Error when creating a document

Hello, I have this error message that appears when I create a document using the IFS document wizard: 

 


Where can this come from?

Hi @TheoB 

Seems the user does not have permission to use the File Operation Helper. please check the Permission sets, which are related to the File Operation Helper for this user. (Most probably the ‘DOCUMENT_ATTACHMENT’ permission set contains the FileOperationHelper Activity)
