There’s a customer order, connected to a shipment. Each customer order line has a quantity of 6,336 (Approximately 6,000). The shipment has handling units, and each handling unit has a capacity of 96 units (approximately 100). The sales part is a serial part and total quantity is serialized. The following steps are performed.Manual reservation of customer order line - the quantity of 6,336 manually reserved in the form of handling units - Duration 1.5 minutesUnreserve customer order line - The total quantity reserved above, was unreserved - Duration - 2.15 minutesCreate pick list manually - A pick list was created for one order line manually. Even though the duration was 50 seconds, the create picklist activity keeps executing in the “Create pick list for customer orders” for about 3 minutes. But when I checked the shipment, the report picking option is enabled. Report picking of picklist lines (Pick by choice one Handling Unit) - Duration 2.1 minutes.Report Picking (Remaining quantity

Hi , when a new service order is created (Manually)is there a way to set a default contact  on all sites for a perticular cusrtome ?eg : when a new service order for sitecode ‘’abc’’ is created , it should always default to a contract ‘’zyz’’ whoich the need to manually change the contract.?

I wanted to create a Purchase Requisition against the assignment in mWO (Cloud), it does not show any purchase parts when I try to create the requisition. Do we need any additional setup? I have scheduled to run Refresh All Inventory Parts and Refresh All Purch Parts and also executed them before initializing the mobile still no parts are showing when trying to create the requisition (system has Supplier for purchase parts in the same site)

Hi,Aurena user has some problems, one of them was even though he has all the permissions for Procurement module he was not able to create new Supplier which was solved (Aurena user cannot create new supplier | IFS Community), but he still cannot  convert Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order;    but he has all the permission.Need Help. Edit 1: this happens only on AURENA, not on IEE. Thanks.

In the previous version of IFS cloud (23R1 for sure), there was the possibility to add a picture to resource icon on dispatch console, under the person page. I can see only the fist letter of name and surname. (T0)Do you have any suggestions?  

Hi,  Aurena user has all the privileges/authorisations for the Procurement module, but user cannot create new supplier, it seems like insufficient privileges, where to look? Error is “No Access, Your system administrator has not granted permission to complete that action”Ps: Client says he gets this error on when creating new supplier and when converting Purchase request to Purchase order.Need help.Thanks.

We have a problem.A customer paid  invoices in EUR , but the invoice had a different currency issued.  When the invoice was closed, the exchange rate difference was booked as a CUPOA. How do we close the CUPOA and book the amount as a gain / loss ?

Hi all,I have a question regarding the possibilities of BPA. We have a customer that would like to see an informative message if some conditions are met. This means we are going to compare two values and if they are different from each other we want to inform the user of this. In BPA we have the Validate type which can be used to perform a validation. Except when using the “Terminate End Event” in the workflow the workflow will block the user from saving the record as this is an error message. Is there another way to do this validation, but not to show an error message but an informative message? Because we still want to save the change. Since the check is on a custom attribute, I found out that a custom event on the custom field table with online SQL is not working. The Client_Sys.Add_Info is not working in that case. That is the reason we are looking at BPA as a solution.  Kind regards,Michael 

Hello Everyone, seeking your thoughts in here.I am trying to deliver a Non inventory sales part using a customer order. I assumed if we release the order then I can directly deliver the parts as the part is non inventory. This works if the wanted delivery date is the current date.But If I create the customer order with the wanted delivery date as a future date. After releasing, I cannot perform the delivery until I perform the Reserve customer order even though its non inventory sales part. If not “Non inv Sales part Qty to deliver” field is not updated with the order line Qty.  If the Wanted delivery date is current date If wanted delivery date is future dateIn quick order flow handling shows the next step as reserve. If I perform the reservation generally. It updates the Non inv qty to deliver field and then I can deliver the order. Same behaviour can be seen in App10.Is there any explanation for this behaviour? Or am I missing any setting? Appreciate your thoughts on this. Thanks,Ch

We have a situation where in both 22R1 and now 22R2, the reporting pods need to be restarted several times a month.  Has anyone else encountered this or know what may be the cause?When it occurs:We see that print jobs go into Waiting status inside IFS.  No errors are seen but depending on what/how they are printing, some users get a message that the print is taking time and will be completed as a background job.  Checking the status of the pods, no errors or bad status is shown.  Everything appears fine.Performing a stop and then a start on the ifsapp-reporting-<id> pod immediately starts processing the jobs again.The problem occurs mostly when we have heavier volumes (most of which are actually PDF) are being printed.Here is what we have tried so far to resolve, which doesn’t appear to have made any difference:Created a dedicated “In Sequence” report message queue and message queue (instead of “In Parallel” to try to avoid contention) for the jobs being sent to the NO_PRINTOUT p

Hi all,We are implementing Aurena and doing some testing and I have a shop order where the start date and finish dates are the same. The routing is set up with no M/C run time and a Labour run time of 240 hours.The need date is 3 months in the future.Reardless of the direction of scheduling should the operation hours be reflected in the Start date and finsh date, i.e. 240 hours different. Thereofre with a need date of 21/10/24 and backward scheduling have a finish date of 18/10/24 and a Start date of 06/09/24 Thanks in advance

I use the work_time_calendar_api.get_work_days_between() function in several of my SQL scripts, and it works great. Is there a way, using the work time calendar, to calculate a date from a given date with a delta?For instance (pseudocode): get_work_days_between(calendar,‘2024-09-03’,’2024-09-05’) will return 2 in my environment.Is there a function that exists that will allow a date argument ‘2024-09-03’ and a variable argument of ‘2’ and return the value of ‘2024-09-05’?thanks!Eric

I'm trying do find a way of work for Partially delivered Shipment and print shipment delivery note For exampleOrder is 50 LinesShipment 50 LinesWe Partially pick 20 lines and the truck arrives and picks it up, print shipment delivery notefor those lines.We continue to pick the rest now we want to print new shipment delivery note for those 30lines  Now here is the wish list an easy way of work for this, and keeping the same Shipment ID We “know” how to split the shipment to 2 different but we think this is to cumbersome for you warehouse workers  we are currently on 22r2     

We created a Credit Invoice from a Customer Order Invoice.  It created in the Preliminary Status, but does not give us the option to Print.  Can anyone explain what is causing this? 

When looking for an inventory part through the mobile work order, I am getting the below message I used the find part option under the Material section under Work Details,  

We are using IFS cloud version 23R.1.8. Goal to solve: I want to set-up a storage at the production line with the most commonly used materials (eg. screws, bolts, washers). I will use real time consumption to decrease the stock-levels at the production storage. Once the level of material is below a certain point I want to automatically get more material from our main storage. Therefore I have set my eyes on using Kanban Circuits to solve this with signal type Automatic (Reorder Point).Problem:I have successfully created a Kanban Circuit in our test environment (which has production data), activated it and made a replenishment using “Kanban Reorder Point Request”. A Transport Task (TT) of the needed quantity is created automatically, so far so good.My problem is that the reserved articles are not placed on a new TT but on a closed TT from 2020. I have tried different locations and get the same issue, but it varies on which existing TT it places the material on. It never creates a new TT
