IFS FSM Integration Additional " getting Added to the CSV output file when it has " in it

I am trying to send the part information through csv outbound integration, but when the description/or any field has “ in it (example Spindle Motor") the output by default i am getting as Spindle Motor"”.

Value In DB:

Can anyone tell me how to correct this ?

Hi @manikandan ,

You can achieve it by putting a different value in quotation identifier . Even if you keep it empty, you will be experiencing the same issue.
