchase order lines table. Average Purchase Price calculation takes only Received/Closed Purchase Order lines. Average Purchase Price calculation takes only for Primary supplier.But when I take these into consideration, the average price I calculated is still different. Are there any other conditions besides these? For example, is there a date condition? or number of order lines. Do we create the conditions I wrote above ourselves? If so, where are these settings made?There is page in Inventory=>Financial Control=>Calculate Purchase Cost.But there is only date option here.
