How to have values for the Valid To and Valid From fields in the Purchase Order Charge lines?   

Hi All, Previously on Apps 10 it was possible to define the Default Receive Case for Inventory Part on Site Windows in Sales and Procurement tab. I try to find out this field without any success. If someone knows where this field is hide, it will be a hudge help. Thanks in advance.

Hi All, seeking suggestions here.I am having Pack of 100 (PACK100) as my Purchase UOM and Each as my Inventory UOM for my purchase part as supplier only send pack of 100 and I am breaking it down to each after receiving. When I raise a Purchase requisition requesting 150 for the part when converting it to a Purchase order Qty will update as 1.5 of packs. But ideally supplier would send 2 packs. Does IFS has any out of the box function to set a standard size in this kind of a scenario to pick automatically 2 since the supplier is provide packs of 100.Any help highly appreciated.Purchase Requisition Purchase order Thanks,Chamath

Here is a question for all my fellow IFS Community members. The title kind of says it all but to expand a bit, I’m trying to troubleshoot some code running in the background of IFSAPP10 and, I would like to add some TRACE_SYS.Message lines. Traditionally, I have always been able to see the content of those lines using the Debug Console, but since this code does not run after the UI generates an event (like clicking a button) and rather gets executed in the background, I’m not sure where those TRACE_SYS.Message lines will appear.  Is there a place were I can see the content of any tracing I do an that scenario? Thanks!

Hi,Recently, I have updated our dev environment from 22R2 to 23R2SU6. However, since the Crystal report is required SSL communication. I found an error (from kibana log) when I try to call a simple crystal report. The message is :"message": [    "CWPKI0823E: SSL HANDSHAKE FAILURE:  A signer with SubjectDN [CN=ifs-cloud-rpt.MFADTH.local] was sent from the host [ifs-cloud-rpt.mfadth.local:443].  The signer might need to be added to local trust store [/opt/ifs/wlp/output/defaultServer/resources/security/key.p12], located in SSL configuration alias [defaultSSLConfig].  The extended error message from the SSL handshake exception is: [PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target]." For your information, I have create self-certificates for the CWS server (both RootCA and SiteCer) but I have no idea how to put a RootCA.pfx via ifscloud-values.yaml.  is it certificateFile and certificatePasswor

When we create a Service order, and the first activity is an “external” activity, the rest of the activities we add default to external. Can we turn that “default” off? We will have an external source do the first survey or permit on an order, but the rest of the work will be our SA’s. And when they mark the activity as incomplete, it automatically adds the next activity… with a PR for the external work.

We have automation to create part numbers based on templates. I’m creating new parts based on the template setup and receiving this error “Error in SetManufactureStructureStatus- Item_num:4712032 Error:ORA-20110: ProdStructAlternate.NO_COMP: An Alternative without Components cannot be promoted to Buildable.” I’ve looked to see where I can add components to the alternative but can’t see where there even is an alternative. Has anybody seen this before?

We have a situation where we have imported (and activated) a set of contracts/contracts lines. One of the lines is for a product that should not have been on the contracts - so we now need to either cancel these lines or - second best - set the value to 0. I can’t an import to do this - is it possible to do thsi kind of change through an import or with a SQL script?

This means can IFS CLOUD send out an E-invoice with an embedded PDF document? is there in IFS a transformer available?

Hi,I added a custom attribute in the SrvRequest but I cannot it see it in the Page (SrvRequestVirtual, because is the page Assistant), therefore I created a group in the page to enter the value. When the Service Request is created the value entered before is not there (please see screenshot below). Am I doing something wrong?

Hello All,I'm looking for some guidance on token authentication to/from PSO from a third party application.Referring to the SchedulingSchema.pdf I know that the load file needs to be constructed to contain a <Broadcast> block with a <broadcast_type_id> of 'REST'.The load file will also need <Broadcast_Parameters> containing 'auth_token_url', 'username' and 'password'.  From my understanding, when these entries are in the load file, when the load file is received and processed the Broadcast Manager will use the mentioned credentials to authenticate using client credentials flow.This is where I am looking for further clarification.Does PSO store the received token in the PSO database?If PSO does store the token in the PSO database, do the subsequent DSE Broadcasts contain the token in each broadcast message?  If the token is NOT contained in the DSE Broadcast messages can PSO be configured to add the token to ALL DSE Broadcasts?Any and all information and assistance wil

HiWe need to pass a value (Eg: Customer's PO No) into ‘Payment Reference’ field in the customer invoice. Checking the possibility of using ‘Cust Inv Creation Method’ for this purpose. Do you have description on each method available in company basic data. Cust Inv Creation Method:Use this list to specify the method to be used when creating a payment reference number. The reference number will be printed on instant invoices, interest invoices, customer order invoices and project invoices. The payment reference number will be used when matching incoming payments with open invoices.

Hi, I created a partially replicable IAL object.For some time later a problem occurred. There were duplicate rows. Then we understand there is a problem with the IAL. While setting partially replicable IAL. The app threw information about duplicate rows. I didn’t care about it before. Now I need to set the primary key for this IAL.The IAL includes only the INVENTORY_PART_IN_STOCK view. And for this table (INVENTORY_PART_IN_STOCK_TAB) primary key is “PART_NO, CONTRACT, CONFIGURATION_ID, LOCATION_NO, LOT_BATCH_NO, SERIAL_NO, ENG_CHG_LEVEL, WAIV_DEV_REJ_NO, ACTIVITY_SEQ, HANDLING_UNIT_ID”. How can I set the primary key for the IAL object?

I have a requirement to translate the "Complete" command for WT in the My Work Tile (MWO) app.In the translatable text, I only see the following two paths for "Complete Prog Text" under the path %ServiceEng%. However, it seems like these paths are not related to the "Complete" button for WT in My Work Tile. Does anyone know how to add a new path, or if I am mistaken, how to translate the "Complete" button for a WT in My Work Tile to any other language? adding language translation to below two paths did not translate the Complete command
