Hi team,Is it possible to add a custom field to below screen. The entity shows as CreateReturnStruct. But it cannot be searched in IEE entity details.   If possible, please let me know how I can add the CF to this screen. Thanks much.

I am trying to import an IFS REST - Partner Connector Operation I am receiving a “Unable to browse connector: Projection not found, or not Included in Compatibility Application Type”.Our Connector is currently using OAuth 2.0. Although. I have also tried using basic authentication and I am getting the same error.I have also tried using “GET” and “QUERY” but both are giving me the same error.I’ve tried the call in Postman and it works perfectly fine.I’ve also checked the API Explorer in Cloud. I found the UserHandling projection. It’s status is “Active” and I don’t see an option to “Include in compatibility Application Type” which is what I used to do when activating an Aurena API for our APPS10 instance.Is there another step that I am missing?

Hi everybodySince yesterday at midday, all ours printings in direction of one specific printer stay systematically in Remote Waiting.Notice that :- the printer is a network printer and works perfectly (it's possible print from another application).- the printer agent has been restarted few times, and run.- PDF reports are correctly generated.- We remarked that the printer in default, stopped works after it was in error of printing, resulting of version change of the printer during the printing.Thank you in advance for your help. 

Hi Community, If we calculate the currency revaluation for the whole year at the end of period 12 instead of monthly, is there any system issues? Would the system allow it? I had couple of testing and noticed that for Balance sheet accounts total balance is revaluating.Appreciate your support on this. Best regards,Thakshila

In shop order operation using IFS Apps10 we have assigned the operation to 2 employees with different labor class. I found that in estimated cost for the shop order the labor cost is taken from the labor class of operation line level and not from assigned employees. how this point can be resolved?Thank you.

We are currently using IFS Apps 9. After updating one of our users' laptops to Windows 11 Pro, we noticed that the text boxes in IFS Apps have changed. The borders are now grey and underlined, instead of the traditional black outline they had previously in windows 10. Windows 11:Windows 10  Is there a way to revert this change and restore the original appearance of the text boxes in Windows 11?Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,I’m currently facing an issue with Excel migration where empty values from the Excel sheet are overwriting existing data in our IFS application. Specifically, I want to prevent fields from being updated with empty values. For example, if the “DUNS No” field (column F) is empty, I don’t want it to overwrite the existing value in the application.Here’s a simplified example to illustrate the problem:Example Data: ID Name Address City Country DUNS No 1 Company A 123 Street Kraków Poland 123456 2 Company B 456 Avenue Warsaw Poland   3 Company C 789 Boulevard Gdańsk Poland 789012  In this example, for row 2, I want to update the application with the data from columns B-E for the corresponding ID, but leave the “DUNS No” field unchanged if it is empty, regardless of whether data exists in this field in the application or not.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to handle this in the migration process?Than

We are using IFS Applications 9 and encountering an issue with a shop order. All components have been backflushed and issued correctly, and the operation completion quantities are accurate. However, the finished products have not been received into inventory vtrbijn km. We performed tests in the test environment using the same part, and the order was able to be closed without any issues. What could be the potential causes of this discrepancy? Thanks in advance. 

Hi,For a customer case, we would like to perform a service order for an “uninstallation” and the related reverse logistics : for this item unstalled, we should manage a shipping process from mobile edge.Several Cases seems to be possible  :1/ no materiel line in the SV, you run the SV and you unstall an installed item and shipped it2/ no materiel line in the SV, you run the SV and you unstall a component and shipped it3/ no materiel line in the SV, you run the SV and you unstall an Unknown Item and shipped it (it’s unknown when the SV is created, but you could create it in the field when service agent arrive on site)For theses use cases : could be manage an unstallation and the shipping process in the field in the same way we manage a swap ?what is the best way ?Thanks and Regardsantony​​​​​​​

I am trying to add search criteria to the navigation section in a lobby, and am trying to add ‘or’ statments to the value field but it doenst work. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?   

On the MRP Action Proposals screen, What is the name of the ActionNote field () in the backend database? I am attempting to add a condition to a lobby where action note = no but am struggling to find this field in =entity > solutions manager   

On a configured IFS Cloud instance I came across this, map positions on media items. When taking photos in MWO, lat/long is captured and will show up here (as a proof of where the photo was taken).On 24.1 and 24.2 Vanilla instances that doesn't exist and if I add Object Connections I still don't see it. Hence I was wondering if I missed a step or if there is a setting in Docman?

More specifically, I would be interested in the following questions:Where can i access the attachement storage? Is there a software besides the Smart Client for this? Where can I check, what the total memory size of my attachments is? Is it possible to retrieve this information about the data in FSM without any other programs (apart from the Smart Client or a query via SQL)? Is it possible to adjust the storage capacity (within the sizing specified in the contract) independently?Perhaps one of you has an answer to one or other of my questions.Best regardsLars

Hello, i would like to use column AvailableQty, but in IFS cloud it says that mandatory value is false? Despite that, it is possible to use this column in creating separate CF? In IFS cloud, I can see this column, but in Oracle SQL dont.  Thanks

I am trying to reject a request work task from IFS Cloud (Apps for page designer) but I receive this error.If I want to cancel it from MWO it works but I want to access the page from the Cloud (to make some changes) and in the Cloud I can't get rid of this error.There is no work task clocking transaction:Do you have an idea how could I fix this? We would like to request the addition of a custom field in the "Reference" tab of Business Opportunities. The relevant view and entity details are as follows:View: BUSINESS_OPPORTUNITY_REF Entity: BusinessOpportunityRefUnfortunately, we are unable to locate the BusinessOpportunityRef entity in the entity configurations. Additionally, it does not appear in the additional views of the entity.  Could anyone please assist in identifying the correct configuration or guide us on the next steps to add the custom field in the "Reference" tab? Hello,I am encountering an issue when trying to invoice a specific supplier in IFS, which triggers the following error message: "You are not allowed to use ledger account. Check account for Row ID 1."Upon investigation, I found that the same ledger account (identified by code_a) is being used for several other suppliers without issue. However, this error occurs only for a particular supplier.While reviewing the system, I discovered that one of the conditions for this error is when the posting_type is set to 'MANUAL'. I would like to know if there is a way to modify the posting_type in order to resolve this issue or I have to configure anything else ?Has anyone encountered a similar problem, or can you advise on how to adjust the posting type or troubleshoot this further?Thank you in advance for your help!

When trying to deploy an event calling a workflow i get the following error :  When looking at the event, i have :  If deploying the event in Validation type i do not have this issue.I think the errorMessage is not compatible with the processEnrichment workflow type. How to deploy a process enrichment with error message to show to user please? Thank’s in advance

Hi all In the Shop orders operation menu, I have my selection of production orders for which I want to see the overall load.I select production orders by departmentIn my printout I have a global workload of 594h for W46 (including planned, requested etc etc production orders).When I remove the requested production orders, the graph falls back to 294h (this is normal).My problem is: I'd like to distinguish each load source in the graph (e.g. solid line for firm orders and dotted line for requested orders).How can I do this? I have this=> I want to do this to symbolise the load of the requisitioned shop orders 

One of our App10 customers has a requirement to track user logins. This is part of an exercise, where they are looking to find out inactive accounts. Is there a way that we can fulfil their requirement through a SQL query (eg:- fnd_Sessions,Fnd_Client_Logon_Tab) without enabling DB auditing?
