Hi,USING APPS 10 UPD12 - MWO MAINTENANCE 10 - 10.13.1360.0 after press complete button on mobile, fill out the fields, fault desc, Error cause desc and Performed work, the info does not sync to IEE and there is no transaction failed.  If I fill out those fields from debrief screen, it works well.Any ideas what may it be?Tks

Hi, We are moving to Aurena from EE - Apps 10 UPD12. Our environment is cloud hosted by IFS.We traditionally send supervisors to the absence calendar when reviewing an anuual leave request.We have found if we link to the year view, the current month is “Selected” in some way and is greyed so you can’t see any leave in that month.If we send to the month view, when the manager clicks on a confirmed leave, the visible button in the dialog is “Cancel Confirmation” when it would make more sence for it to be “Approve” which we can access by clicking the 3 dots.When you click on Confirmed Leave.Is there a way we can  adjust the order of the buttons so that the Approve option shows as a button?We don’t give supervisors the “Cancel Confirmation” action anyway but the button is still there.

Dear Community!Passwords for IFSAPP, IFSSYS, IFSADMIN and IFSPRINT had been changed on the system. After this, the MainServer tells me the following"fndbasXA_main": ORA-28000: The account is locked Which account is this? As I can see from the DB, no IFS necessary accounts are locked. I already restarted the MainServer and then the whole IFS MWS.No change.Which account is this??? There is no hint for that.Kind regardsTobias

Try to delete a site immediately after been created. Error appears "The Company site xxx is used by 1 rows in another object (Site)." This is impossible since the newly created site is not used for anything. Please try to replicate the example and look into the issue.

I have a Lobby page with Customer as one of the page parameters. My Lobby also has an element that jumps to Not Pick Reported Pick List Lines page. Hi all,In IFS Cloud 21R1, I am looking for the required set up to make visible planned working time for a person resource in "Allocate resource" page.From the legend, I can see color codes corresponding to Calendar Details so it should be possible to have them displayedWhat I have done so far :create a day type dependant schedule in HR and assign it to the employee with time base = generated results the employee is linked to a resource with “use of HR schedule” activated I executed 2 background jobs : Generate Timrep intervals and hours + Generate calendar for Gantt I selected the option “Show working time” in the settings of the “Allocate resource” pageAnd yet I have a grey line throughout the day : What am I missing ?Is there anything else to do ? Thanks for your helpLénaïc

Hi I tried to create the preliminary year end and i get the following error message I checked the authority class and my user has full access. I also checked the period 2021 and 2022 and all the periodes are still open. Period 0 and 13 exists for both year. I can also create the premliminary year end for 2022 and 2023 but just not for this year any idea how to solve this issue? Best RegardSophal

Hi,Is it possible to prevent all emails being sent in Apps10? That includes from Statement of Account and from the Print Dialog screen of of Project Invoices etc.(everywhere basically)..

There is a supplier invoice with several rows that are to be posted to different code combinations with different authorizers.Should it not be possible to authorize your own cost postings in the Posting Proposal window without having to wait for all other invoice recipients to post their costs?

We have an issue with MWO Maintenance 10: Error Message:Sorry, but we’re having trouble with signing you in.AADSTS50011: The reply URL specified in the request does not match the reply URLs configured for the application:  ‘20b9c03e-28c2-429e-9f5a-fea6d1b27c6c’. If I download the Account Manager 10 and try creating account:enter the System ID and then the TAS URL then click Done the Microsoft login page appears where we enter the email and password then Verify identity with a text message number which is then entered, finally click Verify, it is at this point with either the MWO Maintenance 10 or Account Manager 10 that the same error message appears, shown above appears. 

we are using IFS9what is the required steps to  close the revenue/ cost accounts and transfer the balances to the next year.examplethe auditors already reviewed 2020 and i closed the accounting periods from 0 to 12.0 in the opening balance which transferred from the previous year. what is the required steps one by one 

One of our Customers need to add some Custom fields on a few IFS Cloud screens (Aurena, or Aurena B2B) but looks like it is not possible.I’ve referred this to Supply Chain Product team (via JIRA Project SC Support - Distribution) and they said the mentioned objects and virtuals not entities in the data model. So, they suggested referring this to framework team to see if there is a feature given by the framework to enable custom fields for virtual tables. Can someone from Framework team can advise whether it would be possible to enable custom fields on below objects?- Aurena B2B - we would like to customize Entity QuotationLineVirtual, but is it not on the list of Entities- Aurena - we would like to customize DocumentFileVirtual, but it is not on the list of Entities

I am trying to do an initial install of IFS Cloud (Remote).  The build place has been created but I was expecting to find an initial build home within the build place to use for the install, however there is not one present. I was able to use the new button Recreate Build Home to create a Build Home (after an initial sanity build) but this is situated under the Upgrade Build Home section.I have reviewed the documentation, but it is not 100% clear if the build home that is available should be used or not.

Hi,This question is related to an APPS 10 UPD10 environment and for SEPA format file.Let’s say you have 3 expense sheets for the same employee.You authorize the 3 expense sheets and transfer them for payment.The created file will have 3 bank transfers, one for each expense sheet.We would like to have only 1 bank transfer, grouping the 3 amounts.Is that possible in some way ?Thanks !

Hi all.I’m in a situation that there is a failed transaction that has been deleted and the user can do nothing with the work task assignment that remains in work started.The mobile user already initialized the app but the work task does not appear anymore and no one can change the assignment status even in IEE or in Aurena. How may I resolve this situation? Trying to change the status in IEE or Aurena with the same user got the message: “not allowed to change status when the work Assignment is downloaded to a mobile device” Apps 10 UPD8Mobile is mWorkOrder 4.8Tks for attention.
