Hello,In most pages, Main Representative is set us such that the text is blue, and if one clicks on it, it opens a new page with info of that person:I would like to do the same for Parent Company:I can’t figure out how it is done normally, for example with all those fields, where one can hold Ctrl + click to navigate to that page. Does anyone have any tips? 😊

Hello IFS SpecialistsOne of our project controllers tried to change the activity sequence in the demand line because he had initially created the project supply request in the wrong activity. The requisition is still in the planned state. So in my opinion, he should be able to change the activity in IFS for the requestion as shown [My testing doesn't recreate the error so far] but getting the shown error. He could use a workaround like deleting the requisition and proceed. But I am wondering why this way isn't working. The screenshot is from an IFS Ref environment [24.1.3]  Thanks,Asela

I created a query in Query Designer in IFS CLOUD 24 R1.I’m trying to use it in Element Designer as datasource. However my query does not appear as an available  datasource. ANy idea how to get it usable in Element Designer ?  

Hello,In our company  invoices dated January 2, 2025 were issued using the old numbering series (e.g., 2-024000614, 2024000622). Once we added the correct 2025 series, the numbering continued from the old sequence, causing the new invoices to start with numbers like 2025000623 (in the INVOICE_NO field of the INVOICE table).Is it possible to safely adjust the numbering in this situation? Would updating the INVOICE_NO field be a safe solution?How can I correct invoice series number?

Hi Experts,I wanted to setup contacts so that they appear in mobile client (under main menu ‘Contacts’). I am trying to figure out the behavior of application parameter CONTACT_LIST_TYPE which has 3 values (service organization, Company and Site).If I refer to help docs it says(for option ‘Service organization’) I should have a contact list in service organization, but I could not find such list in service organizations or in its delivery units? (can it be the access group? I tried but not). In this test I got few contacts synced, but cannot figure out a particular pattern (all my resources are in one resource group and that resource group is a primary resource group. All of them are connected to same service organization and same site)Then I check option ‘company’, I get some contacts synced (different to above test) to the device, but none of them register in company as contacts (not even in addresses). If I use option ‘Site’, I did not get any contacts synced.Can someone explain thi

Our customer wants to delete a sales contract line that has items associated with it. However, even after deleting the items connected to the line, the contract line cannot be deleted. Do you have any suggestions for how to proceed with this activity in APPS 10?

How do you create a note for an inventory part?I’m using Aurena and trying to populate the “Note” field for an Inventory Part on the inventory part page.I don’t want the document text because I don’t want it on the purchase documents, I just need a specific note for a specific part.  - Thanks.

Currently, in the Document Structure tree navigator, only the document title is shown.  Is there a way to change the label to also include the Document Number?  I have looked in the Page Designer but cannot find anything.  I know for the Document Folder navigator, you can set what is visible on the Document Defaults screen. Is there a similar setting somewhere else where we can set for the Document Structure Navigator?  

when I want to final post a supplier invoice but get an error message that says (the voucher number is outside the series). see the error message below. so how could I final post it? your prompt answer is appreciated.  I do not want to change the voucher date to 20241231 but if I changed it I could final post it.Do you have any solution that I can final port it with out changing the voucher date to 20241231? 

Is there a way in aurena to view/print the work report page (service report)I have been looking everywhere and cannot find how to pull up the report...or reprint it once it is returned from the mobile device.

Test Steps follow,Create multiple visits for user 01 via PSO→ assign them to user :01→ then cancel the visit 01 (automatically system will cancel all the visits)In below WT example, Has Follow on field = TRUE for all the cancelled WAs  But for this example, only visit 1 as Follow on field = TRUE for others it is set to FALSEDoes anyone explain this discrepancy? 

I’m trying to apply a disocunt on a customer order using workflow and i’m having trouble implementing this.I have identify the API to callI need first to creat the objkey then populate it the update the parent. Creating the Objkey  :  Creation : OKI populate the object : ​​​​​​ In the trace file, IFS didn’t use DiscountNo :  When executing without it, ifs ask to add it to the nested entity which i did.When executing i get the following error :   I do understand that i can’t add two discounts one as an ammount and the other as a percentage, but there is no discount in percentage in my call. i don’t get it. to replicate via aurena :    Thank’s in advance for any help 

I’m trying to set defaults values to SubContract Revision and items → Items section via a BPA workflow.  Tried adding values for different fields but none of it worked. Above is the one I tried to add a default value for ItemName field.The projection Action I used is this, Any idea why this is not working as expected?Version is 23R1.

Is there a way to get customer invoices into the PostedAuth status without printing?  One of our sites uploads invoices to a customer portal, so there is no need for the printed invoice.  We currently have the printing pointed to an invalid printer, but this just creates a ton of errors in background jobs.Apps 10 UPD9

Hi All,Please help to find the field ‘safety stock’’s equivalent field in cloud. I can see the field in cloud backend with same name in IFS APP10 - ‘SAFETY_STOCK’ . Kindly what are the conditions for the customer orders to appear in the tab page ‘available orders’ to connect them. I have one internal customer order with reserved status same site and customer as shipment but it doesn't appear, the 2 sites are in 2 different companies. we are using IFS10. the addresses are identical and delivery information as well.Thank you.

IFSCRWebsetup.msi not installing on windows 11, try different computers same error then I installed all windows features of .Net Framework & Internet Information services. Then its installed but now when in IFS I try to print quotation it give below error“Looks up a Localized string similar to cannot load the Crystal report. Hi Experts,I am trying to setup contractors to use with Request Management functional area. If I log into B2B cloud, I can see it still has ‘Subcontracted Work Orders’ option (which can be used by Contractors to report their work).I am not sure if it can be used with Request tasks ?. (non of my request task not appearing ?)In addition to that, is there any other way I can configure contracted technicians to report their work using this B2B client ?I saw that a new client is introduced in 24R2 (service contractors), apart from using it with bucket resources is there any other use of it ? (I could not find any details about it in ifs help documentations). Can some one shed some light on above please ?Thank you,Roshan 

We have received the below from a user - and i have tried to find any documentation in IFS help but unable to find anything relevant: for info : IFSADMIN login works the same as the user - is there a reason its greyed out but its accessible via a fudge? HelloI believe I should be able to access the Routing Lot size tab in the routings screen for the routing type ‘Repair’ as it can be accessed when using a Prototype or Manufacturing routing type: The tab is greyed out for the repair routing for 5067s for example: …but not on the Prototype or Manufacturing order types:  It is worth noting that I can actually get into the routing lot size tab on the repair routing type if I go into the tab on the prototype/,manufacturing routing first, leaving the screen on the routing lot size tab and then reselecting the repair order type from the drop down list of available routings for that part number…. It would be nicer/easier if it was just not greyed out though….
