Hi, my ftpna.ifsworld.com user dont work…

Hi @ONCJLAVOIE,

This usually occurs when you are using an incorrect username/password. Please see whether other users in your company can login.

Go through the following article on how to reset your password and see if you can login after resetting the password:

If you still get an error, please open a case with IFS.
