Hi,I have created multiple buttons in UI but only four buttons visible in screen rest button are coming as dropdown values. Is there any way we can display all the buttons in screen please suggest.Regards,Ramya

I need to know how to determine the site profitability using Inter site profitability postings, in the same company inter site flow. The check box ‘Inter site profitability postings’ is selected in the Company > Distribution tab > Order sub tab.

Hi, When starting APB, the system prompts the user to log in again, even if the user is allready logged in to the main client (IFS 10 IEE).Activating SSO doesn’t seem possible for APB. Is there any way this re-login can be avoided?

In document revision screen in general tab while clicking on View/Edit/Print option I am not able to see the report which is checked in. but from database in EDM_FILE_STORAGE_TAB I can see the PDF report. I am getting the information message as shown in the screenshot.Appreciate any lead or help for the fix. Thanks in Advance.

We are on Alliance v15 and are using the new feature ‘serialize at usage’ for a new customer. The issue we are running into is that these parts can only be shipped alone (on separate ship lists) as opposed to shipping with the rest of an order that is not serialized. Is this the intended way for this to work? Is there a workaround? Has anyone else experienced this?

Per the organizational standards, I need to automate the SA number generation to the next one in the sequence of XB0000767 and there onwards +1 automatically every time someone creates an agreement. I can manually do this in IFS. How do I set it up in IFS to fetch the number automatically?   

Raising this question in IFS Community based on a customer concern regarding PEPPOL. IFS standard Customer Invoice XMLs are rejected in PEPPOL e-invoicing whenever there is a Currency Rounding factor defined in IFS.(Rounding factor in Invoice Information per currency window)This happens because, currently rounding is handled in a separate invoice line in the XML which is not in conform with EHF format. According to our customer, this should be handled in a separate tag in the XML, not a separate line. Standard XML formatDue to this issue, our customer is either sending the invoices in mail or removes the rounding.I would like to know whether there are more IFS customers who face this challenge in their day-to-day operations.Thank you. 

Dear all , Can we use supplier offset proposal to match supplier invoices with supplier payment on account at once ?   What happens if we do not enter allowed difference ?When we enter allowed difference and create proposal , it ended up with huge difference as below . It seems the system automtically creating the SF voucher and it deducted the open balance of supplier analysis .   Could you please comment on how supplier offset proposal working and in which scenarion we can use it . Thank you 

Does anyone know what drives the Company Tax ID Number field in Tax Transactions, please, against Mixed Payment transactions (Apps9)?  The “Help” indicates as below but with a Mixed Payment, there is no “address” as there is on a customer invoice, for example.   Company Tax ID NumberThe company tax identification number valid for the address specified in the row.  We have a company with two VAT numbers, one UK and one European.  We process Bank Charges using Mixed Payment function (Direct Cash Payment) so we can select Account Code and Cost Centre to post to as well as Tax Code.In some instances the Tax Transactions has picked up the UK VAT number for these transactions and in others the European one.  There is no discernible difference in what/how the Mixed Payment has been processed that I can see so I was wondering if there is something in the  setup of some connected item.  I have sat with the user who processes the payments today and couldn’t spot anything. Any thoughts/suggestion

There is a customer requirement to hide the document number from the “list view” of the document attachment panel. Is this possible? Please check the attached screen shot. They want to hide the underlined portion.

Hi!I wonder if you could help me regarding invoice authorizers in IFS. When you have a Posting proposal in IFS it seems that it is possible to delete an authorizer and change the authorizer to another person. Even though the person belongs to another cost center in IFS. And that person can authorize the invoice posting proposal. When adding a new person it is not possible to add an Approval Rule which means that basically you can change the authorizor to another person which can approve and athorize the posting proposal.This seems quite strange - How can you set up IFS so that Approval Rule in active, even when changing the authorizer to another person?Thanks!
