Customers in the Tire Manufacturing industry seems to be using the manual Issue Option instead of the backflush from shop orders.The business need would depend per order and BOM would change, hence using backflush would be impossible. Like more input from Global Tire Manufacturing Companies on how its handled by them.  

I would like to know and have feedback about the chassis number. When mapping which would be the advice field to reflect the number and backtrack at any point. The part could be a cycle or an automobile. If the serial track number is assigned for another internal number what would be the number used for this purpose. I like some feedback from other large global customers.

 Hi IFS Team,Transactions Still  Exist How to Clear them from Completed To Transfer. Some are have been Transferred with status - 3, for the accounting Year and Period, and still on the same accountiing year and period we still have Completed Status -2 

Hi, we currently have nearly 40 printers set up on our IFS Print Agent running on  a Windows server. We are going to add another 40 or so as we roll out IFS to more of the business.Firstly, is there a recommended upper limit from IFS on the max number of printers to configure in one IFS Print Agent - would it be OK to add another 40 printers, bringing the total to about 80 to this server? The windows server is running Windows 2019 standard edition,  dual processor, has 8gb of memory and 50gb disk space and seems to be coping OK with the current load. (70% memory used).Alternatively, we are thinking of setting up a seperate 2nd ifs print agent server for this additional set of printers - can multiple IFS print agent servers connect to one IFS system, or are there any issues with this?Thanks 

We would like to visualize project milestones on the schedule board. Is there a baseline functionality to manage milestones in FSM?A workaround would be:Use milestones in ‘place view’ of the schedule board. In place view projects can be shown as they, in our case, relate to places. We created a dummy 'milestone-technician' (and Team) and used different task types for the specific differentiation of milestones themselves. Therefore the workaround isCreate Technician and Team MLSTN Create different milestone task types As said, this is just a workaround and we would like to know if there is something more project related available.Thanks in advance and regards,Thomas

I have a requirement to add some logic to the ‘Transfer to Payroll’ Assistant in App10 AURENA.The logic is written inside a java file. I adjusted the logic, but there seems to be something wrong with it. I wanted to debug the impl file. Can somebody share the correct way to set up docker and do the JAVA debugging correctly? 

Using EE in apps 10 -In the Sales Basic Data i have a custom field created to show Primary Market  in the Markets tab.I now have been to as to have this column also in the Business Opportunities page and be able to search by this column.Can i duplicate the custom field that is on the one page into the other page and as required search on this field?

Hi Everyone, I am working on task to apply GET Apps10 version to customer code line, who is on Apps10 UPD13.  Installation guidelines document from https://ifs.sharepoint.com/sites/GlobalExtension  mentions that GET can be either retrieved from ‘Ext Archive’ or from LCS.  If I want to create harvest extractor file for UPD13 version from LCS using ‘http://lcs.corpnet.ifsworld.com/login/secured/buglnw/IfsApplicationUpdateOvw.page’ ,   will it include cumulative files from GET base version and up to UPD13.  I used to follow this approach while applying GET for Apps9 customer.  But document says to get RTM version + required UPD version.     Other option is to extract  GET files using ‘Config Builder’. Once config builder is run and  I assume that we can take files from all folders under ‘Components’ and check into harvest and build delivery through solution developer. If there is a detailed document, please let me know from where it can accessed.  Thanks for the help.

I’ve had this problem at first on microsoft Edge so I shifted to chrome and it worked for a whild but now I can’t even access it on chrome. I am trying to create a lobby data source using an intersect query.Effectively the query is pulling from the same view but using different criteria to match the records.The query works perfectly in SQL developer but I am having issues being able to make it work in the data source.Alternatively is there a way in a lobby to display quick report results rather than a link to the quick report? Many Thanks  

Hi,We are using v14.5 and we have a need to update a large number of customer addresses for one country and of course also need to make sure that we also update any associated service orders and contracts etc.Doing it manually, I can tick the box “Change Address in all records using this address” box to make that happen but is there a way I can update hundreds of addresses via an import or suchlike to get the same result.  I don’t need anything in history updated, only Customer Center and anything else active/open.ThanksChris

What happened to the tab Originals between Apps10 and IFS Cloud (Aurena)?The activities “Register Document Original” and “Register Sheets for the Original” have also been removed from the process model, so I assume this functionality has either been completely deprecated, or replaced by something else?

HiI have the following issue. All users who works in the accounting are part of the SINWOF Invoice workflow. now i have the issue if your in the posting proposal and you dont have a Posting line none of the accountants have access to the posting proposal since the Posting lines controls the authorization rules. In order to prevent this issue i activated the following button.  If you now go into the posting proposal and delete the line and save, the system throws you out of the posting propsal and you cannot get in anymore. If i give the User the super access they can get into the posting propsal. I rather dont want to give the user super access. Now my question: Is there a way where I can grant the accountants access to the posting propsal in order to go in and add a posting line? My opinion the accountant needs to have access to the posting proposal and add a posting line. Right now they cannot add a posting line since the invoice doesnt have a authorization rule yet since no posting

I would like to make a Custom Menu item to allow the user to transfer from a line within the overview window Sales Quotations (tbwOrderQuotationOverview) to the associated Business Opportunity.  The Business Opportunity Number is stored in the ORDER_QUOTATION view, but it is not displayed in tbwOrderQuotationOverview.  When I try to create the Create Window with Transfer, it goes to the Business Opportunity window, but it is blank.Does anyone know how to make this work?

Hi, From case G1619382, I came to know that the below (Contact Info sub tab) is available only if the SRM component is installed in App9. I have checked several App9 environments, and I made sure that it is true.sub tabs are available in an instance where SRM component is installed Sub tabs are not available in instances where SRM is not installed However my problem is that >» if those sub tabs are available only if the SRM is installed, why the component is shown as “CRM” for those sub tabs in System Info ? Are the system info incorrect for that LU ? (because these tabs are not available even though the CRM is installed, but SRM is not)Any idea why the system info shows as “CRM” for the component for those sub tabs ? (I have also noticed that a new component called RMCOM (Relationship Management Common) has been introduced for App10 and these tabs in both Suppler and Customer have been included in that component) Maybe someone from IFS Framework team would know the reason. Thank yo
