Hi,I am in the process of setting up Touch Apps again as we were previously on Apps 9 Cloud hosted and are now on Apps 10 TAS on Premise.I couldn’t get the IFS Notify Me 10 app to work with iOS at all, however now that I have switched across to the IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 app, I can see the records syncing ok. However, I’m struggling to get the push notifications to work...What are the steps required for the “Push Enabled” checkbox against Installed Apps/Devices to become enabled? I can see in Application parameters, that for Notify Me that PUSH_ENABLED is ON and there are values against NOTIFICATION_HUB_PATH and NOTIFICATION_HUB_URL Thanks, Callum

What are each of the Address Types used for on the Customer Customer Master, General Address Information screen?  The drop down in Aurena shows Delivery, Document, Visit, Pay, Primary Contact and Secondary Contact.When I looked at the Object Properties for the VALID_ADDR records, it does not show Document in the values list.We are having trouble with the wrong address showing up on the customer invoice.  We have the Pay set up on the billing address and thought that would get us the information.  Now however it appears that the Document type is what is being used for the invoice.   

Hi,I am currently trying to build a limited permission set and during testing, it appears that I get “No Attachment Types Enabled” in the form “Human Resources\Employee Expense\Expense Sheet”. I have tried to follow the instructions mentioned in this post:Enable attachments in IEE windows | IFS Community The DocReferenceObject was already added for the relevant LU: Also made sure that the new permission set has access to the database method: Also tried to refresh the Security/dictionary caches. The new custom permission set has the FND_RUNTIME included. And the FND_ENDUSER permission set was NOT included due to licensing limitations. If anyone knows that I need to do, please reply. Thanks in advance! Regards,K.

Does anyone know a way to see how often or the last time a user has logged in to IFS Apps 10? We are managed cloud as well. If so, can you tell how you have done this?

HiWe’re struggling with some errors, when trying to run TimeClockExe.exe after installation from .msiWe tried to run it, but every time it shows a message: Could not find file: TimeClockTerminalData.datafter clicking OK, it shows other error message, with different file name being not found TimeClockTypeDetailsData.dat: When trying to run IFS Applications on this machine there is no issue, unless we try to show Time Clock, then it says then more than one Time Clock window is open.There is no issue run TimeClockExe on my computer (other than the pne mentioned above), under the same account. What are the reasons behind those missing files error messages and this more than one Time Clock window is open?Is there some full spec on IFS user settings used in Time Clock? I found it won’t connect to database (shows “Offline”) unless i added some higher permission set, like IFSADMIN or IFSAPP.   /Wiktor  

A user can create and approve any payment in mixed payment window in IFS Enterprise Explorer but same user unable to do in aurena. What can be the reason?BR  

Hi Does anyone know how to see if the dispatch console is live or not? We are having issues with the dispatch console intermittently not auto-refreshing and it’s hard to see when the last time it was updated. The little icon in the corner (above the “schedule”) is green and says connected so it seems like it should be updating. Also, is there a refresh setting anywhere? dispatch console settings has very little options and none of them relate to the refresh time

We are exploring the use of Route Work Orders. I have created a route list, ran calendar generation to create my list of route work orders.The status of the Route Actions defaults to Completed under the ‘Route Report in Status’ column. Logic would suggest this should default to not completed. Is there a way to do this?

Hello, We are looking to move to AFSU licensing with Apps 10, and also have a requirement to integrate IFS with Workday. Firstly, under AFSU are integrations with 3rd party applications permitted? If so, are there any limitations or areas to consider? I am assuming integration requirements will be bi-directional; so data will be going both ways between both systems eventually. Appreciate your responses to thisRegardsShaun

trying to add an attachment via OData in a test environment with FSM6u6. Hello, We are popping up a message via PL/SQL off of an event in a custom menu. Every account except for IFSAPP is getting this error when the RMB is executed. We are using ADFS for the users to log in and I am not sure if it’s because it is having an issue with getting user information now? Below is the PL/SQL block. Hi,I have a manufactured part for which I get this error message when creating a shop order.We are on apps 9. We use estimated material cost for all our manufactured parts. There’s an estimated material cost in the Inventory Part>Costs tab. The product structure is set to buildable, there’s only one structure, all components have costs.These are our Part Costs for this part. Any advice would be welcome. Cheers !

Hi All, I’ve come across with an issue where the customer needs to change the graphic that is displayed in the lower right corner of the IFS Applications window. I’ve tried the branding options available in the Admin Console but they seems to change only the login window. Does anyone have an idea how to do this?

It gives me back this screen:I have tried also the Javascript code and it doesn’t work either. But if I start chrome with --disable-web-security, it works.Now the question is: what do I need to let the PHP code work succesfully ?Thanks to anyone that can help.

I am trying to insert a record to shop order history when configuration change. I set an event when the configuration change triggers a script. However It gives an “mutating, trigger/function may not see it” error. To solve that I decide to use background jobs. I called the “transaction_sys.deferred_call” procedure from PL/SQL Developer. When I control the background jobs. It gives an error about the argument but I could not understand.  EventScriptError 1Deferred CallError 2 

Please refer the test below,1.Transact a DSO to Approve state where the part is serviceable i.e. part is reserved to the Assembly side.2. Go to the parent ASO of the DSO, Search for the material line.3. Unreserve the material line.4. Reserve the line using the RMB option Manual Reservation. The same serial captured during disposition should be reserved.5. Based on the above transaction '4', the Structure Line No is removed.6. The consequence of the same is such - One can reserve the DSO and once the DSO is approved again with a different disposition code, in the ASO - Material tab the same material line is created again. Hence there is duplication of the same material line. Any comments on this observation? 

Is it possible to have an activity visible in PSO without it actually taking up the availability of the resource? Our customer is interested in having some visibility of certain events on a resource during a specific time-frame, but does not want to prevent that resource from being assigned to other activities during that time. The idea is that this would be visible in PSO while still having the resource available at that time.One thing I could think if was fixing all activities to date/time and to the resource, effectively forcing overlaps in the schedule. Would there be another way to achieve this without impacting the flexibility of the schedule?If there is any other way to do this without using an activity (but it still being visible in PSO) that would also be great.

We are using the Receive_Customer_Order BizAPI within IFS. And we noticed that there is a limitation of 30 characters for Address line 2. Does anyone know a way to adjust this limitation to let’s say 50 characters, without modification from IFS?  Information:Managed CloudApps 10 UPD 10

In IFS10 Is there a way to disable this dialog box and report goes to ‘Report Archive’ print /email as per customer preset method. Can this be handle from report rules?In IFS8, we already have this settings but m not sure where to look, i checked few areas no luckNot sure if following ‘Individual Settings’ in IFS8 is doing the trick Thanks .

At our production site we need to pack parts before the leave production. Therefore, I would like to add a non-consumed part to the structure which holds a cost of 15, - euro to add cost for packing. When I recalculate the structure in cost set 5 I do see the part with its cost in structure multilevel tab but no costs are added to the level sales cost. In which way can I add these costs?
