Cannot connect to Notify Me 10(RTM) with Azure AD

Customer is getting the “Something went wrong. Check your TAs URL ” Error when tried to login with Azure AD with notify me 10(RTM) App

Additional INFO:

Customer is in apps 10 UPD8 and the Notify Me Cloud Resource is 1.0.3.0. We can confirm that the TAS configurations are fine because Trip tracker 10(RTM)  app is working fine in the same environment. And this error is only for iOS(android works fine).

I have attached the AD redirect URI’s in azure it seems also fine.

Please kindly provide us your comments on this.

Hi

 

You need to raise a case towards IFS about it. I had one of my member to see what the error message comes from and his answer is as follows:

Looking at the code, this error message is shown when the server sends an unspecified error to the app. We would need to investigate what information is sent.

The redirect URI seems to be correctly set because the app is opened after selecting “Open in IFS Notify Me 10”.

We have exactly the same problem on APPS 10 UPD6.

 

Has anybody got Notifyme working on APPS10 and AZURE AD?
