Hi,When I approve absence requests the status change and go directly to authorized status (not the approved), the system bypass the approve status. How to stop this? Please advice.Thank You

Hi, When creating a BR report the developer has used quick information source which containing the "DIM_ACCOUNT" and “DIM_COMPANY” standard dimensions. Inside the report design, there is a parameter for the account. Since the company is the parent of the account, They have used a company parameter as well.when the user orders that report from IEE, There is no LoV option for the account parameter. When ordering it through the business reporter excel add-on, once click the LoV option of the account parameter it will pop up the company LoV as a prerequisite. (Please note that there is a separate parameter for the company and the user should select the values for the company before selecting the account parameter)This company and account parameter LoVs properly working for some BR reports. Therefore I have compared the dimension joins of both information sources and there is no considerable changes.If you have any suggestions or information regarding this matter please let me know. LoV – L

Hello everyone,I have been running into an odd error after creating a new user and assigning existing permission sets to the new user. The permission sets work fine on the existing user but for the new user i receive the below error, does anyone per chance know how to resolve this? Is it security related or do we have to open a Support ticket? Database error occurred. I’m using the extract functionality in FSM (version 6.6) to post table updates to an HTTP endpoint. This works as expected when using an unauthenticated endpoint. I simply specify the endpoint in the “Extract Address” field and the updates post successfully.How can I use an authenticated HTTP endpoint (basic authentication) to post extracts?

Hi all, On IFS10 - UPD9 In EE - you can simply drag and drop screens to a different place in the navigator.How to do this in Aurena?For example, instead of having to open 4 menu’s, (Human Capital Management / My Self-Service / My Expenses / New Expense Sheet) I would like that New Expense Sheet becomes available directly under Human Capital Management.

Hello,I have a customer that uses Chrome to open IFS. When they try to use Page Help it loads an empty page (except for the side navigator). When they try to search in the side navigator, nothing appears either. They tried another browser (IE) and it worked for them. I logged into both their TEST and PROD environments and tried Page Help in Chrome and it worked for me. Hi All, In IFS 6.3, there is a screen - “ Task Status work flows” and it is used to configure statuses in mobile applications. As per the description, it works only on the mobile client. Can anyone guide on how to do the same in FSM Back end client where only next possible status are shown instead of the entire list? Thanks, Shankar

Is there a way to set the default scheduling direction to Forward scheduling instead of Backward scheduling on Shop Orders?

There is any way that I can track the shipping's of the customer order. Because I would like to track the freight until they arrive to the customer.I know that the majority prefer to have a third party in this but i would like to do it from IFS10.Any help or idea could help, please.

Hi,The customer is using Apps10 (EE)Does somebody know how the load source (in the work center) influate the result of the RRP calculation  : In addition, another related question : the customer want to use the same work center for RRP and CRP (that is possible with IFS). After calculation of RRP and CRP, they would like to see the load coming from the master scheduling and the load coming from the order proposals / shop orders on the same screen. Hi,There are three buttons(Yes, No and Cancel) available in  Warning message pop up window. Generally default is Yes. When we press enter key, default Yes button is pressed and action is performed.Is it possible to make default button as No, so when we press enter key No, button will be pressed and no action will be performed. If user wants he can select Yes button so action will be performed. Regards,Sauransu

Need to create a partial credit for an invoice that started in a task.  When we view the invoice preview to create a credit invoice, I can not change the quantity.  We have billed 100 hours but now want to credit 60 hours. Can you please let me know where can I change the quantity. 

HiI have a question regarding sick-leave and increment that I do not completely understand.I studied the topic entered some time ago but I don’t feel that I completely understand it. So here is my problem:Day 1 the sick person should not have any salary - one wage code for that and snould have no increment.Day 2 the sick person should have sick-leave pay - another wage code for that.AND the person has also right to increment from sick day 2. If I report sick-leave to the system then understand that I move from absence period 1 (where I get no pay) to absence period 2 (when I should get paid) “automatically”? Or do I have to report this absence two times? And if I want the person to get paid according to the schedule I guess I should choose absence calculation period type “Working hours” and nothing else? Grateful for any hits and tips here!
