We consumed a qty on the customer consignment screen.  Customer order line shows history of invocing as well as showing the invoice itselft as (PaidPosted) however the line is still showing as delivered and we cannot return items until the line status changes.  Any ideas?

Hi Community, Customer getting below error in the distribution and manufacturing posting analysis window.‘’Object FA731 has existing accounting transactions with code string that differs from the transaction to be created.’’  I have checked all the code strings for fixed asset object and transactions. Hello I have these two errors in revenue recognition:   When I check the project, B25857 for example, the estimated revenue matches in the Project and Financial Project.      But when I recalculate revenue recognition, I get an error that revenue cannot be recognized.  Is there something that I am missing? I would appreciate any assistance on this.

HI, I setup a remote warehouse with min & max quantities for refill.when I launch the “refill putaway zones” batch, it works well when there’s stock available in the main warehouses from where the remotes one have to be refilled (transport tasks are generated). But I have the feeling that “nothing happens” when there’s no available stock in main warehouse to refill remote warehouses. Is there a screen to identify such shortages (1) and eventually to generate purchase order to mitigate stock unavailability (2) ? Thanks for your answer. 

I'm trying to remove records from Routing Operations (and other tables) via a Migration Job, with an CSV file as input. Normally i use the Remove__ method, based on an SQL statement on the table from which the records should be removed.  This Remove__ method however requires a value for the Objkey and ObjVersion attribute. When using a CSV input, I can search for the Rowkey via the Function Get_Rowkey, but I cannot find a way to return the RowVersion based on either the Rowkey, or the other key values. Or is there an other approach to solve this ? 

(Apps 10, Upd 7) Anyone having experience from setting up “Order Reports” like for example “Order Confirmation Reminder” as an scheduled job ?  I have seen earlier issue (https://community.ifs.com/topic/show?tid=3909&fid=50) and also tried to setup as a “Task Schedule” job  but would need some input if anyone done this before ?   

We use the service contract functionality to create annual maintenance contracts for our customers. We would like to create and assign work orders to our engineers for scheduling purposes before the contract start date (we don’t plan to create any financial postings etc until the contract starts).   Example: A service contract with a start date of 01/02/2020. We would set this up in advance and use the ‘PM Settings’ tab to create the number of work orders we require. This would create the relevant entries on the ‘PM Maintenance Plan’ tab which you can generate work orders from. However the ‘Generate Work Order’ RMB option is greyed out on the ‘PM Maintenance Plan’ tab until you reach 01/02/2020. It would be ideal if we could do this the week before, this would allow us to schedule better.   We could just put the Start Date of the Service Contract earlier, however this would mean the date doesn’t reflect the correct ‘commercial’ start date.

Good Morning, I am trying to see if there is a way to have the same colors on pie charts, i have the same records being pulled for each pie chart, but on one pie chart the Records To Be counted is Blue and Records Counted is Green, on another it is reversed. is there any way so that they show the same color on all pie charts. or is this something we will just have to live with. lol Thank you in advacne  

The description of Account column is not visible in “Lines and Posting” tab of the “Posting Proposal Analysis” window. Investigations shows the values fetch from KEY_LU_TRANSLATION_TAB table. But it is not possible to identify the client process or a window to enter data to the table. Please help.

Hi,When the users/employees are starting productions on shop order operations which have planned labor run time, the Labor Time tick box in Start Production dialog box is selected by default.However, noticed that the user/employee who is doing the Start Production, can untick it, and proceed, which cause the labor hours/cost is not captured.Is there a way to restrict for the users to untick that checkbox ? Thank you in advance !

Is it possible to connect Report Designer to IFS Cloud?After I installed the Report Designer, I try to connect it and it’s asking for host:port.  Fair enough, but in IFS Cloud I can only provide the URL with no portcompanyName-d02.demo.ifs.cloud  Is it possible in IFS Cloud to connect a Report Designer installed on a developer’s machine? Do I need to create a IAM Client in IFSCloud for this? Or how would the authentication work? Hi - We are a IFS cloud customer. Currently on apps 10 and will be moving to v12. Nothing is hosted on-prem. The login page for apps 10 has a forgotten password option which we have been told does not work and will not in version 12 which is odd considering the option is there and that ‘password resets’ is a basic part of any hosted platform.As a result we have to manually reset peoples passwords. As a company with over 2000 employees, this is not practical.Does anyone have any input on this please?We are open to using the IFS API’s to create are own password reset function.Thanks.Nav.

I have a question about WEBSERVICES and Token : how it works, what is the process to achieve the value transported. For example : Indeed, we encounter the authentication problem Error 401--Unauthorized on the following webservice: https://assystem-test.ifs.cloud:48080/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/TimeRegistrationHandling.svc Maybe the webservice uses a token to authenticate itself despite the use of a basic IFS Aurena login/password authentication.       We used Postman to perform our requests (GET,POST,PUT). Can you please tell us what are the access parameters of this webservice as well as the descriptions of these different methods.

I'm working on a migration project and experiencing an extreme slowness when migrating customer related data into IFS. When monitoring the session i can see that the  new method in customer info address and commethod is calling a duplicate check method in RM_DUP_SEARCH_XXXXX (COMM_METOD_TAB or CUSTOMER_INFO_ADDRESS_TAB). How can I disable this duplicate check ? all the duplicate check rules have been disabled. no history logging in action  

Hi Team, Can you please confirm the feasibility of creating Automatic Requests for the Refill of a Stock once the Quantity goes less than Min Qty. If yes, Can you please provide the possible option. NOTE : I could create a Purchase Order or Requisition using the “Refill to Tragets” option, but we are looking for a Request with Part Transfer Part Need.
