Hello all,After aggregating inventory transactions, some parts have 0 quantity with some inventory value. The setup for inactive days is set to 0. When I review per details, I see that 2 of posting cost group IDs are generating balance. What do I need to do in order to have ROUNDIFF transactions? There are a lot of parts with 0 quantity and with 0 value or some small values.

Hello,I just created a BT from a customer order and I don't see my BT linked. I don't understand why on the cloud because on Aurena it works like this. I created my BT 546 from my *1976 sales order and I don't see any Connected work orders. thank you for your help

Aurena - Expand columns to shows multi line records in tables

I was wondering if there was a way to display the whole record of a column if it has multiple lines in table in Aurena?For example, in IEE we have a large field that can display multiple lines: In Aurena. it is set up as a table and I can’t seem to find a way to expand the column to view the whole record: I noticed that if you hover over a regular field and it exceeds the size of the box, there is a pop up that displays that whole record and I am wondering if there is a way to do that with the table view:

How to convert [ReceiveCustomerSchedule] BizAPI to REST API

Our client which establish IFS Cloud expects us to use RESTAPI which has BizAPI [ReceiveCustomerSchedule] functionality.Is there anyone who know how to convert from BizAPI [ReceiveCustomerSchedule] to RESTAPI in IFS Cloud ? Previously, client was using Soap Gateway to import XML file which has BizAPI [ReceiveCustomerSchedule] information by sending from external system.

Knowledge base and Process Flow and KB with sharepoint

Error: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called

I’ve created BizAPI and custom API for import XML file.The custom API will call Register PO Receive standard procedure (ex. Receive_Purchase_Order_API.Packed_Arrival__). After I put the XML file in filerep1\<instance>\in folder, the file is imported correctly.But the custom API raise error “Error: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called” when call other module’s standard procedure. I’ve tried re-execute the same procedure which is called in custom API via PL/SQL command with different users (ifsapp, ifsconnect, granted users), the error is not found and can be processed correctly. Could you please suggest me to resolve this problem correctly?

assystETM- Setting a variable based on whether a bond exists

Hello. I am trying to set a variable in an ETM data mapper based on whether an external bond exists or not. Below is my expression to set the variable to either true or false (the assyst resource for the mapper is Contact User):if (outbound.self) { if (! outbound.self.bonds.externalIdentifier) { false; }else{ true; }}else { false;}With my test data, I know that the bond does exists, so I believe this should be evaluating to true. However, no matter if the bond exists or not in the ips_bond table, this expression always evaluates to false.I have tried just using outbound.self.bonds.externalIdentifier and outbound.self.externalIdentifier to bring back the identifier in the variable instead of setting it to true/false, but it always evaluates to null.The wiki is not clear on how this value can be used.We are running ETM 1.6 and assyst 11.4.1.Any help appreciated.Thanks,Duncan

Hi All - please can someone help me with my self service\my personal information in Cloud 23R2.I have a dummy user/person/employee called director.This user has valid personal data (private contact information in this example - but there is also work contact info, related persons and documents) They also have a valid assignment with an access role assignedaccess role is configured as belowaccess roleThe company property fields include a valid YES record for the “SELFACCESS - Allow Access to Myself” property When logged on as this user, it is possible to create an absence request, my employment information screen, and my calendar works ok too. BUT - it is not possible to view the data in my personal information screen (nor the my personal information change screen)Please can someone help me to identify what is going wrong here?Edit - if I grant the director user HR Application Manager Access, the my personal information screen populates as expected.Many thanks in advanceDave

Printing MRB Reports in Aurena

I am having issues being able to grant access to be able to print MRB report to users. They have full access to the MRB cases screen (Mrbcaseshandling). They receive this message however, “You are not allowed to execute the report” As IFS app, I can select the print MRB Report tab and it opens a screen called Report Format and Output, but the projection for the debug console still shows MRBCasesHandling. So I am not sure how to find the projection that needs granted to be able to access the Print MRB Report tab.Any suggestions/help would be appreciated!

Create Expense on behalf of another employee

Hello,we are using IFS10 version, update 5, soon going to update 8.Actually trying to solve issue with access for employees who should be able to create and confirm an employee expense on behalf of another employee.I was able to set up access for Person X to have possibility to create expense on behalf of the Employee Y from Company B. I have used Supervisor access setup screen, assigning to Person X access to position ID of Employee Y from Company B. The Person X is able to create and confirm created expense, but also is able to Approve the expense which is not needed. The Employee Y having default Self-Access Role assigned in Employee’s Assignemnt, including attribute for Self_access on Travel Expense. The attribute contains record with definition of possible values (Old/New) for EXPENSE status.Even the attribute EXP_REF_NO_AUTH contains possibility to have new value in EXPENSE_STATUS Approved, Employee X is not able to approve his/her own Expense. Please could someone point me in the right direction for this one ?We’ve been live with Apps 10 for a few months, but we’re at an early stage with document management.We’ve run into an interesting difficulty in managing access to uploaded files, which may be caused by a fundamental misunderstanding of how this stuff is supposed to work.This is the current situation:When someone wants to attach a file to a business object, they can choose from a drop-down list of document classes.This creates an opportunity for errors. For instance, if someone uploads a product safety data sheet (for which everyone should have read access), but mistakenly select, “Invoice” as the document class, then that file will be inaccessible to anyone outside of FinanceIt could work the other way too, so a relatively confidential document could be mistakenly added using the document class “Safety Data Sheet”, which would mean anyone in the business could search for and view that file.How I would like it to be:Ide

Hi there,I was just wondering what the purpose is of the procedure Application_Search_Sys.Sync_Index__.We have 70 scheduled tasks set up to run this procedure every 30 minutes over various search domains. Three of these are failing each time - DesignObject, PurchaseOrder and CustomerOrder - but we don’t appear to have any users complain.So my questions are:Are these 70 tasks part of the IFS standard set up?Do they need to run and what benefit do they have?If they do need to run do they need to be so frequent?
