Hi Folks, I have a question that why following invoiced/closed customer orders are appearing in the Outstanding Sales window.   I have query into customer invoice, and it is on PaidPosted status as below.  Revenue related postings also there. As per the page help it is not possible to show customer orders which has already revenue posted.  

When you run the re-order point report you get a requisition for each part that needs to be ordered in order to replenish stock levels. If the supplier is the same for those parts is there any methodto create just one purchase requisition or RFQ and send it to the supplier instead of creating multiple requisitions? 

Hi, A client need is the following : Some inventory locations are so close to production line that it’s not necessary to pick the parts in advance (they even so need to be reserved, naturally). We’d like to exclude those parts from the picking lists generated by the system.Is there a setup at the warehouse/inventory location level to flag them as “to be excluded from picking list”Thanks for your answer.

in manual supplier invoice, system display this error after matching to GRN  and before and after attaching the document. 

We are implementing the Incident Reporting module and will be attaching work orders to incidents.  I have added the IncidentObjectConnection^ string to the WorkOrder LU in the Object Connections list and am able select work orders from the Connected To tab in the Incident screen.  However when I right click on the work order on the Connected To tab I am not seeing the Object Details… option on the pop-up menu to jump to the work order screen, any suggestions on what may be causing this? While running a trial of the incident module in our RACE environment this functionality worked as expected, we just can’t seem to get the Object Details piece to work in our test environment.

Is the service Report in mWo Service 10 supposed to not show expenses that have been reported in mobile?

Let me preface this with telling you I know absolutely nothing about IFS. I work for an MSP and one of our newest clients uses it. I wasn’t able to find any KB, and reaching out to IFS support didn’t help - they wouldn’t talk to me without a ticket. I have a user that needs to print from IFS. I need a print agent as a go between her windows printers and IFS right? which one should i get? I know they used cirrato in the past.She also is unable to drag and drop files from her desktop to attach them to documents, any workaround there?Once again, any KB links accessible by non-subscribers would be greatly appreciatedTIA

Hi, I have made changes to the SQL Statement for a custom field which do not appear to have been ‘accepted’ by IFS and displayed on the IFS screen. I read in the Help that a refresh of the cache is necessary - can anyone help me with how to refresh the cache to get my SQL change to be ‘accepted and implemented’ by IFS 8 please? Thanks,Neil. 

Hi All,  Is it possible to change the color of the tasks that show up in the webclient? The baseline color for the enroute status is transparent and therefore it is difficult to know if there a job on the gantt or not. Confirmed status - Greenplanning - blackEnroute - transparent   thanks

Business requirement is that we receive Supplier quality certificates that we check into IFS / Supplier. Those certificates need a validity period set. The users need to get notified when the quality certificate is about to expire. I found the below thread useful where I read the responses from @Mathias Dahl and @william.klotz. My question is slightly similar to @DominikaM’s question on the previous thread. I need set an expiry date for a certain document class only. Within that Doc class, I need to control the expiry date at individual doc revisions and get a notification before that date.  Seems IFS dosen’t provide a straightforward way of doing it. Do you think I will be able to achieve it through a custom event only? i.e. I set up a user email that gets a notification generated when the document is nearing the expiry date that I entered when checking it in IFS. Unlike the previous thread, we enter a new revision only after Rev 1 is set to expiry / obsolete.

Looking for some help with an issue I am having.  I am trying to setup an Event that will allow my event action to fire when a new shop order is created and they click the save button.  So I have the event created on the ShopOrd logical unit and have the checkbox checked for Fire When: New objects are created.  But I do not get the event action to trigger.  I have modified the event to also check the box for when objects are changed and then I can get my event action to trigger, but ONLY when I change one of the attributes I have selected.  So, my question is….how do I get the event action to fire upon the initial creation and save?This is in Apps 9 by the way...Any help is appreciated...

I’m trying to grant a user access to run the report Customer Ledger Age Analysis from the Order Report list.  I can’t get the report to appear in her list.  Is there a place to grant these reports?

Our Customer Order Pick list are printing 3 additional lines per line item and it looks to be related to Handling Units. Is there a central location in IFS APPS10 to set PRINT_HU to FALSE? Will that sovle my report issue or do I need to modify the report?  

 Is IFS support the ‘forgot password’ funcion?Right now just it says to contact an administrator. Is there a way to enable that function for a user?  

Hi, is there any chance someone could link a download for the graphite theme file? The installation of IFS I currently use doesn’t come with it and editing the current theme to look like the official dark one would take years. Thanks

Hello.  I posted a depreciation proposal with posting date 4/3/2021 .  But when I try to rollback the posted depreciation, I get the below error:  I am not sure why I need to rollback any transactions for this object since the depreciation posting was the most recent transaction. All other transactions for this object were posted before the depreciation.  Any help or guidance on this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hello I just set up the absence registration where I joined a wage code to an absence type.The balance of the wage code for person X is 8 days and the minimum value of the wage code is 0. The problem is that I can register 20 days of absence and I don’t get an error. I can also confirm all these days in the time card. Also I would like that there is some sort of order in the selection of the types of absence. Am I missing some setup for this? Kind regardsDavid

Specifically, I am looking to grant access to edit the Note field:I have been looking through the Database Objects and Presentation Objects, but I do not see any areas where this is possible.
