Hi,Does anyone know how the anonymization setup works? I would like to anonymize data before DR cloud tests.   

our staff created 2 new customer orders. number X1 & X2the accountant can see all orders, only those 2 orders are disappear !user can see other orders for the same customer and other orders for the same project ! what shall i check.    

I am receiving the following error when I RMB on a Customer Order Line and select “Connect to Activity”.The activity I am connecting to is on a Project that is created with the same Order no. as the Customer Order. I have compared the Customer Order with another Customer Order that is connecting successfully and both are identical (same parts on the Order line and the project is the same also) AccountingCodeParts.MISSCODE: The value I100453 used for the code part Project is either missing, is a budget/planning code part value or has invalid time interval Where “I100453” is the Customer Order number and also the Project ID that I am trying to connect to.Thank you for any replies.

Hi,I am able to add custom fields in Aurena using page designer. When I save and publish, I am able to see them. However, when I close the page design and go back to the page, the custom fields are no longer there. The Page Design still has them. This is happening in all the pages in the instance. It is working without issues in another instance for the same customer. 3 of us tried and noticed the same behavior.Is there a parameter or a setting that needs to be enabled?Thank You & Best Regards

Hi,we have gathered some data from MX_U table.  But I come across to a question how to interpret some data shown. On this captured screen data of Feb. 02, 2022, at around 1 am.mx_u_01, mx_u_02 fields showed something related to mobile app.But user doesn’t have mobile device installed.The question is because: time was wee morning, user didn’t do any work, and user doesn’t have mobile device installed.And a lot of same processes.  From this data shown, what does this data mean? MX_U table no mobile device for the user Look forward to your enlightenment. :-) Cheers,~Juni

Hi all,the Custom Menu shall only be active if status is <> planned. If one defines only this condition everything is working fine.BUT: if I add several languages for this condition, the RMB does not show up anymore: Any idea how I can manage it being able to define several conditions for state which in this scenario would be the translations of state. Thank you!   

I’m new to IFS10 and Report Designer 200.2.0000.  I have been asked to change the labels on few fields in the OrderQuotationReport.I was able to click on DELIVERY_TERMS_DESC, delete the label and use the Text tool add the updated label. But I’m unable to do the same for DEL_TERMS_LOCATION.  When I click on that label it shows the Header properties instead of the Table cell properties?I have tried to move the ORDER QUOTE LINE section down to display the entire header, but that doesn’t solve my problem either.  I have 3 labels in this area that I need to update.If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. 

Can someone give me instructions on how to configure a voicemail box to output voicemails to email in CE6, please? I see the Contact Centre unit must be configured in Advanced to send voicemails as an attachment (done) and I see there is a box for me to enter an address (no indication of what the delimiter to be used is, but I only have one address in there for now) and in the IVR I have selected to record voicemail, which works for me, but the emails aren’t being sent out. There are two mailboxes set up already, so presumably it’s not that. Trying to confiure on Pagero.

We would like to confirm the rules for Supplier for Purchase Part Lead Times on General Tab on the Supplier for Purchase Part.We were told that the Procurement Lead Times are on a 7 day/week calendar and that all other lead times in IFS are based on a 5 day/week calendar.Example: Supplier Lead Time = 4 weeks. 4x7=28 days lead timeManufacturing or Expected Lead Times = 4 weeks. 4/20Can someone please help us confirm?Thank you,Michelle

Hi guys,has anyone of you already detected if a split shop order split is processed that the “qty required” in the new shop order is wrong? It looks like it simply cumulates the values „Qty reserved“ and „Qty. required excl. Hi All,We are using document management '>' approvals to approve new objects.  Currently some of the users included in the approval have access to more than one company.  If the users default company doesn't match the company attached to the object, it takes him to the object screen(When RMB’s and selects Object Info) but it’s blank because his default company is different.  Users have to change global company multiple times to approve these objects. Do we have a method to overcome the issue and access to multiple companies? Thanks & Best Regards,Nipun

Create a PO with two lines. Then release the PO. It need authorization. So approval the PO. And cancle line 2. Then I cant’t cancle it. How to cancle the PO line with authorization?

Is it possible to undo a receiving in Alliance V15 once the Receiving has been accepted or status is set to Accepted?For example, a receiving or ARN is created for a Purchase Requisition - the option to include all product lines has been selected and the default Qty received is set to the Expected Qty (10).The user then receives / accepts 10 and saves the receiving document but only 9 physical units have been received and not 10.I.e. the person processing should entered 9 and not accepted the default 10. Cant this be undone?  

Can we change the number of tabs to be opened in Astea v15.3.3 ?No we get this error if we want to open a 10th page:
