Hello, I can't find option to disable visibility of all approval steps in Aprroval (Document Management).In IFS 9 this checkbox was available : IFS 9In IFS 10 this option is missing IFS10 

Hey all,I am trying to run a simple web API call using basic authentication against on-premise APPS10: https://<server>:<port>/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/PartsHandling.svc/PartCatalogSet(PartNo='MYPARTCODE') I GET the above from POSTMAN and get the following error JSON returned: { "error": { "code": "MI_METADATA_NOTFOUND", "message": "Metadata not found." }} There is another thread about this sort of thing from a year ago, but it was not resolved as far as I can tell. It may have something to do with me using int in the URL instead of main, but when I use main I get an authentication error. I’d like this to work with basic auth.Can anyone enlighten me on what I am doing wrong, and what I should do differently? Better yet, where in the documentation can I better educate myself about proper syntax and projection names to overcome these sorts of errors? Hi,When using corporate Diners credit card we registered it under the credit card details. When processing the incoming message an error was given stating that there is no match in the credit card number.We connected the card to an employee and then the issue was solved. However this is a corporate credit card in the company name.Is it a requirement to connect a corporate credit card to an employee for the system to work? Thank youChaminda

Does anyone know if it is possible to set the status for each individual line of the operations i a work order? Or does the lines only follow the status of the whole work order?The picture is in swedish but i can only choose “Cancelled” as a status of the operation line.

Hi, In IFS App8 version, Report Rule Log screen does not explain the reason for the errors in detail (why it is in error and so on). At least, an idea can be got, only if a print job ID is also there, so that we can go to the relevant print job and take  look.Otherwise, I think we can not find on which report rule, the error has occurred and why. I have checked App9, and it provides a more detailed error description including the rule ID which has had the error.Are these errors are saved in a log file in some folder in the application server in more detail ?Can we get some information through the log ID (the highlighted part in the screen shot) ? Thank you,

Hi all,I currently have an issue that was highlighted on a report where some very old orders (some back as far as 2012) are fully closed and reported however have an outstanding WIP value.  Shop Order - Detail  Shop Order Costs As the outwork was fully completed, the order received and the product sold there is nothing I seem to be able to do in relation to clearing this WIP value.Hopefully some of you clever people have an idea on how I might proceed to dealing with this?RegardsNathan

user created mixed payment and he is unable to approve it system generated this error(the user group is not connected to period with the date in company 901)the mixed payment contains 3 companies 101,111 and 901I checked the user profile , he is linked to user groups AC & GA.both the user groups created for the accounting period 9-2021.in the voucher type N, user groups already there.what shall i do ?   

Hi Community, we are currently getting more into translations and are checking the possibilities in the system and the best approach to handle our needs.We are also working with ‘Basic Data Translation’ but are missing some logical units in there. Is there a way to add Logical Units (not Component) ourselves? Or do I have to request this from our IFS consultant and do a full package installation routine? The Logical Units exist in the system, but are not available in this form. We are using IFS Apps 9 UPD16 Thanks

Hi, Community, We ticked the checkbox on below box in Package InstructionPrint Handling Unit Label Print Handling Unit Content Labelthen we are using “Receive into Arrival, and Putaway” for purchase part receiving case. but when we do the goods receiving, system do the packing and created the HU, at this moment, we would expect the HU label or HU content label will be printed as our setup does in Package Instruction, but unfortunately, it is not. what we missed? kindly advise. Thank you.

Hello,I want to reverse a distribution order from demand site back to supply site. I have cancelled the purchase order receipt in demand site so the distribution order has been changed to ‘In Transit’; and I also created a RMA for the customer order in supply site, but when I receive parts from the RMA with the function ‘Return Parts from Internal Order Transit’, I can’t click OK to complete it. Is there anything missed during my operation? Could you please give me a clue?Many thanks.

FMCNA / NxStage has recently began using the "Shipment" application to combine Distribution Order lines and ship goods from one IFS Company to another in the same Application Data Base. When we tried to use the “Create Shipment Invoices”, we received the following error message, “Prepayment based debit invoice line information cannot be modified except for the tax liability date. ORA-20110: CustomerOrderInvItem.PREPAYDEBNOUPDATE”I have been unable to locate a setting that would cause this issue and was hoping someone could explain the error message in an attempt to point us to the issue. Hi Community,I'm receiving the following error while trying to remove a branch (level 1) from a TOP Level DOP Order.(RMB on DOP Order ID 2 Line -> Remove Specific Branch(es))Environment: APP10 Regional TEST LKP Level 1 DOP Order is in cancelled state. After further analyzing, I noticed that the subsidiary DOP Orders are also cancelled.1. Any idea what might cause the above mentioned oracle error when removing the mentioned branch?Noticed that the Due Date of this DOP Order is in the past and the demand source is not mentioned in the DOP Header.2. Hi all,I am able to run FSM 5.6.3 iOS application in iOS 13 or lower, but not in iOS 14.It keeps crashing when I tap on the person id or service URL text field on the login screen.When I try to run the app on a device that is running iOS 14, I get the following error message in Xcode: Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue? I am using the same code in FSM 5.7 and the login screen is working fine in iOS 14 for FSM 5.7 iOS app.Also, what is the purpose of the Allow Active Architectures property in the Build Settings? Why is this set to No in FSM 5.7 and set to Yes in FSM 6? Should it be Yes or No for FSM 5.6.3? Is this based on the frameworks that are used in the project (Aviary, Telerik, etc)?

Hello,We have run into this issue in several scenarios: A Quick Report works fine, but if we try the “Export to Excel” option of running the report we get something like the following:  One scenario where this happens is when using “WITH” in the query. That can be overcome by wrapping the WITH in a SELECT.Another scenario it happens with is when using parameters such as a date range, the kind that makes the calendar popup available.But the most recent issue was with a a query using a pipelined result from a custom package method call, for example: SELECT * FROM TABLE(BELL_CUSTOM_REPORT_API.GetCustomerInfo('B%')) This is a custom API with a method called GetCustomerInfo() that uses PIPELINED data to return a “table-izable” result. It works fine in SQL Developer and when running the Quick Report directly. But if I use “Export to Excel” from the Quick Report screen I get the error listed in Excel that you see above. Putting “&AO” in front of the package name does not help.Anyone know

Hi, I need some help with a SQL statement for a Quick Report I try to create. I want to show the total amount of a Purchase Order including charges (when a charge or multiple charges are applied on an order) and excluding tax. I created the statement below, but did not get the desired result. The statement is working fine, except the bold part. The statement returns only a value in ‘Total Amount’ when there are charges applied on the Purchase Order. And also, when there are multiple charges applied on the PO, the statement returns multiple lines. See the example below. Purchase Order Wanted Receipt Date Receipt Week Status Total Amount P101306 12-01-2021 02 Closed 726,6 P101306 12-01-2021 02 Closed 701,6  My desired result is: When there are no charges applied on the Purchase Order, the report should show the total amount of the Purchase Order. If we use “Save-As” to create a copy of a contract, there is the option of selecting a different Contract Template.  It would be nice if that option was also available when renewing a contract too, since sometimes we are changing from one type to another (for example going from the Warranty Contract to a regular one).  Is there any option to select a different template when renewing, or could there be?We are using V14.5

Community,  We are building a interface to SFTP supplier invoice in XML format and processed by IFS API. Mean time, PDF supplier invoice will send to IFS as well. it needs to be an attachment in the manual supplier invoice window. my question is, how to make PDF as an attachment happen? need to config document management? if so, how to config the document management? Thank you.

In the Customer Order screen in IFS EE 10 how do I get the “Delivery Note” box under “Documents Printed” to get ticked. I know it is triggered by  something in the status  of the Customer Order  or the Customer Order lines but I don’t know what sets it. See attached image.I would appreciate any help, thank you.
