We would like to use Item Styles to highlight a custom Global Code list where we hold SLA types.Following the guide below this all works fine.Is it possible to colour code based on the request status? | IFS CommunityExample below. The one exception is the PRODUCTLOOKUP screen where the Item Styles are not displayed.  It would be desirable to have the item styles displaying on the above screen. Is there any config that could be done to activate this?

Hello,We are in the middle of our implementation of IFS Cloud. We are currently on 24R1.How have other companies handled Vertex in their testing environments?  Our testing environment has the same Company ID as production (since we clone prod into testing), How can we make sure our invoices in the testing environment don't flow through to Vertex to the main Company ID with all our real invoices?Thanks,Nate

Hi. I'm currently using IFS8. We have direct debit with multiple suppliers and all transactions are posted as SUPOA for payment. Invoices posted as SI. Is there anyways to set for auto matching for SUPOA and SI accordingly ? Means amount same and invoice no same then auto matching can be executed. Volume is about 1k monthly.Thank you.

Hello! I am trying to process an External customer payment in IFS Cloud, where the Invoice ID/Invoice Reference is not provided in the External Payment File. No matter which setup I use in the External Payment parameters, the system is not able to identify the Customer ID and create a Customer Payment on Account. It always creates a Parked Payment. Below is the Identifier setup for the used ‘External Customer Payment Parameters” The below is the External Payment file template I used, created from the MT940 system template. And finally, below is the sample file I created using the above external file template: Once this file loaded, the payment line (which does not have an Invoice reference) is always identified as a parked payment (Although I pass the customer ID ~ to be mapped to the field “IDENTITY_CODE” in the external file template)Could you kindly explain to me how the data setup should be done in order for IFS to identify Customer Payment on Accounts, and are there any specific c

Hello everyone, I need your help.We're using IFS v9.I have refreshed the recipe environment with the production data.Everything is fine on the IFS side, but I am unable to change the location of the Demand Plan server, it always points to the production server.When I restart the recipe Demand Plan server, I get the following error."Fatal error: Another server is already running on the machine SRV-2021-001.domaine.com:5010"Fatal Error during load from oracle.”What should I do to correct this? Where do I change the address of the Demand Plan server in IFS ?Thanks for your help. 

We have a PO (A90081) linked to SO (1889644). The PO is for an external operation related to SO 1889644.Previously, the user over-received the SO and reported all items as received. They have since reversed the over-receipt for the part on the SO, but we are still encountering the error: "Cannot ship more than completed in previous operation" when trying to receive the PO. I believe this may be due to the need to reverse the operation report as well. However, I am unsure how to proceed.Could you please advise on how to resolve this error?

Hi All,We use FSM and PSO to schedule all field service work in our business.We used appointment booking in 360 with Metrix 5 (old names for PSO/FSM) about 10 years ago but quickly reverted to fixed resource and fixed commitment tasks and turned appointment booking off due to its poor reliability at that time. Basically it didn’t work.We are now on FSM U27 and the latest PSO version and are considering looking once again at appointment booking. I though it worth asking on here if any of you use it with FSM/PSO and if your experience has been a positive one.Thanks in advance for any feedback.Barry

Hello everyone,I have a question. I hope you can help me.Currently, we have an integration between IFS CLOUD (24R1) and PSO. Although all data is created correctly in Cloud, we have no errors when we run ,,Send full load,, nor in Application Messages, resources and activities do not appear in PSO. Setup:  IFS Applications 10 UPD 6   On trying to run IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 we are receiving the following error: Something went wrong!   Reference:  IDP-U5Mvq0wrYt6A Code:  IDP_PROTOCOL_FLAW Message:  Request failed to fulfil protocol requirements. Information:  Invalid redirect URL   I know in the past we have had to open IFS Middleware Server Admin Console > Security > Database Identity Provider > External Redirect URls and added the Redirect URl for the application that is displaying the error.    My problem is where do I locate the Redirect URl so that I can add this?   Can anyone please advise?

Hi All,I have a clarification with regards to the Supplier Check Templates and would like to know the logic behind printing of 10 invoices per remittance if the Check Template ID is defined as LASER and 14 invoices when it is defined as NORMAL.  Also observed that, when a cheque is printed with the Template ID Laser, it generates 2 result keys if more than 10 invoices are  matched with a check.Example: Matching of 16 invoices to a check. Appreciate your support.Best RegardsRazan

It seems that you need an existing record in the Register Arrivals screen in order to select that line and then use the line-specific commands to Create the PO.  What if you’ve never created a PO for this PN?  In this case, when you search the Register Arrivals screen, there are no records and when there are not records, there is no line to select to enable the command to create PO. Thank youPatrick

Hello,For one of our Remote IFS Cloud 23R2 Customers, we are trying to setup SMB storage. The SMB share was created by the Customer’s IT team and we are trying to configure the parameters in the ifscloud-values.yaml file by following the guide. ( https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/070_remote_deploy/400_installation_options/120_file_storage_for_remote/122_installation_guide/#activating_file_storage_service) The MTinstaller is successful but the ifs-file-storage pod is stuck at Init State.  Values on Config file Anyone who have experienced this issue before?Thanks, Nishanth

The issue does not recur in the IFS environment or when we try to access the customer environment, because labeling of documents is not mandatory for IFS Microsoft Office. I am trying to run a rather simple SQL query in ifs cloud as datasource for a custom field, yet seem to be unable to specify the ORDER_NO field as an argument.The Error message says the referenced colum is not an approved persistent custom attribute.Am i misunderstanding something here?

Hi,We have a requirement to create Functional Objects via Migration Job.  The job should also insert Belongs to Object and Contract.In Cloud, while creating Migration Job (tried with Excel and Migrate Source Data) on EQUIPMENT_FUNCTIONAL, the columns SUP_MCH_CODE (Belongs to Object) and SUP_CONTRACT (Belongs to Site) not at all visible in Column mapping.We tried using modify Method to update these columns, but still it is not updating and Migration Job ending with an error as belowAPI Methods used: EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_PARTY_API.Modify__ Also used this method, EQUIPMENT_FUNCTIONAL_API.MODIFY__ , but in both cases it ended with same errorError:ORA-06550: line 1, column 43:PLS-00225: subprogram or cursor 'MODIFY__' reference is out of scopeAny thoughts or idea really helpful on thisThanks,Nishith
